• Irma (8/5): - The hotel’s location is exceptionally convenient, close to the main tourist streets, metro station, and a bus stop with direct access to the airport. It made getting around the city very easy. We also really appreciated the free luggage lockers available on both check-in and check-out days, which was very convenient and gave us more freedom to explore the city without carrying our bags around. There was a smell in the room throughout our stay. It may have been coming from the carpet or something else in the room. Unfortunately, we noticed it the entire time, which made the stay a bit less comfortable.

Tout : pas de personnel et disponible uniquement par téléphone, pas d'accueil ou de vraie réception, check-in et check-out via une machine automatique, informations contradictoires. Petit-déjeuner (plats préparés) dans des frigos à faire réchauffer. L'odeur de l'hôtel et de la chambre donne l'impression d'être dans un hôpital gériatrique ou dans une maison de retraite. Nous avons eu de l'eau tiède durant toute la période de la Golden Week, une fois terminée, l'eau chaude est apparue, ce qui est totalement inadmissible ! Rapport qualité-prix extrêmement élevé pour ce qui est proposé. Le pire hôtel que nous ayons eu durant tout notre séjour au Japon, sachant que nous avons fait Tokyo, le Mont Fuji et Kyoto avant Osaka. C'est en plus l'hôtel qui nous a coûté le plus cher de tout le voyage et nous n'avons même pas eu l'occasion d'avoir un vrai petit-déjeuner, nous avons dû dépenser plus pour manger à l'extérieur.

Room and bathroom were spacious compared to hotels in Tokyo. Check in and out were a breeze. Breakfast was microwavable stuff which honestly, for the price we paid were fine. Can't think of anything.

• Evangelia (5/5): - Advantages: It is a basic hotel close to the metro station and Dotonbori, the rooms were clean. If you enjoy a contactless check-in, it is ideal. You will barely see a non-guest here. Disadvantages: Contactless checkin made the whole establishment feel cold and distant, especially when we were warned that we would be “fined” if we stayed past check-out time, and since the check out is electronic, we were worried that if we were to complete the process by 10.01 we would need to pay extra. The toilet seat with the rest of the bathroom are separated rooms by the main room. Most of the staff don’t speak English. We were quite misled by the “breakfast included” label, which is just a vending machine that serves pasta, fish, beans, or meatballs in single-use plastic containers - i.e. meals you can buy from a local convenience store for less than 3 EUR each, you are only allowed 1 per person, and if you would like to accompany your meal with a drink (coffee, water or juice) you have to PAY in the vending machine next to it. The only free thing included with this convenience store-like “meal” is ice. We couldn’t get ourselves to eat breakfast from this establishment and used the convenience stores nearby to eat something in the morning. Overall it left a sour …taste… (pun intended) departing from Osaka.

L'option ne mérite pas d'être prise. Le petit déjeuner consiste en un plat industriel à faire réchauffer au micro-onde. Mieux vaut aller au 7/11 juste au coin de la rue pour moins cher et de meilleur qualité. Par ailleurs, nous ne souhaitions pas que le room service fasse notre chambre. En rentrant nous avons constaté que le room service était rentré et avait laissé ouvert notre chambre. Nos affaire étaient donc accessible à n'importe qui. Nous avons donc eu un grand sentiment pour le reste de notre séjour, ne sachant pas si certaines de nos affaires nous avaient été volées.

• Patricia (9/5): Excellent - Good value for money, extremely near a train station, close to restos and 7-11 plus staff were super accommodating. My partner had to expect a box from a relative and the staff took care of it while we were out. Will reco to everyone who will visit the area.
• Salman (7/5): The most complete and ideal stay. Highly highly recommend for their prices - The location is the best you can have. Right on the edge of dotonbori. Like genuinely the best location. Rooms were decent, amazing big spacious shower and nice sink area. Toilet is seperate from shower which is good if sharing room. All good.
