• Stefanos (10/5): - Θέα, εξυπηρέτηση και τοποθεσία. Αυτές οι λέξεις χαρακτηρίζουν τη διαμονή μου σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Σκοπέλου, σε μια πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία με φανταστική θέα προς τη χώρα και το λιμάνι. Ο Βησσαρίων ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ κατατοπιστικός όσο αναφορά τις τοποθεσίες και τα καταστήματα εστίασης που θα έπρεπε να επισκεφτώ στο νησί. Πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει ενώ εξασφάλισε μια διαμονή χωρίς να μας λείψει τίποτα. Πολλά μπράβο! Παράδειγμα προς μίμηση για κάθε εργαζόμενο στο κλάδο της φιλοξενίας. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Νίκη (5/5): - Μας αρεσε το δωματιο, ησυχο περιβαλλον, πολυ μετριο πρωινο. η πισινα ωραια και ωραια θεα απο αυτην. ειχε κρεμαστρες για τα ρουχα καθως και πιστολακι. ωραια βεραντα εξω με μεγαλο τραπεζι και πολυθρονες φουλ ανετες και η θεα πολυ ωραια. ειχε πριζα διπλα στο κρεβατι, πολυ εξυπηρετικο. γενικα το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια μεσα στη χωρα της σκοπελου. ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ εξυπηρετικος και μας καθοδηγησε για το που να παμε. το προσωπικο επισης πολυ ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο. το πρωινο ηταν ελειπες. το δωματιο σε καποια σημεια δεν ηταν και τοσο καθαρο. η τηλεοραση ηταν παρα πολυ μικρη σε κουραζε και δεν μπορουσες να δεις. δεν ειχε κατι μεσα στο ψυγειο για καλοσωρισμα, πχ ενα νερακι. η πισινα δεν ηταν καθαρη απο την πρωτη μερα που πηγαμε. επρεπε να περιμενουμε 2 μερες. η περιοχη γυρω δεν ειχε καποιο μαρκετ για να ψωνισεις, επρεπε να κατεβεις στη χωρα.

• George Ramsay (10/5): Perfect way to end the season in October - The best way to end my year - with the most amazing views, comfortable rooms and great service. I have stayed here twice now and it remains my favourite hotel. Great seasonal fruit at breakfast and excellent pastry. A 10 minute walk from the bottom of town, amazing restaurants, cafes, bars on the way. Room was comfortable with beautiful vistas and aircon (which even went warm when the night got colder). I had the last dip in the pool before it was drained and it was perfect. The breakfast set up is delightful. I cant wait to return.
• Owen (8/5): Boende med utsikt med bra service och bra frukost! - Utsikten, servicen var enastående och pool med utsikt över staden och hamnen gör detta till ett väldigt härligt boende. Alla trappstegen gjorde det till en utmanande väg till boendet, vid fysiska svårigheter rekommenderas en taxi. Utsikten är väl värt det!

• Francesca (4/5): Prezzo da boutique hotel ma qualità di un affittacamere - La posizione panoramica C’è una reception.. sempre vuota. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po’ perché arrivasse la signora delle pulizie con le chiavi (non era presente altro personale). Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dalla stanza una sera e siamo riusciti a contattare il personale solo il giorno successivo…. Non si sono neanche scusati! Direi decisamente overpriced rispetto al servizio, che non può definirsi quello di un hotel in assenza di un servizio minimo di reception. Posizione panoramica ma parecchio scomoda per tornare dal centro!

• Anna Miřátská (10/5): - Místo je velmi útulné a roztomilé, paní hostitelka neskutečně milá a nápomocná, pořád se ptala, zda nám nic nechybí a zda jsme spokojeni. Snídaně byly výborné, na výběr je ze sladkých i slaných, káva, džus... výhled z venkovní jídelny je úžasný, to samé z bazénu. Moc se nám tu líbilo, děkujeme. Pokoje jsou velmi malé, přestože jsou velmi útulné. Sprchový kout byl opravdu malý, sotva se tam otočíte. Do ubytování vede spoustu schodů, takže musíte být trochu fit, určitě to není vhodné pro fyzicky znevýhodněné nebo starší lidi (pokud si nepůjčíte auto, pak je to v pohodě, protože hotel je hned u silnice.

• Julia (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert - Wir haben uns als Paar in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, ausreichend groß und wurden stets sehr sauber gehalten. Besonders gut hat uns das kleine, aber feine Frühstück gefallen – mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, der den Start in den Tag noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Zwar führen einige Stufen zum Hotel, aber die kleine „Fitness-Einheit“ hat uns nicht gestört – im Gegenteil, es hat fast schon zum Erlebnis dazugehört. Die Gastgeberin war stets freundlich, gut gelaunt und hat uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art sofort willkommen fühlen lassen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder! -

• Κατερίνα (10/5): - Η θέα είναι απίστευτη, τα δωμάτια καθαρά και άνετα (έχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι όπως κουζίνα, κατσαρόλες, σαπούνια κλπ). Η στάση του λεωφορείου δεν είναι μακριά από το ξενοδοχείο οπότε ήταν και άνετη η τοποθεσία για να πας εκδρομές. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή με απίστευτη θέα και τέλος το αγαπημένο μου ήταν το πρωινό που ήταν απλά ΠΕΝΤΑΝΟΣΙΜΟ σπιτικό. Γεια στα χέρια της κυρίας που το έφτιαχνε κάθε πρωί! Ευχαριστούμε❤️

• Olivier (7/5): Petite chambre avec une belle vue et de bons petits-déjeuners ! - Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la vue et la qualité des petits déjeuners. Surtout pour le sucré, les cakes faits maison étaient délicieux ! L'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes du port en hauteur, il ne faut pas avoir peur de grimper des marches. Les chambres sont plutôt bien isolées, surtout au niveau des fenêtres, nous n'entendions pas les travaux autour de l'hôtel. La literie était bonne, la décoration est récente et la qualité du ménage est remarquable ! Notre chambre était petite, le balcon était petit (deux chaises, une petite table et rien de plus) et la salle de bain minuscule... La climatisation commence à être vieillissante, elle est efficace mais bruyante. Il n'y a pas de prise électrique en tête de lit.

• Nick (7/5): Needs improvement. I had room 7 - The pool, the view if you paid for that type of room, the air conditioning and the breakfast. Shower has a hand held spout however there is no ability to fix it to the wall whilst you use your hands to wash yourself and shower. Simply awkward. The towels over the 6 days were all dry and scratchy. Seriously scratchy and to wipe your skin it was best avoided. A double PowerPoint 1.5metres above the floor and we'll away from the bed. Unless you have a long phone or tablet cord, charging is impossible unless you wish to dangle the charging cord by the phone and therefore damaging the cord. I had to move a bedside table and lay a pillow on top to rest the phone just to enable charging without stretching the cord. (6 days) All these add up to uncomfortable inconveniences that just shouldn't be there.

• Aline (9/5): Vue exceptionnelle - Vue extraordinaire à toute heure du jour et de la nuit sur la baie de Skopelos. Hôtel parfaitement situé, au calme mais à moins de 10 minutes à pied du port. Espaces communs et piscine superbes. Petit-dej exceptionnel, tout fait maison. Personnel adorable. Chambres un peu sommaires pour le prix, mais c’est compensé par la vue.

Und der Tag kann nicht besser aufhören als barfuß durch die kleine saubere Stadt zum Hotel laufen. Die Lage ist perfekt! Der Hotelbetreiber & die gesamte Crew waren sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich ist. Es gibt tolle Zimmer in diesem Hotel! Die Baustelle nebenan- aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts...

• Anastassia (8/5): Family vacation - The breakfast and the view are very nice. The location is great. Also the room is cleaned everyday and the place is spotless. Unfortunately,3 out of 5 mornings there was no warm (not hot!) water in the bathroom,only cold one plus the bathroom itself needs complete renovation as other reviews suggested. The water doesn’t drains away and you’re practically bathing in your own dirt. Also I suggest changing the towels cause they were very hard and not comfortable for use. Last but not least,the parking is not in the hotel’s area so bear in mind that you have to park outside on the street if you find a free space.

• Bednarikova (10/5): - Spolu s mojou dcérou sme strávili niekoľko dní v ubytovaní Thea Home Hotel na malebnom ostrove Skopelos. Hotel je zasadený na kopci s nádherným výhľadom na more a prístav – každé ráno sme sa budili do slnečných lúčov a ticha prírody, s výhľadom, ktorý nám vyrazil dych. Izba bola čistá, útulná a vkusne zariadená v tradičnom gréckom štýle. Nechýbalo nám absolútne nič. Majitelia hotela boli mimoriadne milí a pohostinní – cítili sme sa ako doma. Každé ráno nás čakali chutné raňajky. Thea Home Hotel má ideálnu polohu – v pokojnej časti, no len pár minút chôdze od centra Skopelos Town, kde sme si mohli vychutnať večerné prechádzky, skvelé jedlo a typickú grécku atmosféru. Tento pobyt nám poskytol nielen oddych a načerpanie síl, ale aj krásne spoločné chvíle, na ktoré budeme ešte dlho spomínať. Ak hľadáte miesto s dušou, s krásnym výhľadom a pohodlím, Thea Home Hotel je výbornou voľbou. Veľká vďaka celému tímu hotela!

• Yves (9/5): un camp de base confortable pour découvrir une île séduisante - petits déjeuners très complet, piscine bienvenue après les grimpettes de chora, chambre très propre et bien équipée (un plus pour la machine à laver); le fait d’avoir été surclassé quelques petits détails : pas de prises multiples au bord du lit (il faut choisir entre la lampe et le téléphone), douche parfois chaude, parfois pas (même si ce n’est pas vraiment nécessaire en juillet !) si vous prenez un taxi via l’hôtel assurez-vous que les tarifs sont conformes aux tarifs de référence affichés à la station de taxi (glossa c’est 40 euros pas 80…)

• Giovanni_8 (9/5): Vero relax a Skopelos - La posizione è ottima sia per chi noleggia un mezzo (arrivando da sopra parcheggiando in strada si accede direttamente in hotel) sia per chi è a piedi (avendo delle scale che collegano direttamente al centro.. vi sconsiglio di farvele con le valigie perché sono veramente tante). La camera è un po' piccola però funzionale ci sono varie prese, il letto è comodo, e l'armadio abbastanza capiente, c'è anche un piccolo frigorifero. La colazione è molto buona con prodotti freschi e cucinati ogni mattina dalla signora che ci lavora varietà sia di dolce che salato e con variazioni nei giorni, colazione che si fa su uno splendido terrazzo con vista aperta sulla città e sul mare. Theo il proprietario è molto gentile quando arrivate se siete pratichi di Google Maps vi gira la mappa con segnati i posti che lui consiglia, inoltre, la prima sera non abbiamo trovato il phon in camera (probabilmente rubato dagli ospiti prima) l'indomani c'è ne ha fatto trovare uno nuovo di zecca in camera. Come detto prima sicuramente le dimensioni della camera che sono un po' piccole, soprattutto se si hanno due valigie grandi come erano le nostre e dimensione del bagno anche quella un po' piccola
• Anne (8/5): Super séjour malgré quelques petits détails - Très belle vue depuis l’espace petit déjeuner, la chambre et la piscine. La terrasse était agréable et la chambre était assez spacieuse. Le personnel est accueillent et très serviable. Très propre. Ce sont des détails, mais : le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant : je m’attendais à avoir plus de choix (comme des petits pains/croissants, confitures et fruits variés, pain de mie…). La piscine passe rapidement à l’ombre dans l’après-midi. La salle de bain est assez vieillotte, tout comme la climatisation, qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Et attention pour ceux qui ont des soucis de mobilité : il y a beaucoup de marches pour accéder à la ville

• DANAI (8/5): Σίγουρα value for money, ένας εντυπωσιακός και εξυπηρετικός χώρος με απίθανη θέα! - Η τοποθεσία και η θέα που μπορούσες να απολαύσεις από το κρεβάτι ακόμα έκανε τη διαμονή να αξίζει! Όμορφος, προσεγμένος χώρος, γεμάτος φυτά, με ηρεμία και ευγένεια το προσωπικό και bonus μια πολύ βολική πισίνα! Καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο που δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί για τις ανάγκες μας, καθώς ταξιδεύαμε με βρέφος και σκύλο. Ίσως το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να αναβαθμιστεί στο μέλλον, καθώς και κάποιες παροχές για άτομα που χρειάζονται να μείνουν ώρα στο δωμάτιο, π.χ. τηλεόραση. Ακόμα έχει νόημα να διευκρινιστεί η κατάσταση με το πάρκινγκ γιατί έχει αρκετό ζόρι αν κουβαλάς αρκετά πράγματα...

• ELENI (10/5): Όμορφη διαμονή στη Σκόπελο - Όλα ήταν τέλεια, ευχάριστη διαμονή, απίστευτη θέα, καθαριότητα, προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια στα σοκάκια της Χώρας και το λιμάνι, όμορφοι διακοσμημένοι εξωτερικοί και εσωτερικοί χώροι, πλούσιο πρωινό με ντόπιες χειροποίητες λιχουδιές και το σημαντικότερο;;; Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολυ εξυπηρετικός σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε, να μας δώσει πληροφορίες για τα αξιοθέατα, για τις παραλίες... Θοδωρή σ ευχαριστούμε, θα ξανάρθουμε!!

• Leah (10/5): Equisite - Property was nice and clean and adequate for our one night stay. Can’t fault it for the price we paid. Hotel is set at height and the views are incredible. Breakfast was very nice. All fresh. The best thing about this hotel is Teo, such a lovely kind man who will do anything to help you out and make is quest feeling welcome. If ever I stay at Skopelos on the future. I will be staying at Thea. We don’t like that we don’t book longer.

• Orsoorso (7/5): Sopravalutato - Situato sulla colina , vista città ,vista porto. Nulla di spettacolare . Colazione buona. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva giù al porto . Ma comunque bisogna avere assolutamente un mezzo per spostarsi durante il giorno. Host gentile e professionale ,ma non è stata tipica accoglienza greca Bagno buio, piccolo ,senza nessuna mensola per appoggiare le cose personali. Tenda nella doccia insopportabile . La luce nella camera non funzionava ,ho chiesto sia personalmente ,sia con il messaggio di verificare. Nulla.
• Paola (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - L’hotel è vicino al centro ma in posizione rialzata che offre una meravigliosa vista sul mare e sulla cittadina. Dovevamo soggiornare sette giorni che sono diventati sei per ritardo volo aereo ai primi di giugno 2025, la nostra stanza era piccolina ma pulita. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il terrazzo panoramico in cui veniva servita la colazione. Molto disponibile Teo il ragazzo della reception, ci ha fatto avere le fatture che abbiamo richiesto anche in lingua inglese. Il bagno è datato e molto piccolo, la doccia minuscola, per lavarci dovevamo tenere il doccino in mano perché non c’è alcun gancio per posizionarlo in alto.

La piscina es pequeña pero con buenas vistas y sin gente (al menos cuando estuvimos nosotros) Theodoro, el chico de la recepción, fue muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones de toda la isla Para el precio de la habitación me esperaba un desayuno mejor (con más variedad) En la terraza del desayuno hace muchísimo calor en estas fechas La habitación no está mal pero me la esperaba mejor Tampoco me gustó la ciudad (pero esto es un comentario al margen del hotel)

• Grigoris (5/5): Overpriced small and uncomfortable room with many issues to be fixed! - Great view! Very small room which made our stay uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was useless as it was old and broken and made too much noise. The fridge also made so much noise that we had to close it to be able to sleep. The balcony had a nice view although it was not the corner one like in the photo of the room we booked. There was no good isolation from the next balcony so we had to whisper to keep some privacy. The bathroom was small and the shower very narrow with a broken showerhead! There was no kitchenette or anything to make a coffee. The breakfast was very mediocre with the majority of the tables in the sun! In fact, the hotel managers sat at 2 tables in the shade resulting in us sweating from the heat. Finally the location offers a panoramic view, but you certainly need a car/scooter if you don't want to walk uphill to reach the room from the center.
• Celia (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful with lovely staff and breakfast - This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, it is in a great location with wonderful views, a short walk to centre of the town and the port. The room had everything we needed and was very nicely presented. The breakfast was really tasty and a lovely fresh selection (especially the bread!), and served on a beautiful terrace. And the staff are so helpful and friendly - we will be back!

• Patrizia (8/5): Vacanza a Skopelos - Struttura molto buona con splendida vista sul porto dalla terrazza della colazione e della reception. Colazione inclusa ottima con prodotti di qualità fatti in casa. Theo molto cordiale. La camera era microscopica e l'upgrade propostomi a 30 euro a notte ,senza prima vedere la camera acquistata, mi è sembrato poco professionale. La camera dava su un piccolissimo cortile interno, senza vista.
• Jenny (8/5): - The view from our one-bedroom suite was a dream. The views from the pool and breakfast area are also stunning. With a great view comes a climb up a hill. This hotel is a struggle from the port with luggage. We requested a pickup from the ferry but never received a response to our message. When we arrived, we thought we could walk with our bags but it was a mistake. We should have just hopped in a taxi. If you are older or have limited mobility, this hotel is probably not a great choice.

• EFSTATHIOS (7/5): - Πολύ καλή διαμονή με ωραία θέα και φιλικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καλαίσθητο, με πολύ ωραία θέα. Το πρωινό ήταν ποιοτικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα. Ωστόσο, υπήρχαν σημαντικές ελλείψεις σε σχέση με όσα αναφέρονταν στην περιγραφή. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε καθόλου, ενώ παρουσιαζόταν ως παροχή του δωματίου. Επιπλέον, ο φωτισμός ήταν ανεπαρκής στα φωτιστικά οροφής, οι λάμπες είτε ήταν καμμένες ή υπήρχε ηλεκτρολογικό πρόβλημα που το αναφέραμε την πρώτη μέρα στον υπεύθυνο αλλά δεν διορθώθηκε το πρόβλημα. Μόνο τα δύο πορτατίφ λειτουργούσαν τα οποία δεν επαρκούσαν, ειδικά το βράδυ. Αυτά τα ζητήματα δημιουργούν μια αίσθηση προχειρότητας και σίγουρα δεν ανταποκρίνονται στις προσδοκίες που δημιουργούνται από την περιγραφή στο Booking. Αν διορθωθούν αυτά, η εμπειρία διαμονής θα είναι σαφώς καλύτερη.

• Ioannis Papadakis (9/5): Ονειρικές διακοπές με θέα στη Σκόπελο! - Άψογη τοποθεσία, ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος, επαγγελματίας και εξυπηρετικός, το δωμάτιο άνετο! Θα μπορούσε να είναι απόλυτα άψογα, γιατί ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει τη δυναμική για αυτό αλλά έχανε στις λεπτομέρειες... Τι εννοώ... Λίγο νεράκι στο δωμάτιο για την υποδοχή ή ένα μικρό καλωσόρισμα, λίγο καλύτερο εξοπλισμο στην κουζίνα, λίγο χαμόγελο στο επιμέρους προσωπικό, λίγη περισσότερη φαντασία στο πρωινό! Κατά τα λοιπά άψογο!

• Thomaidou Iro (9/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα . Ο κύριος στην υποδοχή ήταν ευγενέστατος και μας άφησε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο νωρίτερα από το check in . Η πισίνα τέλεια με θέα την χώρα του νησιού. Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία και ήταν όλα νόστιμα !
• Susan on Booking.com (10/5): Pool, views and relaxing. Nearby everything! - Views, breakfast was excellent and a great variety, staff very helpful and great dinner suggestions (A+ at Ammos).. A bit of a walk up hill but doable. Make sure to request a pick up from ferry, as walk ways and stairs was tough on luggage. Staff very friendly to help! Needed to leave key in to have a/c work and chargers charge in room. Offering charging banks would have been helpful.
• René og Marlene (10/5): Skønne dage på Thea Home - Skøn stemning, skøn udsigt, skøn morgenmad. Vi havde booket det billigst mulige værelse, og der var ikke altan, men den søde hotelejer bød os velkommen til at bruge hotellets fælles-terrasse som vores egen, så det gjorde vi. Der var en pragtfuld udsigt og man kunne nyde ro, en kop kaffe og at læse og slappe af. Badeværelset var ret lille, så alt på toilet/bad var vådt efter et bad. Men det tørrer hurtigt i varmen.
