Habe vorher E-Mail Kontakt gehabt das wir 2 Tage früher kommen und nach dem Preis gefragt da wurde mir gesagt 50% auf die Übernachtung. Als wir ankamen wusste keiner Bescheid das wir früher kommen und der Preis für die 2 Nächte war Dan 100% teurer danke nie wieder

• Matan (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing stay - The hotel is beautiful and feels like a resort in an exotic destination, with a truly relaxing vacation atmosphere. The breakfast is good, and the room is clean. The food and beverage service at the pool could be significantly improved.

• Marc (10/5): - - staff were amazing - great food options - hotel very clean - lovely pool area with snacks being brought round throughout the day - would highly recommend the afternoon tea at tocha - great location with lovely walks around bluewater in the evening. - stayed for our anniversary and they made some lovely touches which made it special - dinner at saffron was a massive highlight for us the food and the staff were amazing. Nothing massive but would have been nice to have known more about what was going on around the hotel. We only found out on our last night that tocha did a happy hour which was lovely watching the sunset.

Система управления светом в номерах ужасная, но это все еще ерунда. Стало большим сюрпризом, что на пляже через день проводят очень шумные вечеринки с громкой музыкой - стекла в номере дрожали. На замечания и просьбы администрации просто разводили руками и ничего не делали. Комфорт гостей им не важен. Фото будут в сообщении

• SVETLANA (8/5): Разочаровывающий опыт в отеле любимой сети - Очень понравился номер, большой, комфортный, все продумано до мелочей, столько приятных деталей! Дизайн выполнен в фирменном стиле Banyan Tree: аромолампа, палочки, халаты, пляжные аксессуары, принадлежности для чайной церемонии. Недостаточная квалификация персонала, очень средний завтрак для этого региона и класса отеля, дождаться заказа проблематично, так и ушли без кофе, платные лежаки с зонтиками! (без зонтиков свободны от платы- так сказал служащий на пляже, переспросили даже), маленькая территория отеля, для прогулки не подойдет.

We visited them twice and had delicious meals which were made according to our taste. Stuff was extremely helpful and friendly, despite chilly weather they created very warm evening for us. Sea is completely different with a nice little shore break and it’ - Feels like even though you are in Dubai you are completely disconnected and feels like a real break. Facilities are amazing. Rooms are a little claustrophobic as you have a wall up in front of you with a huge TV but its clean and a lot of attention to detail Only thing would probably be the room just needs a little more space but otherwise nothing

• fatma (9/5): Just Incredible! - This is by far the best resort I have stayed in Dubai and my current benchmark. Starting from the service, the employees and the overall ambiance just top notch. I thought the breakfast was buffet but it is menu-based, but it was still delicious. It would be good to consider adding buffet instead as when it is busy it is not as easy to constantly order. It would also be great if the customers get a map of the resort to explore what’s available and even the staff can explain in detail
• Boris (10/5): Ein mehr als Perfekter Urlaub. - Der ganze Aufenhalt war mehr als Perfekt. Angefangen beim Ankommen wurden wir mehr als freundlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum und sehr sauber. Generell die ganze Hotelanlage ist ein einziger Traum und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann kaum besser sein und lässt keinerlei Wünsche übrig. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Auch das Personal am Pool ist sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt keinerlei negative Punkte. Wir hatten leider eine kleine Lebensmittelvergiftung vom Essen außerhalb des Hotels und selbst darauf wurde extrem gut reagiert. Es kam sofort ein Erste Hilfe Helfer und versorgte uns und es wurde auch nach unserem Befinden gefragt, was wirklich einen mehr als tollen Service wieder spiegelt. Wir können das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen ! Wir kommen wieder.

Das Gym sowie das SPA sind spitze und ebenso zu empfehlen wie die sensationelle Lage. Das Angebot an Essen und Getränke am Pool dürfte umfangreicher sein. Man hat eine etwas begrenzte Auswahl und man tat sich schwer, jeweils etwas passendes zu finden.

• Roslyn (10/5): Fantastic hotel and stay - already rebooking - Excellent location - in a quieter area but close enough to busier parts. Walking distance to JBR and so many restaurants. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Pool area spotless and always plenty of loungers, staff attentive. Lovely clean room, with great additional touches such as little gifts at turndown each evening (glasses cloth, eye cream, lip balm) and a special cake part way through the trip ahead of going to the Formula 1. Already trying to rebook for same time next year. No complaints at all
