• Marcello (5/5): Not a hotel, good location but lacking reception and lift. - It was in a central location. The apartment was recently refurbished with fridge and washing machine. It’s not a hotel. It’s a flat. Theres no reception, no cleaning during the stay. It shouldn’t be called a hotel. Also we were at the 3rd floor with no lift. Someone less able wouldn’t be able to take luggages up a very narrow staircase.

Quite spacious for central Tokyo, soft beds, konbini’s around the corner for breakfast and snacks. Although you are in central Tokyo, even with the window open there is not much noise. Friendly hosts that allowed us to enter the apartment a bit earlier. There are no knives in the kitchen.

• Johnathan (10/5): Cosy, simple stay that is perfect start point for your Tokyo trip - The accommodation was situated in a cosy backstreet that was close to Ichigaya metro stations and its many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. The room was wonderfully clean and included all the essentials for an easy stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, even a washing machine with detergent beside it. The only issue we had was that the main room light was either malfunctioning or losing power, so the bed area was poorly lit at night time. As mentioned by many reviewers, the stairs can be difficult to navigate with large sets of luggage, but this is just a pre-warning rather than something that can be improved.

• Jane (8/5): A functional apartment in a great part of the city. - Smooth check in. Didn't feel like a hotel, really it was an apartment. It had a storage cupboard, separate toilet, bathroom with washing machine, and then one large room which had a kitchen, dining table and then 2 double beds at the end. We also used the sofa bed. We especially liked the fact that we could dry our clothes in the sealed bathroom, as it had a drying function. The location was good, near to a convenience store and metro station. We also highly recommend the coffee shop Passage Coffee which was very close. The cafe on the corner served a decent breakfast too. Nothing really. It was cosy for 4 of us with all of our luggage but suitable for our needs.

The location was excellent—just about an 8-minute walk to Ichigaya Station, which made getting around the city very convenient. Having a 7-Eleven nearby was also a huge plus for quick snacks, drinks, and essentials at any time of day. The apartment itself was very well-suited for our family of four. It felt spacious by Tokyo standards and was comfortable for everyone. One standout feature was the washer, which was incredibly useful during our stay and made traveling much easier. Additionally, the apartment was perfectly set up for a smooth airport transfer, with easy access for van drop-off and pickup. Overall, it was a practical, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again. The stairs are a bit hard with suitcases

• CHENG-FEN (7/5): - 住宿地點離地鐵站不遠，算方便的。 在訂房時沒有註明是沒有電梯的，住的房間在3層（b1->3F)，所以總共走了4層，樓梯很窄，有大行李箱很不好走，住宿中間遇到下雨，整個樓梯都積水了，很怕滑倒！3人的房間很小，一張標準雙人床還有一張單人床墊放在地上，導致3人的行李箱很難放置！住宿經驗不佳！

• Lorina (9/5): Clean and roomy property with very comfortable bed and close to public transport. - Very close to underground train station, lots of food options nearby and convenience stores. Comfortable bed, very clean and great to have a washing machine available. Would have been good to have more tea bags provided for a 3 night stay. It wasn't clear at time of booking that there was no lift to the 3rd floor and quite steep narrow stairs. If you are not okay with carrying luggage up stairs then this property is not for you.

Peut être qu'un monte charge pourrait suffir. Chambre petite pour 3 personnes, préférer les chambres avec deux lits à partir de 3. Les lits sont petits et inconfortables.

• phuong (10/5): Excellent, quiet, very clean and well‑equipped apartment situated in Central Tokyo. - Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, the apartment is exceptionally well kept and clean. You can tell that the owner does really look after the place. It was spacious enough for our travelling family of 3. The apartment has everything you need including a small kitchenette (no dishwasher) and a washing machine. To dry your clothes, you need to hang them in the shower, and set the shower room to heating air dry mode, which works extremely well. We dried our laundry overnight, or when we were out sightseeing. As like everywhere else in Tokyo, there are plenty of convenience stores around the accommodation. In terms of location, Ichigaya is considered central Tokyo, so a major advantage of this area is that you can get to all major districts within 25 mins: (West) Shinjuku Station = ~5 mins (South) Shibuya Station = ~20 mins (South) Tokyo Station = ~15 mins (East) Asukusa Station = ~25 mins (North) Ikebukuro Station = ~6 mins It does take 5 mins to walk to the Metro entrance (stairs only), and 10 mins to the JR Station entrance (with elevator). Take note of stairs/elevator if you have luggage. Overall, we were very happy with this stay. Although this was not a problem for us, but it may be troublesome for people with physical limitations; the double beds were placed side by side right up next to each other. There is zero room to get on/off on the sides of the bed. You need to "shuffle" down the bed to get off. There is not a lot of things to do in the area, so you will need to travel to get to anything interesting. Luckily, transport in Tokyo is extremely good, so you will have no problem getting around.

The location was good, the train and metro stations were close, and there was also a shop nearby. Please note that there is no elevator to access the apartment, for this room you have to walk up 3 floors with narrow stairs with your suitcases - it wasn't a problem for us though!

• Kelly (10/5): Lovely place to stay - The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and had all the facilities we required. There was also an instruction booklet in English to help us work out how to use the facilities. Finding the building and gaining access to our room was very simple and helpful instructions were provided to us in plenty of time. The location was very convenient with a Family Mart just down the road, along with other useful stores and the train station only a short walk away. There were no knives and no toaster, but I am guessing this is normal and we, as Australians, are just used to having access to these things.

• Markus (9/5): - The apartment is in the quiet Ichigaya district, a few hundred metres from the subway/rail station Ichigaya with good connections to all places in Tokyo. The apartment had at the entrance a small and practical storage room, a seperate toilet, a separate shower room, a breakfast/dinner table, and to our surprise two very large double beds and at night it was very quiet. With the 2 locking systems very safe too. We staid there for 5 nights and when we return, we would like to stay again in this facility. Nothing, all ok for us
