Hospitality, staff was not very welcoming towards the guest, Things such as towels, water cups and dishwashing liquid, shampoo, soap were not provided, Initially when called they didn't respond and secondly when they did they were rude and took a lot of time to provide towels and water glasses which needed to be available at first as we were four of us but got only 2, also on the website it's said that there are many facilities available for free but on reaching there most of them had to be paid for. Management is not under one co-operate and created alot of inconvenience for simple things, didn't expect such poor services from such a huge hotel.
• Fleur (1/5): Feels like a SCAM - Accomodatie kwam redelijk overeen met de fotos. DO NOT BOOK THIS! The accommodation was advertised on the front page for €32 for 3 nights, which seemed like a very attractive deal. However, after completing the booking and payment, I discovered additional charges had been added: a 50 MYR accommodation service fee per night and a 50 MYR cleaning fee per night. These fees were not clearly disclosed beforehand and were also not properly explained in the terms and conditions. This made the listing feel misleading and lacking in transparency and costs me more than €100! Furthermore, for these fees they will not come and clean your room during your stay. Also the check-in process was weird as you have to make some various calls via whatsapp and than a random guys will drop the keys. They will not respond to your questions or responses via the booking.com chat. I also find it difficult to understand how this accommodation has an average rating of 7.7. There are many reviews giving a perfect 10 score, often from Malaysian accounts, which feels questionable considering my own experience. At the same time, I noticed several reviews with a score of 1 describing similar complaints, but these are much harder to find and require significant scrolling.

I was super stressed that i landed in a foreign country and had to jump on another grab/ taxi just to get to another place and not knowing if its safe or dangerous. All i had was a contact on whatsapp with disappearing messages....

• Chetioui (1/5): - Very disappointing experience. If you ever face an issue, do not expect any real support. I accidentally made two identical reservations for the exact same apartment and dates. We fully honored our trip and stayed in the apartment as planned. The only reservation we cancelled was the one made by mistake in duplicate. Despite this very clear situation, they refused to issue a refund and insisted on charging cancellation fees, which is completely unreasonable considering the circumstances. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism and accountability. We were passed around between several phone numbers, each person redirecting us elsewhere, with no one willing to actually resolve the issue. We were simply left in the dark. Even though Booking.com understood the situation and sent two emails to the property, the property claimed they never received anything. In the end, no one took responsibility. Another disappointment: the swimming pool was advertised, yet after two days we still had not received the access card. Overall, this experience showed that a simple mistake is treated as unforgivable. There was no flexibility, no real assistance, and very poor customer care. I strongly advise future travelers to be extremely cautious.

Meerdere faciliteiten die inbegrepen zouden zijn (zoals kitchenette, tv/streaming, strijkfaciliteiten) waren niet aanwezig, ondanks extra kosten. Ook is er betaald voor schoonmaak, maar er is geen housekeeping geweest en geen schone handdoeken ontvangen. De “walking safari” bleek misleidend: slechts een lijst met locaties die ver uit elkaar lagen en niet te voet te doen zijn. Daarnaast reageerde de host dagenlang niet op berichten. Al met al geen goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en slechte service.
• Olafur (1/5): SCAM - Be careful with this property. They charge few things extra almost no other place has. Tourism Fee. (On top of what is already paid) Cleaning fee for every day (they do not clean every day,don’t even know if they clean at all during your stay) Service charge for every single night. (Never seen this in KL before or anywhere in the world) 8% Tax (On top of the already paid one) None of this is included in the original price and is hidden cost you do not see until payment has been made. These fees can be higher than the actual booking. Bed sheets not washed and bathroom was very poorly cleaned. Be ready to wait 20-40 minutes for the elevator if you are leaving the building during rush hour or simply going and coming. Very unsafe. They are so full of people there is no way to get inside the elevator. Surrounding area is very rough compared to most places in KL. Highly recommend you stay away and have fun trying to deal with the owner. As soon as images to unwashed bed sheets got sent his way he stopped responding.

Das Gebäude besteht aus hunderten von Zimmern. - der Check in war sehr komisch. Ich musste eine Nummer auf WhatsApp anrufen und dann kam ein Mann und hat mir die Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. - in meinem Badezimmer lagen fremde FlipFlops. - meine Bettwäsche hatte Flecken - das Küchengeschirr von den vorherigen Gästen wurde nicht in die Schubladen geräumt. - die Dusche wurde nicht warm, ich musste mich kalt abduschen - Fenster nicht gut isoliert, man hört die ganze Zeit Feuerwerke - im letzten Schritt der Rechnung wird einem von der Unterkunft noch der doppelte Preis abgebucht!!!!
• 月朗 (2/5): 服务差，没有任何提醒随便扣钱，拒绝再入住 - 有洗衣机 定错了时间给钱了马上联系房东，房东第一时间拒绝退款。联系了booking的客服，也是拒绝退款，然后马上发来入住地址，但是迟迟不发入住房间，一直到下午4点打电话过去都不听电话，等了很久联系前台打了好几个电话才接通，在睡觉，等很久，也没有立刻下来，问我什么时候退房我说12点或者1点，但是他当时也没说几点退房要扣钱，今天退房给我说要扣20。好了，吉隆坡没地方住也不住这里了

• Chénel (3/5): - I am writing to express a complaint toward the reception my friends and I experienced regarding our recent reservation (Booking reference: [5823744401]), made through Booking.com, from the (date). After approximately 12 hours of travel, we arrived at your hotel (The Majestic Gen Luxury Suites KLCC) expecting to check into the room we had specifically selected and paid for. Instead, we were informed there was a leak in our room and that we would be relocated to another hotel,we received absolutely no prior notice of this issue, only upon arrival. This demonstrates a serious lack of consideration and respect for your guests. It took nearly an additional hour before finally being given access to the replacement room, that was clearly inferior to what we had booked and paid for. The room was smaller, located in a less convenient area compared to our original reservation, in a less reputable hotel (which we had chosen deliberately for its location), and one of the beds was merely a sofa bed rather than a proper bed as expected. Additionally, we found insects in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. We received a last-minute downgrade with no warning, no meaningful apology, and no immediate solution that matched the value of our original reservation. This situation caused significant exhaustion and disappointment and fell below reasonable hospitality standards.

The suite was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The modern furnishings and comfortable bed made my stay very relaxing, and the city view was stunning especially at night. The location is perfect, close to KLCC, shopping malls, and great restaurants, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. A special thank you to Mr. Fawad for the outstanding hospitality. He was extremely professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. His assistance during check-in and throughout the stay made everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service!

• Chahinez (3/5): Médiocre - L’emplacement pas très loins des tours Appartement annoncé pour 4 personnes, mais il n’y avait que 2 verres et une bouilloire inutilisable à cause d’une prise non adaptée. Le sèche-cheveux et le fer à repasser, pourtant mentionnés dans la description, étaient inexistants. Le lit et les draps étaient tachés, ce qui est inadmissible en termes d’hygiène.. Dans la salle de bain, seulement 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes, aucun verre ou support pour poser les brosses à dents, et même pas un rouleau de papier toilette : il n’y avait que la moitié d’un rouleau, ce qui nous a obligés à en acheter nous-mêmes. À cela s’ajoute une importante fuite de la climatisation. L’hôtel indique également disposer d’un restaurant, ce qui est mensonger : aucun restaurant dans l’immeuble. En résumé, ce logement ne vaut absolument pas son prix.
• Mireia Brugulat (1/5): Horrible - Nada Al llegar nos hicieron esperar fuera del edificio como 15 minutos. Después nos llamaron diciendo que el aire no funcionaba (realmente creo que habían hecho overbooking) y nos ofrecían un hotel alternativo. Cansados del largo viaje aceptamos y tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos más para que nos enviaran un taxi al nuevo hotel. Una vez allí, 10 minutos más tarde llegó el host y subimos a la habitación. No era una habitación de hotel, era como un apartamento donde alguien vivía habitualmente. No había toallas ni papel de wc así que tuvimos que pedir y las enviaron a la habitación equivocada. Tuvimos que reclamar. También vimos que estaba super sucio, sobretodo la cama, tuvimos que poner nuestras propias toallas para poder tumbarnos porque daba asco. Teníamos allí 2 noches y pedimos cambio al hotel inicialmente reservado. Nos enviaron un Grab para trasladarnos al nuevo hotel, pero el host se equivocó con la ubicación y nos dejaron en otro sitio. Tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos más para que viniera otro host y nos acompañara A PIE con las maletas al hotel original y tardamos otros 15 minutos. Una vez en el edificio, el host nos hizo esperar 10 minutos para conseguir las llaves. Esta habitación estaba mejor, la piscina también, pero fue una experiencia muy desagradable. No lo recomiendo para nada. Por cierto, para guardar las maletas hay que ir a otro edifico, andando a 10 minutos, y nadie las vigila

• Ilse Miroslava (4/5): No lo recomiendo. Anfitrión grosero y no atiende a las solicitudes - Lo único bueno y lindo es la infinity pool. Pero pueden encontrar mejores alojamientos por mejor preicio. El alojamiento no contaba con todo lo prometido. Sigue en construcción, está en obra gris, incluso tenía una mesa rota envuelta en plástico. La ubicación está un poco alejado de todo pero es algo que yo sabía anteriormente. El sauna nunca funcionó. Se tardaron mucho tiempo para atender mis solicitudes. Al final me cambiaron la habitación pero fue casi a las 11pm. No recomiendo. A pesar de que dice que puedes hacer early check in o late check out. Solo te permite una hora. Si haces preguntas se molestan.mi vuelo llegó de madrugada y pregunté si podían hacerme check in antes así tuviera que pagar o por lo menos dejarme estar en el lobby y me contestaron el mismo día quejé llegué al aeropuerto y aún así me dijeron que no. Pésima atención.

• Rajasekar (10/5): - It was so clean, new rooms,the view from the room and the pool, were from another level, I have spent 1 days in Malaysia, the best place I have been in so far. A 5 star for how polite Mr fawad was, every time I ask for something, he tells me "2-5 mins", he comes in 1 min 30, thank you so much for making my holiday the best so far.
