• Clara (1/5): Séjour décevant et stressant - Le logement était propre et spacieux - comme sur les photos. La résidence est calme et sécurisée bien qu'un peu isolée du reste de la ville. Quelques heures avant de faire le checkin et de récupérer les clefs, l'équipe Casago (via Karla) nous a contacté sur WhatsApp afin de nous demander de payer sur une plateforme externe a Booking la somme de 150 USD en pesos Mexicain (environ 2 000 pesos). Elle a invoqué un ajustement des taxes tout en restant très vague sans quoi nous ne pouvions accéder au logement. Lorsque j'ai essaye de la joindre au telephone elle ne pouvait pas me répondre "car j'utilise WhatsApp sur mon ordinateur". J'ai essayé de joindre Booking et Casago en vain. Cela a causé énormément de stress apres un long voyage et je suspectait une arnaque aux touristes. Apres que j'ai insisté elle nous a quand meme donné les codes d'accès au boitier a clef (qui étaient erronés) mais elle est revenue le lendemain en personne réclamer l'argent. Nous avons refusé de payer sans avoir reçu de mail de Booking. Durant tout le séjour nous avons été stressées que l'accès à l'appartement nous soit coupé ou que quelqu'un vienne dans notre logement pour se "rembourser" en volant nos affaires. Par ailleurs, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et il n'y a aucun réseau dans la residence donc il est indispensable de l'avoir. Il a été réparé le lendemain midi.
• Axel (10/5): Lieu calme et luxueux avec une belle vue sur la jungle et de superbes couchers de soleil. - La piscine sur le toit. Chambre bien décorée et confortable. Tout est neuf. Trop de produits chimiques dans la piscine ou le bac à punch, laissant une couleur jaune sur les vêtements ou la peau. Nous avons prévenu l’hôte pour qu’il fasse le nécessaire.

• Saul (10/5): Een heerlijke plek in Tulum voor een gezin. - Een mooie, schone en van alle gemakken voorziene accommodatie. Ook het contact met de verhuurder Karla verliep soepel.

Con balcón y terraza individual, con pequeña pileta en esta, y dos piletas grandes en la planta baja. Dpto de lujo con muy buena relación precio/calidad La ubicación es como figura en el mapa, algo lejos del centro (10 cuadras) si no se cuenta con movilidad. Estacionamiento abierto rodeando el edificio. Igual muy recomendable!

• Svea (8/5): Schickes Appartement in völliger Ruhe… - Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Es war super, den Beachclub vom Ikal-Hotel kostenlos (bis auf den Eintritt in den Jaguar-Park) nutzen zu dürfen. Die Lage ist recht ab vom Schuss. Der kleine private Pool war immer recht dreckig. Es war zu wenig Wasser drin, damit die Pumpe etwas hätte bewirken können. Aber die beiden großen Pools wurden gerne von unseren Kindern genutzt. Wofür die Anlage nichts kann: der Strand und das Meer waren aufgrund des extrem vielen Seegrases nicht nutzbar.

Any issues were resolved immediately, all questions/concerns were dealt with directly. Information prior was clear and concise. Only booked 24hrs prior to arrival. Beds were super comfortable. Larger than expected. Kitchen amenities were great.Well stocked with all necessary kitchen appliances and items. Bathrooms were generous. Rain-Showers were amazing, nice water pressure. 2 Sun Decks were great. Loved the HUGE sliding glass door and screens. Rarely used the AC. Apartment, bedding, towels were very clean. Easy access with lockbox. Pool areas were gorgeous. Views from top pool deck was incredible. Gym & yoga studio was very well equipped. Access to IKAL Beach club is a nice addition, with transportation to/from Samsara. No Jaguar Park fees on Sundays. Resort front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Damage deposit was returned within hours of departure. Not related to the unit - but it is a 5-7 min walk from main road; the road is unlit. Could have done with some more spare face cloths, hand towels & tea towels. Suggested to have either a physical binder with unit information; or a PDF version of-to help trouble shoot any possible issues/questions. Agree with previous comments - would get either a moped or car rental next time. Taxis got expensive.

• Laize (9/5): - La résidence et l'appartement étaient conformes aux photos. La résidence très bien entretenue et la piscine sur le toit, un bonheur! L'appartement est très bien équipé et meublé avec goût et qualité. La petite terrasse très appréciable avec ses baies vitrées qui s'ouvraient entièrement. Nous avions utilisé le canapé lit et la pièce est assez grande pour laisser le canapé ouvert et avoir assez d'espace dans l'autre partie. La résidence est assez isolée, il faut prévoir la location de vélo pour se déplacer.

And if we’re in Tulum again, I would definitely stay here again - We really enjoyed our stay: the apartment is a spacious two-level unit, and it was super convenient to have a shuttle to the beach — we especially loved Arena Beach ❤️ The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (dishwasher, lots of plates, glasses, and pans). The apartment is quiet, and the property felt very calm. There is also a rooftop pool, which is a great bonus — and because there were very few people at the hotel during our stay, we barely ran into anyone The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first three days (it was fixed eventually, but it was difficult to work without it). Also, the Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach the second floor (pool area) which was another drawback. Private pool on the 2nd floor is a nice feature, but it doesn’t get much sun, so the water was quite cold to swim in

• Edna Paulina (2/5): NO RESERVES AQUÍ SI NO QUIERES PERDER TU DINERO. - El lugar está muy bonito, muy tranquilo. El condominio está muy cuidado, el departamento es cómodo, tiene una pequeña piscina privada, además de la que están en las áreas comunes. PERO LA PUBLICIDAD ES ENGAÑOSA EN CUANDO AL PRECIO Y LA ADMINISTRADORA ES NEFASTA. Nos quedamos 6 días 5 noches, el precio inicialmente se ve atractivo, la reserva no era reembolsable por cancelacion pero permitía el acceso con animales de compañía sin cargos adicionales, y no se establecian en sus condiciones algún tipo de depósito. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos al lugar el trato de la inmobiliaria "casago" es nefasto. Cuando llegamos nos impusieron un cargo de 150 dólares que no era reembolsable por los animales y otro de 400 dólares como depósito de seguridad que era reembolsable al momento de salir de la estancia. El cual, teníamos que pagar si o si porque nos dijeron que no podíamos pasar a la reserva hasta pagar los depósitos. Y que si no pagabamos, la reserva no era reembolsable. El lugar estuvo bien; sin embargo, me escribieron para desalojar el lugar a media estancia porque no habían revisado las fechas de mi reserva. Cuando entregamos, verificaron que todo estuviera bien y nos dijeron que realizaron a la devolución del depósito se seguridad. Sin embargo, a la fecha no nos han devuelto y no nos dan solución. Dicen que ya se realizó la transacción y que debemos de revisarlo con el banco. No obstante, el banco nos ha comentado que no se ha realizado el pago. Es decepcionante que Booking trabaje con empresas que se dediquen a estafar a las personas. Ya que inicialmente que nos negamos a hacer los depósitos (ya que no estaban establecidos en la página) nos dijeron que no nos dejarían entrar la reserva y que como ésta no era reembolsable se perdería. Nunca lograron demostrar que los depósitos estaban dentro de las condiciones y nos dijeron que su reserva no aceptaba mascotas, que había sido culpa de Booking y que por esa ocasión nos dejarían pasar. Tristemente los turistas de Tulum viven sus vacaciones en engaños y estafas, por este tipo de empresas. La reservan nos salió aproximadamente en $13,000.00 pesos mexicanos, pero ya con el cobro de los depósitos que no nos devolvieron la reservan nos salió en $24,000.00 pesos mexicanos.
• Eva (10/5): Great apartment, would return - My partner and I enjoyed staying at this apartment, it is cozy, clean and quiet. The ACs in both bedrooms & living room were working great. The hot shower with great water pressure was wonderful. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms were also very appreciated. It was also nice to have a gym in the building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the pool. It has curtains but they are a bit see-through, so privacy in the living rooms isn’t the best at night.

• Andreas (10/5): Underbart - Superhärligt boende en bit in i "djungeln". Lägenheten och hela huset var jättefin och fräscht. Det är typ helt nybyggt. Värden var superbra och kom med tips när vi hade någon fråga - svarade direkt. Tyvärr var takpoolen under renovering när vi var där. Det hade kunnat framgå av annonsen tycker jag.

• Kim (9/5): - Die Wohnung war super neu und sauber. In der Küche hatte man alles was man wenn man kochen möchte braucht. Karla war super hilfsbereit und konnte alle Fragen schnell beantworten. Der Pool Bereich im inneren war sauber, Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Es war sehr ruhig in die Stadt/Strand kam man mit dem Auto oder Rad auch sehr schnell. Leider ist der Pool auf den Dach momentan nicht nutzbar. Aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten hatten wir einmal kein Strom und Wasser.

• Tanino Q (10/5): Super Adresse - Eine schöne, neue und helle Wohnung. Wir sind offt in Tulum und normalerweise muss man sich mit einem modrigen Schimmelgeruch abfinden. Dies ist seit langem mal wieder eine Adresse wo an Luftzirkulation gedacht wurde;) Sehr bequem und schön ausgestattet und sogar die Küche ist einladend. Wir sind uns vorgekommen alsob wir erstbezüger sind. Kommen gerne wieder auf euch zurück. Zudem ist das Condominium sehr ruhig gelegen und auch der Innenhof ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Sicherheitspersonal und auch die Verwalterin sind überaus freundlich und kompetent. Konnten problemlos ohne Zusatzkosten früher einziehen und die Kommunikation ist top. Die ganzen Hausregeln die man im Vorfeld erhält, haben mich ein wenig abgeschreckt. Kam mir vor wie in einer Schule. Ist jedoch ein standardisierte Vorlage von Casago. Die Umsetzung von den radikalen Nichraucher Gesetzen welche aufgeführt sind (Ganzes Gelände auch auf dem Balkon) sind ein wenig frustrierend. Jedoch politische Sache.. Alles in allem aber sehr gut.

Las camas son grandes y muy cómodas, ideales para un buen descanso. Para complementar la experiencia, hemos podido disfrutar de la bonita piscina del complejo. El apartamento esta situado en una zona en desarrollo, pero bastante cerca de comercios y del centro de la ciudad (aunque es preferible disponer de un vehículo). Nada.

Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. - L’appartement était très propre, le nécessaire était disponible comme décrit dans la présentation. A 7 min d’un supermarché pour faire des courses d’appui et du centre ville. Proche du site archéologique des ruines de Tulum. Les deux piscines sont magnifiques et agréables pour se détendre. Notre hôte Karla était hyper réactif et très bonne accueil. L’appartement est un peu excentré du centre ville. Prévoir d’être véhiculé.

Un séjour exceptionnel l’appartement est sublime vous avez juste à poser vos valises et à passer du bon temps .
• Ingrid (9/5): Ruim, schoon en goede faciliteiten - Mooi ruim appartement en de faciliteiten zoals een wasmachine zwembad en de sportschool zijn erg fijn. Heerlijke bedden en douches Je moet borg betalen die pas na 14 dagen op je creditcard wordt vrijgegeven. Je hebt een auto nodig, het ligt te ver van alles om te lopen. Een dag van te voren wil de host al weten wanneer je uitcheckt, dat voelt niet erg gastvrij. Uitchecken kun je zelf doen dmv het sleutelkastje en moet voor 12 uur.
• Jiří (10/5): - Byli jsme v tomto nádherném apartmánu 4 noci. Apartmán se nachází v prvním patře.Je nový,moderní, čistý, moderně vybaveny, nádherné vkusné dekorace. Prostředí je překrásné plné zeleně. Uprostřed objektu jsou 2 bazény. Na střeše je luxusní posezení se skvělým dalším bazénem. Parkoviště je před objektem. V rámci ubytování je možno navštívit posilovnu. Cítili jsme se zde jako doma. Doporučujeme a hned bychom se vrátili.

• Chi (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, everything is clean, it's a new building with a very good design, we had a great holiday here and will definitely choose to come back next time

• Fawcett (10/5): Excellent - Loved location and it was quiet. Three pools we fantastic. Everything was super comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. One little thing could use some more towel racks and or drying rack for the deck.
• Irwin (7/5): Good - Beds were very comfortable. Shower was excellent. The kitchen was not equipped with enough cookware and dishes. No serving dishes and extra glasses for the bathroom. No purified water for coffees or cooking.

• Sophie (10/5): Amazing stay in a fantastic apartment, if we come back to Tulum it will definitely be here ! - The property itself, the building with gym and pools, the location in Tulum, honestly everything. The contact with the host, the staff, the fun with the receptionists Only thing that was too bad is that gym was so new that cardio machines were not plugged yet but for the rest it was perfect !
• Gregg (10/5): Samsara - Excellent stay at a beautiful and relaxing place! - Samsara development is beautiful. Very nice condominium. Excellent location, between town and the beach - very convenient. The infinity pool looking out over the preserve to the ocean was very relaxing.
