• Susan (7/5): - Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Im Parkhaus hatte man immer einen Stellplatz gefunden. Das manches nicht so sauber war, wie es sein sollte, z.b. hatte ich ein dreckiges Handtuch. Und beim Frühstück war das Geschirr nicht immer sauber. Außerdem konnten wir nicht mit unserer Zimmerkarte in unsere Etage mit dem Fahrstuhl fahren. Wir mussten immer in der vorhergehenden Etage aussteigen und die Treppen nehmen.

Ook geen last gehad van geluid van andere kamers. 1 muur was volledig niet gedecoreerd, dit gaf wat een sombere indruk door de witte saaie muur. Het ontbijt was ook wel oke maar mag wat uitgebreider zijn. En maar aan 1 kant van het bed een stopcontact.

Le lit doit être qualitatif - La gentillesse du personnel qui s’est plié en 4 pour nous trouver une chambre avec un matelas valable que l’on n’a finalement pas trouvé, la douche, le calme, la situation géographique. La literie! Matelas de 15 cm d’épaisseur ( environs) et durs comme de la pierre et ce dans les 3 chambres proposées. Très chaud dans la chambre et impossible de régler le thermostat, petit déjeuner pauvre

• Jatniel (10/5): La opción ideal para conocer París - Fue excelente este lugar, muy recomendado, el desayuno fue espectacular, nos daba las fuerzas para caminar todo el día en París, las condiciones del alojamiento eran muy buenas y nos sentimos muy cómodos, el personal de primera, nos dejaron ingresar antes del check-in y fue una salvada porque veníamos de Barcelona y no teníamos donde dejar las maletas, también hay un restaurante buenísimo cerca y muchas opciones para el transporte. Quizás darle al usuario la opción de controlar el aire acondicionado, entiendo que es aire acondicionado integral, pero en ocasiones nos dio calor dentro de la habitación y no sabíamos que hacer porque no podíamos poner más frio el aire, de resto todo bien!

• Stéphane (2/5): - Une alerte incendie s’est déclenchée en pleine nuit, mais le personnel en nombre limité, juste un veilleur de nuit, a été dépassé et n’a pas eu la formation minimum pour la mise en sécurité des personnes. En effet, pas de personnes référence pour vérifier que les clients sont bien évacués et ont quitté les lieux. Nous avons ete livrés à nous même sans savoir où aller, des clients sont même restés dans le lobby ! Les pompiers étaient encore sur place et les clients sont remontés dans leurs chambre par l'ascenseur sans que le personnel nous indique que l'incendie etait sous contrôle. Le lendemain il n’y avait pas de courant et donc un petit déjeuner minimal, mais comme le paiement se fait par votre site, il n’y a eu aucun geste de l'établissement. Bref il serait urgent de signaler à l'établissement qu’il faut former son personnel et ne pas laisser juste un gardien qui n’est pas lié au personnel de l’hotel. Il n’y a pas eu d'incident majeur mais c’est juste de la chance
• KHALID (7/5): Good location to stay for very short time - The location was good Nearby metro station Balard , from that station u can go anywhere in Paris . The main issue I had with the hotel was the bathroom. The shower area leaked water onto the floor, so I had to place a towel down to prevent it from spreading. The sink also drained very slowly, causing water to accumulate. Additionally, the pillows on the bed were not very comfortable. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

De kamer was al beschikbaar voor de voorziene incheck tijd. Prijs kwaliteit goed in orde. We hadden er geen ontbijt dus dat kunnen we niet beoordelen. We maakten ook geen gebruik van de sauna en het zwembad maar ook dat zag er wel netjes uit. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren niet zo heel gezellig ingericht. Ze hadden meer iets weg van de eetruimte bij Mc Donalds.

Even after I asked at reception to remove the garbage and provide coffee capsules, and was assured that it would be done the next morning, nothing was done. The breakfast was very poor, with very limited options, and it was exactly the same every day.

• Anna (2/5): Health and Safety issues - The hotel is in a convenient location, the interior feels quite fresh, although very basic. It has what you need for a short stay. Cleanliness was acceptable but not to a high standard. One thing to be aware of is that rooms are not cleaned daily. There were several significant issues during my stay. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable. During the second night at around 4:30 AM, the fire alarm was triggered. While I understand that alarms can happen, what followed was extremely concerning and highlighted a serious failure in basic health and safety procedures. There were no visible hotel staff present to manage the situation — no fire marshal, no manager, and no one providing guidance or reassurance to guests during the evacuation. Guests were left outside the hotel for over an hour waiting for the fire brigade, with no communication at all. In what could potentially be a high-risk emergency, this lack of organisation and duty of care is unacceptable. After the fire brigade left, guests returned to the hotel on their own initiative, again without any direction from staff. This demonstrated a complete absence of emergency management and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s health and safety standards. Following this, there was no electricity in the rooms, making it very difficult to get ready in the morning. The breakfast service was significantly reduced due to the power outage, guests had to sit in darkness if they decided to even have the breakfast.

Very close bus stop! Wierd entrance doors. But it might have been just my room as it was disable facility probably doors where wider and it had kind of 5mm whole to hallway.. so bit noisy... however it was nothing much.. if l had not been so tired probably could have asked for room change.
