• Buddhaな如来 (9/5): プールサイドも綺麗で良いところだと思います。 - 良かったところは居室空間の広いところです。今回はpoolsideに泊まりましたが、二段ベットの上でも割と広いですし仕切りが設けられていてプライバシーが保護されていそうな気がしました。 またイベントが他のミングルを含め毎日どこかしらで開催されていて、そのイベントには他のミングルにお泊りの方も参加されるので、イベントに参加してお友達の和を広げるのも面白さそうだと思いました。 夜中のクーラー思ったより冷えました。ですから寒いクーラーの温度でも寝れる準備はしておいて悪くないと思います。 またベッド数、居室数の割にトイレやシャワーが少なそうな気がします。今回はたまたま泊まっていた人が少なかったから良かったですが、多くの人数が泊まったときにトイレを待ちそうで少し恐ろしさを感じました。

The hostel organised a pub crawl together with the other hostels of the same brand. Afterwars, all the people of the pub crawl invaded our hostel, completely drunk, bawling around, and going to the pool with their normal clothes. The employee halfheartedly tried to kick out the people of the other hostels, but did not insist and accepted that they made a mess …

Dortoir de haute qualité (je pense l’un des meilleurs dortoirs que j’ai eu en 7 semaines de voyage), literie très confortable et intimité garantie. Les rideaux sont très occultants. + locker pour le sac dans la chambre. Piscine très sympa, accès 24/24. Très peu de monde donc agréable. Lessive + sèche linge à 10RM (très peu cher comparé aux laveries). Un vrai plus. Hyper bien placé dans KL !! Ce n’est pas vraiment un party hostel mais ils proposent des activités de groupe tous les jours sur réservation. J’y ai passé 5 nuits, je recommande. Espace douche / Wc convenables. Ras

• Julien (5/5): Au top sauf le froid dans les dortoirs - La piscine et le fait de rencontrer des gens était super, l’emplacement également près du quartier chinatown au top. La climatisation beaucoup trop excessive (une clime à 24 et une autre à 16 face à face dans la même chambre) Au bout de 4 demande nous avons pu avoir une température relativement correct dans le dortoir.

• Khanh (10/5): Perfect Hostel for Solo Traveler - It's a nice place for a solo traveller. The staff are so friendly. They suggested some awesome places, such as restaurants and bars. It's near the Bukit Bintang - tourist area, just around 15 mins by walking. Highly recommend for all guests.

• Josh (4/5): Best place to stay, with little bit error 😜 - Good environment and Darshine and Madam Sha, there are awesome 😎💯 Actually, yesterday was my disappointment day for me and I would like to share something that made me feel uncomfortable. I was supposed to move to another room yesterday. However, I was very tired and fell asleep until around 1:20 PM. During that time, there is person named of Tharch (receptionist that people used to be call her) tried to wake me up, and later another guest — an Indian bald man who is not staff — also tried to wake me up. Because I was very sleepy, I fell asleep again. Eventually, housekeeping (Udin) woke me up, and I changed rooms as instructed. What made me uncomfortable was that a non-staff guest tried to wake me up, similar to how staff would. I would like to know if this is normal practice, as it did not feel appropriate or professional to me. I hope the management should look into it.

• Rory (8/5): Would recommend. - Nicely situated, comfy beds, cool vibe. Not quite “party party” more just “hey we’re doing this tomorrow wanna join?”. Nothing really stands out, the cleanliness could go up a bit I guess and maybe just the vibe could be improved maybe with more encouragement for people to interact.

On that note, not enough clothing lines if you prefer manual drying - Not all the shower heaters work - There's a 'beer fridge' but no 'water fridge.' strange.

The rooms either have no windows or have windows that cannot be opened, so there is no fresh air inlet. I left the hostel after just one night due to poor safety and health conditions. • carlos javier (3/5): Lugar descuidado, y con fiesta y ruidos toda la noche. - El aire acondicionado andaba bien, y el colchon era comodo. La recepcionista fue amable. No me gustó practicamente todo, lo primero es que es ruido constante en todo el hotel hasta las 4 de la mañana, gritos, gente bebiendo por todo el hotel sin control, las paredes de papel, si te molestan los sonidos es imposible que puedas dormir en este hotel, el baño es transparente, no tiene intimidad, pintura descascarada, humedad, te obligan a dejar los zapatos en la puerta de entrada justo al lado de la puerta de salida, la direccion mal puesta, mal puesto el nombre, la calle super oscura, a 20 metros vimos muchisimas ratas, que no es culpa del hotel pero es bueno saber que si te vas a alojar ahi no es un paseo agradable, aunque si es centrico... solo lo recomendaria a gente en plan solo de estar bebiendo onde fiesta hasta tatde y que no le importe que el lugar no tenga el mantenimiento adecuado... ni siquiera me salio barato, quiero decir precio calidad muy deficiente, no quiero ser descortes pero es mi experiencia, ojala puedan mejorar y tener mas control especialmente respetar a la gente que quiere descansar.

• Feras (6/5): Overall good staff were helpful. Decent value for money. Decent location - The little pool is decent and can access it 24 hrs. It's like a cold jacuzzi so the bubbly water jets can massage u. The view from the garden is a bit lame. U can see a muddy construction site and many large rats. The place literally says breakfast included on google maps and on booking.com. Apples were the only thing included.

• Johannes (6/5): - Gute Lage Gemischte Bäder, die zwar sauber waren, aber immer unter Wasser standen. Die Toiletten Kabinen waren teilweise gleichzeitig die Duschen. Die Aufenthaltsräume waren nicht ansprechend und wirkten runtergekommen. Auch unser Zweibettzimmer mit Hochbett wirkte sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und würden nicht wieder kommen. Die Dorms wirkten bei einem kurzen Blick einladender.
• Anita (8/5): Super social and comfortable stay! - We had a great stay at Mingle! They honestly have everything you need during your stay. The dorm beds were super comfy and clean, same with the bathrooms. It’s obvious that the property is maintained well- I saw the staff cleaning the spaces everyday. The social events which are run by their volunteers are also super well managed and they have a great variety of events and tours. We joined the pub crawl which was awesome! There’s no fee to join the pub crawl and you still get free drinks and go to some pretty cool bars. There’s multiple common areas to hang out- pool side, TV lounge with Netflix :), and outdoor patio area. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, fridge, and hot & cold water dispenser. There’s also self serve laundry. Also they have 24/7 reception. The dorm we were in was quite small, so there was barely any room to walk around or keep your bags. Though I don't think this is the case for all the dorms, just the one with the 2 person bunk. If you want to keep your bag in your room you can only keep it in your bunk since the lockers were outside the room. Also the bunks barely had any headspace, we were constantly crouching to be able to sit up and get in.

• Alex (2/5): Staff passable, facilities were abhorrent. - Next to nothing. It wasn’t clean, washrooms and showers open to the pool area. Pool looked ok, but I didn’t use it. The dorm room was particularly cold. Property was quite old. Brickwork exposed. Sinks not clean. I didn’t shower. Staff were ok. Facilities were not. I cannot recommend to anyone.
• Milena (7/5): - À localização é ótima e os funcionarios também. Gostei do passeio oferecido pelos voluntários da rede ;) Às imagens do anúncio sao melhores que à realidade. O quarto proximo da rua é extremamente barulhento, tanto com ruidos vindo da escada e corredor como da rua. Além disso os banheiros poderiam ter tapetes pois se exige que não se use chinelos ou sapatos mas é extremamente anti higiênico pisar em um chão molhado e deitar na sua cama na sequencia. Falta manutenção. Fui em outra unidade deles e me pareceu muito melhor.

• Liew (1/5): Property finds ways to nickel & dime & overcharge where possible - It was clean & comfortable. I extended 1 day [ Sunday ] & was overcharged by 2.5x the normal rate, being told it was a 'weekend' rate! There were young foreign women guests openly hook-ing to pay their way travelling! Guests are asked to provide their credit card details which I was not agreeable to so I used the details from a used discarded credit card belonging to someone else!

• MOE (3/5): - 立地は良かった デポジットの返金についてチェックアウトの際尋ねたら、カードを通して戻しますと言っていたのに、1ヶ月以上経っても戻っててません。その後、Booking.vomを通して問い合わせても対応なし。お金に関わる部分で管理が出来てないのは最悪。
• Mimaud (6/5): Bon séjour pour faire des économies mais pas le mieux pour réellement apprécié KL - Petit coin commun calme intérieur ou intérieur avec une bonne privatisation de l'espace nuit ! Le personnel doit vraiment faire plus d'effort... Le petit déjeuner aussi est plus que basique même si c'est déjà bien de le proposer. Ne fournisse pas de serviette...
