- Hala (1/5): - I arrived at the property with my family and waited for more than two hours with no result. I was not able to enter the apartment despite having paid in advance. The host did not communicate with me, and only told me that the apartment was “closed,” even though I had contacted him a day earlier and he provided very poor and unprofessional confirmation details. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am still waiting for my refund, and I am requesting compensation for the wasted time and the inconvenience caused to me and my children.
