- MarlonJD (4/5): - booked for 5 persons but owner said it's only for 4 person. was made looked we were favored because one will be considered free.. I dont know to whom this issue should be addressed to.. the platform? wjen i was booking, there were options for 4 persons and for more than 4.. i chose the price for 5. does this mean I could refund for the 1 person? we were not taken care of by the staff, the promised extra bed sheets and towels were not brought to the unit. we waited until our last night, but no show. asked about swimming pool but never answered, we tried to register but since our yongest was not listed, how could she ise the pool then?
- August (1/5): - The Owner himself is so gracious. the whole property is neat and clean. The booking manager is the problem… she speaks ill and never had even a degree of professionalism. We just asked for a timeline because she was late to assist us on the promised check in time of 2PM.. but instead of being humble and apologize she was defensive and use foul words that spoke a lot her character… she has low temper and provided trash words that is not appropriate to a service provider
