- Camelia (8/5): If thought was put into providing these few amenities then it would be a nice place to stay. - Property was very clean. Quiet location. Good facilities in the building like the gym, laundry and communal dining and seating areas The bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs.
Only 1 toilet roll provided for a 2 week stay for 2 people.
No hand wash, no dishwashing liquid, no sugar, tea, coffee or milk provided

- Eduardo (7/5): Bien ubicado, no muy limpio y colchón pequeño - La cercanía al centro. Limpieza y tamaño de la cama
- Mark (6/5): - Staff was kind No appliances, no ways to clean the room, no cleaning services, windows are small to open and poor airflow.
Barely any cutlery or pots, was impossible to cook, bed was not too comfy
- Matthew (1/5): Awful - the worst place I have ever stayed - The location is good. But it’s the only thing that is This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. It was impossible to sleep due to the hot and airless room and the mattress that resembled a medieval torture device.
I had booked to stay 10 nights but had to leave after two sleepless nights.
Avoid this place at all costs, I cannot emphasise enough how much this accommodation all but ruined my trip.
- Enrico (10/5): Lovely - Everything was perfect, the staff was very much available as well and they helped whenever i've had any necessities. The location is absolutely great. It could be just a little bit cleaner but in the end it was alright.
- Niall (10/5): Enjoyed my stay. Would come and stay again. - Well maintained. Great easy check in and comfortable
- Chris (10/5): Great stay, great staff - Staff were great especially Sam who was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. Great value for money, for everything that is included in the room the price is really good. Touchscreen hobs are the worst inventions ever
- Megan G (7/5): Much more suited to solo travellers than couples - The location was good and it was great having a kitchen with an oven. The studio was big and roomy The shower water was barely warm even though we had good pressure. No one came to clean, take the rubbish, fix the dishwasher or give us toilet rolls the whole week we were there even though we asked and they said they would!! The bed was tiny, barely big enough for 2 people even though the room had plenty of space to have a bigger bed 😯 no TV either
- panayiota (1/5): Mattress not fit for purpose - Good location, staff were friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t clean. Had to wipe down all the surfaces as they were full of dust and hair. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress we’ve experienced, barely slept. You could feel the springs. We reported it and they replaced the mattress with one that sagged in the middle. Reported it again, nothing they could do and had to take it to booking.com so we could get a refund and relocate. Staff was kind and understanding throughout this.
- Francisco Gabriel (8/5): - Las instalaciones comunes, el trato del personal y la relación precio/calidad. Podría estar más limpio.
- Hannah (10/5): Amazing - Was really nice and clean and quiet Nothing

- Ben (7/5): Excellent location and facilities, a pity it was a little grubby! - The property was well hosted with friendly and helpful reception staff working 24 hours a day. The facilities were good and well kept from what I saw of them, and the location is excellent, a 8 minute walk to Templemeads train station and that makes it excellent for those arriving via the airport or by train. The accommodation was a little unclean, there was rubbish under bed from the last visitor, and although the building was meant to be non-smoking there was clear cigarette ash by open windows when I arrived and also a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in communal areas during the day- this appear more like contractors and cleaning staff were smoking then the guests, but it presented a grubby feel to what was otherwise an excellent place for people who are travelling for work to stay.

- Geoffrey (8/5): Great place to stay for a week. - Great room and facilities, Lovely and new. Location is great for walking around Bristol. Good internet for work The room was a little warm at night with all heating off. Had to leave the windows open which increased noise. Options for a lower tog duvet would have helped. The lights were very bright with no dimmer.
- Heather (7/5): Overall very pleased with my stay I would definitely book again! - Great location and great room! The reception team was also super helpful. Check in was easy and the room was exactly what I needed for my stay. The accommodation could be a bit noisy at times and I had to buy essentials like hand and dish soap.
- Kalyan sasidhar (10/5): Fabulous - Very good location and absolutely safe There was a family right next door. Their policy says no kids , may be that could be looked at.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Love Zinc Works and the very friendly staff - Good facilities, loved having a microwave, oven and large fridge. I personally think the beds are cheap and could feel the springs in the mattress.
My only complaint!

- Guest (7/5): - the people in the desk are very friendly the bin area is dirty and smelly.
the area is a bit far from tesco, no supermarket nearby
a bit far from the broadmead area
no shampoo, conditioner and body wash included in the room
there should be atleast a vaccum in the room.
the people in the desk are not always there, i left my keys with a note.
need to upgrade the teflon cookers, it is not good for the health and kindly put it in the bin because it has a lot of scratches. please replace it with stainless steel.
