• Herbert (7/5): Personalfreies Hotel mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen - Wenn man die Gegebenheiten in einem personalfreien, automatisierten Hotel durchschaut hat, kommt man ohne Probleme zurecht. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ist das Zimmer ruhig. Die Check-in Prozedur ist nicht unbedingt selbsterklärend. Etwas ärgerlich ist, dass man die Hotelrechnung nicht einfach über die App runterladen kann, sondern sie über Whatsapp anfordern muss. Was aber eines deutlicheren Hinweises Bedarf ist die Tatsache, dass es im gesamten Gebiet keine Dauerparkplätze auf der Strasse gibt, sondern unbedingt die Hotelgarage gebucht werden muss. Leider gibt es in der Garage keine Ladestationen für e-Autos. Auch diese sind im ganzen Viertel extrem knapp, da die meisten in den Hotelgaragen unzugänglich platziert sind.

• jhonatan (10/5): - Great choice before a flight! It's very easy to get here from Frankfurt Central Station, just take the S-Bahn and you're at the airport in about two minutes. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here over a hotel near the central station: it's much safer, quieter, and more relaxed. We visited in May and the room temperature was great. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Even the cappuccino from the machine was decent. Highly recommend this spot for an overnight stay before an early flight or when the city of origin is far away to the airport, especially if you're traveling with a young child. The sofa was hard, but the bed was comfortable

• Karin (3/5): Nun ja. Nix für Ältere... - ...es gab eine Kaffeemaschine Man sitzt in Ägypten und wird aufgefordert, online einzuchecken. Mit einer App. Diese lässt sich nicht installieren. Immer wieder Fehlermeldungen. Aber es gibt per Mail auch einen Code zur Öffnung der Tür. Rezeption ist abends nicht besetzt. Katastrophe beim Einchecken online. Irgendwie hat es geklappt. Hoch ins Zimmer. Fenster war geöffnet. Nach dem Schließen desselben kam dann Nikotingeruch durch. Bin enttäuscht und entsetzt.

Schallisolierung an den Fenstern funktioniert gut. Preis angemessen Wenn es einen Kaffee Automat gibt wäre es schön, wenn auch Milch und Zucker vorhanden wäre und ggf auch einmal Portionen Salz oder Öl für die vorhandene Küche. Etwas Zewa in der Küche und Hygiene Beutel im Bad wäre toll gewesen

Getränke und Snack Automaten nicht im Betrieb . Fussläufig ist aber ein gut sortiertes kleines Geschäft .

• M (7/5): Strong smell of cigarettes, but very convinent location for the airport - The flat had everything it needed. The kitchen is quite complete. Location is very practical, is a short metro ride from the airport. The metro runs until late and quite early in the morning, which as perfect as we arrived in a late flight and left very early in the morning. The flat had a very strong smell of cigarettes/cigars, even though it’s not allowed to smoke in the building. We wondered if it came through the ventilation system or the bathroom. It was quite strong and we couldn’t leave the door open as there was noise from the motorway behind the building. There was not much around the building, just other hotels and forest, but no shops.
