• Αθηνά (8/5): - Πραγματικά ευρυχωρο και φιλοξενει με ανεση 8 άτομα. Ηλιόλουστο και σε καλη τοποθεσια. Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσετες μύριζαν υπέροχα. Δεν έκλειναν τα πατζουρια παρά μονο στο 1 δωμάτιο. Ο καναπες ειχε βρωμιες και σκόνες. Η κουζινα θα μπορούσε να ειναι ελαφρως πιο εξοπλοσμένη
• Kalliopi (9/5): - Οι άνετοι χώροι Τα περισσότερα παράθυρα δεν κλειδωναν. Στην κουζίνα δεν υπήρχε απορρυπαντικο για τα πιάτα ούτε κάποιο χαρτί κουζίνας
• VIKTORIA (5/5): - Ευρύχωρο. Μεγάλοι χώροι και 2 μπάνια Δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες προσώπου και χεριών. Ούτε πιάτων. Ή πιάτο θήκη για στραγγισμένο. Ούτε χαρτί κουζίνας και χαρτοπετσετες. Τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν σιδερωμένα και λευκά. Όπως και οι πετσέτες. Οι κουρτίνες δεν κάλυπταν τα ανοίγματα και κρέμονταν άσχημα. Κασωματα , παράθυρα και πατζουρια ήταν παλιά και δεν κλείδωναν. Το δάπεδο ήταν βρώμικο. Σε ενα δωματιο υπήρχε μούχλα. Οι τοίχοι δεν ήταν καλοβαμμενοι και το διαμέρισμα έδειχνε μια εγκατάλειψη. Επίσης η πολυκατοικία θέλει συντήρηση. Το ασανσέρ έκανε τρομακτικό θόρυβο. Η είσοδος απο την πόρτα της αυλής έως την πόρτα ήταν πολύ βρώμικη. Τέλος το νούμερο της πολυκατοικίας ειναι σημειωμένο με μαρκαδόρο και δυσκολευτηκαμε να βρούμε το κτήριο.
• hoyt (8/5): Great space but location... - The apartment has incredible space. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. It would be excellent for a long-term stay. Also, the agent was extremely responsive. Someone previous had disconnected the wifi, so he was able to get the internet back up and running for us. The location was good for being in the metro area without being inside Thessaloniki; however the parking was atrocious. We had filtered for places with parking and had questioned regarding the parking. We were told street parking was available with a paid parking also available. That was absolutely not the case. Dont count on parking in the evening unless you are overly patient or lucky.
• Alex19851985 (5/5): - Ευρυχωρο Παρα πολύ παλιά κουφώματα τα οποία δεν κλειδώνουν καν , δεν υπάρχει σκίαση ουτε παντζουρια, ουτε ρολα ουτε κουρτινες σκιασης, , οι φωτογραφίες δεν είναι ανάλογες της πραγματικότητας. Τα κουφώματα που δεν κλειδώνουν είναι επικίνδυνα για παιδιά. Το ασανσέρ χρήζει άμεσης συντήρησης.

• Predrag (7/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment. DO NOT get the breakfast. - Really spacious apartment, good location, good value for money. The breakfast was really poor. They bought really cheap, low-quality groceries and left them in the apartment. So you have to actually cook your breakfast and then go ahead and wash the dishes by hand because there isn't a dishwasher. No value in the breakfast, just don't pay for it.

• Τελεμενης (10/5): Huge, Clean and Very Comfortable - We had a great stay! The apartment is very spacious, warm, extremely clean and comfortable. The beds are great, the living areas are big, and everything feels well maintained . A perfect choice if you want a large, comfortable and spotless place. We would definitely stay again! -

• Panagiotis (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. The rooms were very nice and sunny. All the rooms have access to balgonies and fresh air. The apartment was on the 3rd floor which was the final floor on the building wich makes it quite safe from any uninvited "visitors". Many cities have this problem allthough Thessaloniki was the most peacefull and calm city i have been considering the 1000000 people living in it. The area (kalamaria) was very nice and the location of the building is perfect, between convenience stores, super markets, pharmacies, central roads, caffeterias and more in just 2 minutes walking. There is a metro station under construction wich is 1 minute walking fron the apartment. The staff was excellent and we had our chances to check that under bad circumstances. We had some equipment failure and they were so effective and so fast that i was overwelmed. You have to take under consideration that during Christmas is the worst period to find technicians. Their speed and level of proffessionalism was exceptional. A very good choice for the amount of money spend. Everything was fine. Maybe a better cleaning to make it perfect.
