A vivid place, with lots of taverns and restaurants around. Very comfortable apartment, with a complete infrastructure, including lots of courtesy items, in the fridge. Mrs. Stavroula, an extremely kind hostess, did everything to make you feel at home. Easy check-in and checkout. Parking place within a walking distance from the apartment. Definitely, if in Athens, I would stay there again. Everything perfect!

• Kinga (10/5): To świetny wybór dla każdego, kto szuka komfortowego miejsca w stolicy Grecji. - Pobyt w tym apartamencie był naprawdę fantastyczny i z czystym sumieniem mogę go polecić każdemu, kto wybiera się do Aten. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna, bo samo centrum sprawia, że wszędzie jest blisko. Na miejscu było bardzo czysto i zadbanie, a całe mieszkanie prezentowało się super pod każdym względem. Bardzo doceniam też fakt, że proces zameldowania i wymeldowania był całkowicie bezproblemowy i sprawny. Cały pobyt przebiegł w świetnej atmosferze i bez żadnych komplikacji.To świetny wybór dla każdego, kto szuka komfortowego miejsca w stolicy Grecji.
• Diogo (10/5): - The location is excellent and allowed us to visit the main tourist attractions on foot. It’s especially good for anyone wanting to head out early and avoid the queues at the Acropolis. The facilities are excellent. Everything was spotless, and the apartment had been completely renovated with great taste and attention to detail. The neighborhood is pleasant and well frequented, and at no point did we feel unsafe. The street is quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise at night. The host was extremely helpful and communicated with us promptly throughout, both on arrival and departure. We were also welcomed with cold drinks and basic groceries left by the host, which we really enjoyed upon arrival. Thanks for the hospitality, we will return :)

The appartment had a lot of things including water, beer, yogurts and bananas that we can eat. The shower must have something to avoid water to get out, a curtain or some doors that would be possible to Open and close

Külön kiemelném a tisztaságot, ami nem hagyott kivetnivalót maga után. A szálláson várt néhány harapni- és innivaló kedvesség a szállásadó részéről. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, gyalogtávon elérhetőek a fontosabb látnivalót, bárok, éttermek, stb. A reptéri transzfer (busz/metró) megállója is csak 10 percre van gyalog.
• MS71 (9/5): We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Athens. - We had a wonderful 3‑night stay at this centrally located apartment in Athens. The location is unbeatable, just steps off Ermou, a few minutes walk from both Monastiraki and Syntagma Square metros, convenient for airport commute. The building is located on a quiet street and being on the 7th floor made it feel extra safe and peaceful. The apartment was modern, bright, spotless and well‑maintained. The host was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, which made check‑in and any questions effortless. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches: complimentary water and iced teas in the fridge, plenty of coffee pods and tea bags, plus crackers, olive oil and a nice bottle of wine. The highlight for us was the comfort. The beds, pillows, and comforters were all great quality, and even the sofa bed where our 14‑year‑old slept was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. A small suggestion that would make it even better: adding a full length mirror in the bedroom. Thank you for hosting us!

• Redi (10/5): Great location, super clean, and well furnished - We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well furnished and in a great location, so everything was easy to reach. At first I booked it for three people, but later our daughter decided to join us and we became four. The owner had no problem with that and didn’t ask for any extra payment, which we really appreciated. A nice surprise was that the owner had left some drinks and a few typical local foods in the apartment for us to try, all free of charge. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

When I arrived at the apartment, I saw that the hostess had bought a lot of things for the apartment - like water, drinks, fruit, yogurt and honey, and a few other things.. that’s was very kind 😊 The cleanliness of the apartment was also perfect Highly recommend the apartment!!!

Evin esyalari, yastik , yorgan vs çok temiz. Evde her türlü ihtiyac düşünülmüş, kurutmalı çamaşır makinesi olmasi çok iyi. Ufak bir süpürgenin olmasi çocuklu aileler için çok işe yarıyor.Ayrıca dolapta 4-5 günlük yiyecek , içicek bırakılması çok ince bir davranış. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Yok

We have even cooked our dinner in the kitchen. She kept all food stuffs in kitchen that we couldn't able to finish. The host is very caring and having a motherly like attitude to engross people. Die Betten waren frisch und duftend und wir konnten uns in der kleinen Küche sehr gut selbst verpflegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage war hervorragend. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir zudem im Kühlschrank diverse frische Speisen und Getränke zum Frühstücken, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat.
• Antonis (10/5): Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά της Αθήνας - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθηνας κοντά σε όλα τα κύρια αξιοθέατα και εμπορικούς δρόμους. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, εφοδιασμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, ασφαλισμένο, με άνετο κρεβάτι και διαρκή παροχή ζεστού νερού. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι φανταστική, πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική σε όλες μας τις ανάγκες. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο επόμενο μας ταξίδι! Κανένα σχόλιο.

The bed was super soft and comfortable, and the linen and towels were of high quality The apartment was suoer clean and located in an ideal location We definitely will be coming back again. • Giuseppina (10/5): Fantastico, pulitissimo e comodissimo - Ho amato questa struttura, siamo arrivati un po’ prima del check in e la proprietaria molto gentile ci ha fatto rimanere i bagagli, al check in abbiamo trovato un ambiente pulitissimo, un profumo di freschezza, un letto comodissimo. L’appartamento ha tutti i comfort e poi loro sono super carini lasciando a disposizione tante attenzioni gratuitamente, tra cui frigo con diverse bibite, capsule per caffè in diversi tipi, confetture fette di pane da tostare, granola jogurt , veramente di tutto fino al set spazzolini con dentifricio, attenzioni che all’ospite non passano in osservato. Ho gradito tanto questo soggiorno e se ritornerò ad Atene di certo alloggerò qui, la struttura si trova al 7º piano ovviamente con ascensore e non appena usciti dal palazzo a pochi passi tipo 1 minuti a piedi si è nel centro di tutti i negozietti e della piazza monastiraki .. GRAZIE PER TUTTO L’unica cosa non mi è piaciuto è stato lasciare la struttura .

Ok, the parking was 10 minutes away by foot, but there are very good restaurants in the way so, when you leave the car in the evening, you can just have dinner and go to your room. The apartment was just...beautiful. Exelent for a family( 2 adults and 2 kids), very comfortable bed and sofa, greatest pillows ever! :) We want to order some for our home, is it possible? • NIKOLAOS (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή !! - Πολύ προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Ερμού .Ευγενέστατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική οικοδέσποινα ,μας περίμενε το δωμάτιο με αναμμένο κλιματιστικό γεμάτο το ψυγείο και τα ντουλάπια με πολλά είδη .Στα συν η παροχή πάρκινγκ δωρεάν για το αυτοκίνητο κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής !! Ίσως το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να προσθέσει είναι κάτι για να μην βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω από την ντουζιέρα .

• Christina (10/5): Ολα ΤΕΛΕΙΑ!!!! - Ολα ηταν τελεια, καθαρα σε πολυ βολικη τοποθεσια στο κεντρο, επισης κατι που μας εχει κανει μεγαλη εντυπωση ηταν οτι στο ψυγειο υπηρχαν διαφορα ποτα και φαγωσιμα κατι που δεν το βρισκεις πουθενα αλλου καθως και η πολυ καλα εξοπλισμενη κουζινα η οποια παρεχει τα παντα. Ειναι σαν να βρισκεσαι στο σπιτι σου. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ. Σιγουρα θα το προτιμουσαμε ξανα γι αυτο το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!!!

Tutte le principali attrazioni della città si possono raggiungere camminando (Acropoli compresa). Appartamento molto carino e di recente ristrutturazione. Molto silenzioso e confortevole. Proprietari molto gentili e premurosi. Se devo trovare un difetto, il divano letto dove hanno dormito i bambini era molto duro

• Ana (10/5): La definición de perfecto - El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, en todo el centro. Está perfectamente equipado y muy muy limpio. Está recién reformado con muchísima calidad. La anfitriona está muy pendiente de todo lo que necesitas, la comunicación es muy rápida. Nosotros éramos 4 personas adultas y dos dormimos en el sofá cama y es comodísimo. Para mí este apartamento es la definición de perfecto., si tienes la oportunidad de alojarte en él no te lo pienses, tiene una relación calidad precio inmejorable.. Me gustó todo de verdad pero si hay que buscar un pero es que la mampara del baño tiene un diseño que es abierto y se sale el agua, al suelo, pero hay un desagüe.
• Susana (9/5): UN APARTAMENTO DE LUJO EN TODO EL CENTRO DE ATENAS - Apartamento de lujo, amueblado y decorado con muy buen gusto, todo tipo de comodidades, incluso cositas ricas para picar, desayunar.... hasta un par de cervezas!. Una belleza de apartamento. Muy silencioso, a pesar de estar en todo el centro de Atenas. Muy cómodo, se está muy agusto. Un poquito pequeño para cuatro personas. La principal pega es el aparcamiento; aunque la propietaria dispone de una plaza en un parking, pero está relativamente lejos y es de esos que dejas las llaves y la persona de allí amontona los coches de forma que luego se tarda en sacar uno, de hecho, no lo usamos y preferimos aparcar fuera (a casi media hora andando, porque todo el centro de Atenas es zona azul).

Nos obsequiaron botella de vino, snacks, habían insumos de aseo buenos y suficientes. De verdad súper recomendado. Está en un edificio bien antiguo en zona comercial pero al entrar al lugar todo está perfecto. La ubicación muy central todo es cerca y seguro

• John (8/5): Renovated well but shortcomings are hard to fix - Location is central to everything that Athens has to offer. A/C was great. Bedding options were really comfortable. Host provide clear communication to locate the property and then check-in and out. A modest property that is far from good but definitely liveable and nowhere near the worst of options in Athens. It’s fine. There is a camera at the front door which we found quite intrusive given it moves with you. I can understand why it made us feel watched and uncomfortable. The bathroom desperately requires a shower screen and has a mould smell. The wet/damp floor then get through the main living errors which we found problematic without using towels to dry it up. The washing machine is a nice consideration but cannot be utilised effectively given there is absolutely nowhere to dry clothing. The final issue would be the size of the residence is a lot smaller then appears in the photo’s. We were told to leave the key on the table in the room when checking out. Thank goodness it’s a PIN code to gain access to the room otherwise we would have been locked inside the main access door to the building for hours, so absolute blessing it was to have the PIN code entry on the apartments door, we were able to re-enter, get the key , open the front main door and stick the key in the lockbox. Having said this at 5am our taxi nearly left us because of the delay in getting this organised to get outside! All up a nice stay, but having spent considerable time in Athens over the years, I’d look elsewhere and wouldn’t rebook this one.

You rarely see any kind of weird individuals or homeless people here and you are 2-3 minutes from all good restaurants and pubs - Beautiful modern apartment, equipped with everything you might need and with modern quality furniture - Top electronics : Nespresso, Bosh appliances, Mitsubishi A/C - Bravo - Quiet side of the building - Excellent host: Left us plenty of goodies for our confort: water, wine, yoghurt, olive oil, tea, coffee and other all for free. - Waching machine - parking included: Be aware that it’s 11 minutes away. I highly suggest using it since there are 0 places to even leave the car for a few minutes anywhere around Important: you must leave your keys there for your car since they often do tetris with cars. I was reluctant at first, but they were highly professionals and the car was in perfect condition. They were also very friendly and they accomodated our needs to retrieve the keys and cars at very early hours to catch our ferry Just a small small improvement i would suggest - the shower probably has a “eco” water seal, to reduce water use, which is understandable for aparthotels especially. The problem is that combined with the fact that the apartment is in the 7th floor, the pressure was pretty low and the shower would take a lot. I would personally put a “non-eco” or maybe a more relaxed one with more L/min
• Xijia (7/5): Fantastic location, parking is a bit far - The location was fantastic, easy to go everywhere by foot. Facilities in the apartment was very complete, even wash machine Although parking is free, the parking lot is actually quite far from the apartment, especially when you had two big suitcases. And the host could have clarified it a bit more. Also, there can be 4 adults living here, but the space is actually a bit small for 4 people, it would be great for 2 adults, or 2 adults+1kid family

• Georgios (10/5): Hidden diamond in Athens city centre! - Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο στην πιο ιδανική περιοχή για τουρισμό στην Αθήνα! Προσεγμένο μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, εξαιρετική η πρωτοβουλία να μας έχουν κάποια πράγματα στο ψυγείο πχ νερό και όχι μόνο! Δεν θα ψάξω άλλο κατάλυμα αν ξαναπάω στην Αθήνα, αφού αυτό με κάλυψε 100%! Επειδή μιλάμε για ένα άριστο κατάλυμα, η μόνη λεπτομέρεια θα ήταν να είχε και αλάτι/ πιπέρι, και ίσως έναν ολόσωμο καθρέφτη εκεί που είναι η σκούπα!

• Jiayu (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Very nice apartment with everything needed, it’s located in a very central area yet very quiet. Bed is very comfortable. High quality shower products. You even get free wine and cookies in the kitchen. Really recommended! Nothing

• Villa Betania (8/5): - L'appartamento è nuovo e molto pulito, abbiamo gradito molto il benvenuto con bottiglia di vino, snack e assortimento caffè e thè Per una famiglia di 4 persone è un po' piccolo, la cucina è attrezzata ma il tavolo è troppo piccolo anche per due persone, ed il divano letto non è molto comodo per dormire, troppo duro.
