• Musaeed (1/5): Terrible Experience – Exploitative Management - Location Terrible Experience – Exploitative Management I had one of the worst experiences with this property’s management. They are extremely exploitative and show zero respect for their customers. I rented a three-bedroom apartment for three people, yet upon arrival, the management demanded an extra payment for the third person, claiming that the booking was only for two — which makes absolutely no sense when the unit itself has three bedrooms. I explained the situation clearly, but they refused to understand or cooperate and forced me to pay an additional fee. This kind of greed and lack of customer consideration is unacceptable. The management clearly cares only about collecting money, not about fairness or customer satisfaction. I would never recommend this place to anyone who values honesty, transparency, or respect.

• khaled (6/5): The place is quiet and the location is very convenient, but it would have been better if there had been quicker assistan - Very very late response due to A/C issues and The person responsible for answering the phone does not respond, not to mention their rude attitude toward us. They even admitted to not accepting calls, which left me confused about whom to turn to. Location
