• Alberto M.F (9/5): - Cómodo, limpio, moderno, amplio, con muy buenas vistas y buena ubicación, al lado de Chinatown. Camas y duchas geniales. Piscinas perfectas con vistas a Merdeka y, de lejos, Petronas o torre de comunicaciones, entre otros. El apartamento también tiene vistas espectaculares desde la terraza o ventanales. Edificio genial, muy cómodo y altamente recomendable. Dueños atentos y respondiendo rápido. Lo único que no me gustó fué el registro, todo lo que había que cumplimentar y rellenar antes de llegar, muy tedioso, con miles de normas y además tuvimos que dar un depósito sin previo aviso para darnos la clave de entrada. Si no fuera por esto, sería de 10!

• Hartmut (10/5): Perfektes Apartment in sehr guter Lage - Tolles Appartment mit allem was wir brauchten. Inkl. Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Wir waren zu viert, haben nur 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer genutzt. Die Aussicht im 26. Stockwerk war super. Der Infinity Pool befendet sich nicht auf dem Dach des Hochhauses sondern auf dem Dach des niedrigeren Seitengebäudes im 8. Stock. Gute Lage, nahe China Town und Markt (10-15 Min Fußweg). Wir hatten bei der Abfahrt Probleme mit dem Mietwagen und benötigten nach dem Checkout weiterhin eine Zugangskarte für Fahrstuhl und Parkhaus. Der Manager war sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend, so dass dies kein Problem war.

• George (9/5): great value for the money, large apt, nice view to the second largest building in the world - huge apartment, all amenities, modern and with great view a bit noisy as it is at floor 26 with Monorail and a large boulevard close by. Also the air conditioner units are on the balcony and the matrimonial bedroom is direclty exposed to this noise. If you have a deep sleep you won't notice them though

The apartment is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures, with very tall ceilings. The view from the room is exceptional, and the buildings facilities are brilliant: the pools & jacuzzis were large, very quiet, and with phenomenal skyline views. The building is very elegant & well kept, with helpful staff After months of travelling, and staying in a number of 5 star resorts, the bed here & pillows were the comfiest I’ve had during my trip. For 25 Malaysian dollars you can get breakfast at a local Chinese-Malaysian spot which was very tasty. I was locked out once after leaving my key in the room, and the Soulasia team helpfully allowed me to regain access by arriving within a few minutes. Location is a short walk to the popular Chinatown & station, and a cheap grab to the central malls. That I chose only to stay 2 nights

• Karen (10/5): Excellent stay - The view at night is stunning, well maintained building and great facilities Small details like there wasn’t laundry powder for using the washing machine and no complimentary water bottle.Apart from those small details everything was superb
• Kok Chong (7/5): - The apartment is big and clean. The scenery is good, it is able to look over the iconic buildings of KL. There are 4 EV chargers, convenient for those who drives an EV car. Parking is free. Master room air conditioner and the master bathroom air filtration are noisy, need to maintain. For light sleeper, call for morning prayer from the nearby mosque can be an issue.

From the station, 1 stop away to Lalaport, 2 stop away to BTS, 3 stops away to Bukit Bintang. Very convenient. No blocking view from the apartment. None

The host was welcoming and responsive, making everything easy. Great location and amenities. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The dishwasher was not working!. As a family there was not enough utensils or kitchenware. There was also no microwave which was very inconvenient

Wifi is bad and mobile network signal is also mediocre in the building. A lot of cockroaches, but it is probably a building problem. Bad odor in the wardrobe and in the apartment in general.

• Franciska (7/5): Nice apartment, but super noisy so you can't get a good sleep. - It is a new apartment building with spacious apartments, two pools, a small gym, and nice view from higher levels. The TV was great, the apartment was more than comfortable for a couple. We got a room on the 9th floor, and when we asked if there was a higher floor available, we were told that we should have booked directly to get a higher floor. Since we were so low, the highway right in front of our window was very loud, so we didn't get any quality sleep during our stay. The bathroom was obviously made by someone who had never lived in such an apartment, since we had no place to put the toiletries, the water didn't go down the drain, and there was no lotion (which is not necessarily a problem, but most other KL apartments have it.) The AC was broken in the bedroom, so we couldn't move the flaps, thus we had to use the one in the living room. All in all, you can find way better, and more central accomodation for this price range in KL.
