• Priscilla (2/5): The space was very underwhelming and dirty - The apartment did not have any bath mats or hand towels, there was not a tea towel in the kitchen, the window in the main lounge was shattered and glass was falling in, I messaged the property owner to share my concerns and how unsafe we felt with a smashed window in the apartment and the owner was aware, and explained that the window had broken due to heat, and explained he had one on order to have repaired. I am very shocked that this was not bought to our attention before arriving, also it was very dangerous that the the window was not secured so that the glass didn’t fall out with the wind. I would appreciate some compensation for the inconvenience and very low standard of accommodation.

Dość podstawowe wyposażenie, przydałyby się chociażby dodatkowe ręczniki. Procedura odbioru kluczy w markecie 200 m dalej była nieoczywista.
• Felix (1/5): Frygteligt. Vi ville booke et andet sted i stedet for dette, men kundeservice skuffede os. - Værelserne var store Der var ikke varme i ejendommen og der var iskoldt. Wifi som var lovet fandtes ikke. Værten ghostede os så snart det blev klart at vi ikke mente 7 graders varme var indendørs.
• Uwe (8/5): Insgesamt sehr gut, wir kommen gerne wieder - Die Lage ist super, die U-Bahn ist in der Nähe, ebenso Camden Town. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig. Durch die drei Bäder gibt es auch früh kein Gedrängel im Bad ;-) In der Wohnung war es etwas frisch. Wir waren im April da. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ausschließlich über Booking. Das fand ich etwas unpersönlich. Ansonsten waren die Antwortzeiten und die Antworten auf unsere Fragen aber in Ordnung.
• Debra (7/5): - Very spacious We were asked to collect the keys from a mini market but when we got there they could not give us the keys as we did not have the 6 digit code from the owners of the Airbnb. I telephoned the owner but no reply and emailed but it took 10-15 mins for a reply, we had to hang around the shop until we got their code. When we opened the front door the lock was very loose and wasn’t very secure and we felt unsafe. There wasn’t any wi-fi I telephoned the owner again and left a message but did not get a reply. Although we did not use the patios, they weren’t very clean, there was debris and cigarette stumps lying around, not pleasant to look at. The bathrooms did not have any hand towels. There was a horrible bathmat in one of the bathrooms which wasn’t clean.

• Teodora (7/5): - The apartment was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable. Top location! Very difficult communication with the owner of the apartment. He responds later or does not respond. To get the key you have to go to a supermarket and there you get the key against a code, which you receive exactly five minutes before 3 o'clock.

The complexity of finding out the exact address and getting the key. Took a long time to be told the address and where to collect the key. We were beginning to think it was a scam.

Lacking some basic facilities; bath mats, tea towels, only 1 wine glass, no toiletries in showers(containers were empty). Was cleanish but not exceptional. If these things were started it would be a 'wow' apartment

Estaría bien tener la calefacción programada y explicada como funciona. Estaría bien tener wifi. Se oye bastante todo y las tuberías del baño de abajo suenan bastante.

• Claudia (1/5): Es waren 3 eiskalte Tage und uns wurde nicht weitergeholfen. Ich würde jedem abraten dort zu schlafen. - Die Wohnung war geräumig und die Lage war schön. Die Bäder waren nicht sehr sauber. Es war sehr kalt und wir haben durchgehend gefroren. Wir konnten nicht duschen gehen, da das Wasser eiskalt war und die Wohnung allgemein auch. Das WLAN Passwort stand nirgends und auch der Kontakt mit dem Host hat nicht weitergeholfen. Allgemein konnte man den Host schwer erreichen und es wurden leere Versprechungen bezüglich der nicht funktionierenden Heizung sowie dem kalten Wasser gemacht. Schlechter Kundenservice!

This was completely unreasonable, disrupted our plans, and should never have been our responsibility.     •    Despite repeated promises, no one was ever sent to fix the heating or water during our stay.     •    One of our guests is a lung cancer survivor, who has now become unwell and requires medical attention. Another guest was already ill, and the freezing conditions worsened their state.

Overall great property, but missing basic details. - Great location, plenty of space, easy to contact the host and nice terrace. Bathrooms were not very clean, no drinking glasses, no wifi code so had to contact the host, towels were damp before use.

There is a Tesco less than a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is so much bigger and better than we were expecting. Amazing value for money. I just wish I could have found the oven mitt for when we cooked in the apartment

The location was ideal too. 5 mins to Chalk Farm underground and Tesco etc. Really clean. Beds were really comfy and the showers were great! My only criticisms is there were no drinking glasses in the kitchen! Only 3 small wine glasses and no bins in bathrooms. Front door lock was a bit flimsy. Also, the WIFI code wasn’t anywhere in house. I had to text the man who we got the keys from. Little touches would make a huge difference.

• Ginalyn Bertulfo (10/5): Beautiful place! will 100% recommend and come back soon! - property was situated in a beautiful place in Camden, two very clean bedrooms and kitchen. a lot of stairs which wasn’t a problem to us for a family of four, might be for others?? the host was very easy to contact and understanding as we asked to check in early for our child who has autism. wifi was strong, both bedrooms including the kitchen/living room had private bathrooms which was lovely, each room had a electric fan. nearby was a tesco express for groceries and that was handy. wished we stayed longer as it was such a nice place to stay.

• Gabor (10/5): Spacious home in a good part of London - This is one of the best London accomodations I have ever had. The location is very good, close to Chalk Farm underground station. The neighbourhood is nice, clean, close to Regents Park and Primrose Hill. The description of the flat is true in every detail. It's sad we only stayed two nights, the advantages of this spacious home could have been enjoyed even more during a longer holiday.

• Ashton (9/5): Great spot in a quiet neighborhood. - We had trouble with flights and ended up arriving late into the night - the host was very understanding and made sure to hide the keys where we could find them so we did not have to worry about checking in. The space itself is excellent - beds were comfy, loved the two rooms and three full baths, very clean, and in a great neighborhood. Great value for the price - will definitely keep it on our list of go-to places in London. It was missing a few minor basics (hair dyer, water glasses, etc), but nothing too major. It does have a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for us, but may be for others.
• Glenda (8/5): Beautiful place, comfortable and clean, good price compared to similar properties in the area. - Advertisement said it was an apartment, but it was actually a whole house. The beds were comfortable, location was great, basic kitchen needs were present, fans were in every room, which was appreciated as the place could get pretty warm. There were plenty of extra towels and additional sheets in case we needed them. Price was good compared to other similar properties in the area. The showers, toilets, lights, bedside lamps, televisions and kitchen appliances were all in working order. I also highly appreciated the availability of USB ports in the bedside lamps which I could use to charge my phone since I forgot my universal adapter. All in all, a great stay, but communication of the necessary information we needed to access the place needs to improve. Picking up the key to the place was a bit complicated. The proprietor forgot to send me the code which we needed to pick up the key from the supermarket around the corner. The woman at the supermarket was pretty rude as well. After some back-and-forth with emails, phone calls, and Whatsapp messages we got the code finally. We also found it rather odd to discover somebody had been in the apartment during our absence and left open a window and both patio doors, one of which was downstairs. Thank goodness nothing was stolen or vandalized.
• Renée (8/5): Spacious it is this apartment! - Situated just near Camden: lovely to walk down the hill in 10 mins and be in the centre of Camden market. Near Chalk Farm tube: excellent start for. Expiring London! We got a 4 number pincode by booking instead of a 6 numbered one: that was a bit of a hassle for getting the keys. But the host took care of a new number and thing got sorted out quick.
• Kayleigh (10/5): Luxury Feel Apartment - Exceptional property; the photo’s don’t do the property justice. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious with en suite bathrooms making the stay extremely comfortable and convenient. There are all the facilities you’d except at home. It was like a home from home experience but very much had a more luxury feel. For the size of the apartment and the location, it was above and beyond our expectations. It was ideally located with Camden market a 10minute walk away. King’s Cross station was an enjoyable 40 minute walk with lots to see on the way. The host was very responsive, available and helpful if we needed to call for assistance or advice on anything. Will definitely consider booking again in the future if visiting London.
