Giovanna (1/5): Statene alla larga. - Nulla. La mia esperienza presso questa struttura è stata molto deludente. Al mio arrivo la camera era sporca e poco curata. Inoltre, il letto era privo di un lenzuolo che lo coprisse completamente, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Anche l’aria condizionata non funzionava, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più scomodo. Ho provato più volte a contattare il personale telefonicamente, senza mai ricevere risposta. Persino Booking ha tentato di mettersi in contatto con la struttura, ma senza successo. Servizio inesistente e condizioni della camera molto al di sotto delle aspettative. State alla larga. Non so come facciano ad esistere ancora strutture così su questa piattaforma. Ho dovuto soggiornare a mie spese altrove.

Po przyjeździe okazało się, że pilot do telewizora nie działa, a numer podany w wiadomości nie odpowiada. Nie dało się dodzwonić. W łazience było uszkodzone gniazdko elektryczne. W ogóle nie było plastikowej osłony, a wszystkie przewody były na zewnątrz. Personal nie odbierał telefonów. W apartamencie panowała pleśń i bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. Na ścianach były ślady butów i dziury. Nie polecam, jeśli cenicie sobie ciszę i spokój.

Langosz (5/5): Na jedną noc ok. - Odpowiadała nam lokalizacja ale nie jest to blisko centrum. Na jedną noc okej. Pokój dostaliśmy dopiero po 16 ( zameldowanie od 15) nikt wcześniej nie powiadomił nas że Pani sprzątająca ma opóźnienie więc ponad godzinę czekaliśmy w korytarzu. W pokoju bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach unoszący się cały czas nawet przy otwartym balkonie był nieznośny. Telewizor z smartem ale WiFi nie działało. Poduszki okropne. Na jedną noc do wytrzymania.
Natalia (1/5): - Niestety pobyt w Warsaw Modern Stay był ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Apartament znacząco różnił się od oferty przedstawionej na Booking.com. Zamiast deklarowanego apartamentu z osobnym pokojem oraz łóżkiem i rozkładaną sofą, na miejscu znajdowało się tylko jedno łóżko. W efekcie 3 dorosłe osoby przez cały pobyt były zmuszone spać razem w jednym łóżku, co było bardzo niekomfortowe i niedopuszczalne. Apartament był przygotowany praktycznie dla jednej osoby — jedna kołdra, jeden ręcznik, pojedyncze wyposażenie kuchenne oraz brak podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak szklanki. Czystość również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia: grzyb pod prysznicem, kamień i pozostawiona woda w czajniku oraz ogromne ilości kurzu. Dodatkowo klimatyzacja była uszkodzona i nie działała poprawnie, a Wi-Fi, które było wymienione w ofercie, w ogóle nie działało. Najgorszy był jednak całkowity brak kontaktu z właścicielem obiektu. Wielokrotnie próbowaliśmy się kontaktować telefonicznie i przez wiadomości, ale nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi. Również pomoc Booking.com okazała się niewystarczająca mimo wielu zgłoszeń. Cena kompletnie nie odpowiada standardowi tego miejsca. Bardzo rozczarowujące doświadczenie i zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu.

Sergej (3/5): Неприятные моменты в неплохом месте - Понравилось новое здание со свежим ремонтом, расположение - спокойный район рядом с транспортной развязкой, на машине удобно, и близко от нужных нам локаций в Варшаве. Понравилось быстрое подтверждение проживания и инструкции по заселению Не понравилось - вход в апарт-отель неочевидный, между офисами цокольного этажа, без вывесок и обозначений, первый раз прошли мимо, даже не заметив. Второй обход здания по кругу был успешным, заметили что-то похожее на вестибюль гостиницы. Апартаменты нашли, вход по кодовому замку. Дальше начинаются проблемы. Найти нужный вайфай не так просто в апарт-отеле, где сотня точек доступа в списке. Сканирование QR кода на этикетке роутера решило проблемы. Номер при бронировании значился как двухместный. Но из признаков готовности принять 2 человек была только широкая кровать с 2 подушками (бесформенными и неудобными) На кровати была узкая простыня, не доходящая до каждого из краев 15-20 см, односпальное одеяло. В душевой одно полотенце, один пакетик с гелем для душа, на кухне - один комплект посуды и столовых приборов, одна кружка. Полотенце для посуды отсутствовало, впрочем, в апарт-отелях это частав практика. Чайник был сломан, причем не просто сломан, а вызвал при попытке включить короткое замыкание внутри и отключение света во всем номере. Включенный при приходе кондиционер после аварийного отключения показал ошибку и больше не включался. номер был достаточно чистым, но на полу балкона была засохшая лужа, выходить туда не хотелось. Все попытки связаться с менеджером по телефону, указанному в подтверждении, ни к чему не привели (голосовая почта), на обращение через чат Booking за все время также никто не отреагировал. Да, это был вечер выходного дня, но специфика отельного бизнеса должна учитываться. Уровень сервиса очень плохой. Впечатлений добавило то, что на утро после заселения в номере запахло чем-то вроде газа (запах гнилого чеснока), через систему оповещения дважды сказали "внимание", но до эвакуации дело к счастью не дошло, номер проверили через балкон. Наш вывод - нам продали номер, подготовленный как одноместный, как номер для двоих (неисправный чайник это не оправдывает, как и игнорирование наших сообщений)

Drzwi wejściowe od środka całe w plamach starego tłuszczu. Rezerwacja na dwie osoby, a czekał jeden ręcznik i jedna kołdra. Prośba o kontakt i zgłoszone problemy zostały zignorowane- brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu. Niestety nie polecam.

Wygodny system otwierania drzwi na kod. W pokoju nie było ręczników, bardzo ubogie wyposażenie aneksu - pojedyncze talerzyki, pojedyncze sztućce, do tego brudne, tylko herbata, brak kawy. W mikrofalówce pozostało jedzenie po poprzednim lokatorze, co mocno poddało w wątpliwość jakość sprzątania. Bardzo ładny balkon niestety brudno - z licznymi „petami”. Bardzo słabej jakości poduszki. Kontakt z gospodarzem niemożliwy. Po kilkudziesięciu (!) telefonach i kilku smsach, otrzymałam informację o tym, że ręczniki zostaną doniesione, na pytanie kiedy odpowiedzi już nie otrzymałam. Ręczniki ostatecznie nie dotarły, co bardzo utrudniło pobyt i wpłynęło na jego negatywny odbiór.

Brak kontaktu z obsługą a gdy już po kilku dniach ten kontakt był, pani wykpiła się z tego, że powiedziałam jej, że pokój dostarczyli mi nieposprzątany. Pokój był brudny: skotłowane łóżko, naczynia w zlewie, zapchana toaleta, rzeczy pod prysznicem. Dodatkowo nie działał tv. Ludzie, jednym słowem uważajcie!

Brak kompletu sztućców, dla dwóch osob 2 łyżki, 1 widelec i jeden nóż. 2 krzesła na wyposażeniu, w tym jedno połamane, nie do użytku a wręcz niebezpieczne. Słuchawka prysznicowa przeciekajaca przy przewodzie a deszczownica odpadająca od ściany. Brak maty antypoślizgowej lub recznika na mokra podłogę. Wszędzie kurz, brudna kabina. O takim luksusie jak noż, kieliszki do wina czy otwieracz nie ma co marzyć. Kontaktu z właścicielem brak przez 2 dni, skrzynka pelna, nikt nie oddzwania.

Taras Radelytskyi (1/5): Таке помешкання не готове для винаймування Бридота - В приміщенні брудно, немає звичайних кухонних предметів, кружок, ножа, туалетного паперу, повного комплекту рушників. У душі шланг пропускає вас обливає вода всюди тільки не там де потрібно. На балконі взагалі не прибирають. До власників помешкання взагалі дозвонитись не реально. Щоб організувати паркінг необхідно було дві з половиною години. Посуд взагалі не був помитий, губка віджила своє.

Грязная посуда, использованная губка для посуды, не вымыта микроволновка, посуда в посудомоечной машинке делала. из душа воняло как из туалета, поддон не помыт в душе, было противно становится ногами, поэтому купалась в сланцах. В ванной куча использованных рулонов бумаги в ящичке лежало, на мусорное ведро в туалете не был одет пакет, чайник с годовым налетом, пришлось 5 раз кипятить с лимонной кислотой, чтоб можно было попить чай. Телевизор не был Протеро от пыли, грязная сковородка. На потолке снят был один квадрат потолка, видимо чинили что-то и не поставили обратно, и не было двери на шкафчике над микроволновой. Писала менеджеру Ксении, телефон которой указали при бронировании, реакции 0. Возвращаться не хочется ну и не советую 👌

Izabela (5/5): - Duży telewizor Wynajmowałam apartamenty w tym obiekcie łącznie około 20 razy na przestrzeni trzech lat i nigdy nie zastałam apartamentu w tak złym stanie jak teraz, byłam zdziwiona negatywnymi opiniami, które niestety okazały się prawdą, niedomyte naczynia i sztućce, brzydki zapach z kanalizacji, zasłona z plamami białymi jakby już nie powiem od czego... na dodatek powieszona odwrotnie, brak pilota do telewizora, niedomyta mikrofalówka, bardzo brudne meble na balkonie, popękane ściany, właściciel obiektu na pewno nie weryfikuje tego jak apartamenty są sprzątane, kiedyś wszystko było czyste, dziś jest porażka...

Natalia (1/5): - Niestety pobyt w tym miejscu to kompletna porażka i przykład skrajnego braku szacunku do klienta. Przede wszystkim absolutny brak kontaktu – nie odpisują Państwo na wiadomości wysyłane przez Booking ani nie odbierają telefonu podanego w ogłoszeniu. Próby kontaktu są ignorowane, przez co nie ma możliwości załatwienia nawet tak podstawowej sprawy jak dokupienie parkingu. Mimo kilku prób klient zostaje całkowicie pozostawiony sam sobie. Pokój na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda w porządku, ale to jedyny plus. Łazienka była zwyczajnie brudna, a brak ręczników to już kompromitacja na podstawowym poziomie. Kuchnia praktycznie nie istnieje jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie – brak sztućców, brak nawet zwykłego noża, żeby przekroić bułkę. Patelni nie da się używać, bo jest kompletnie zużyta i dawno powinna trafić do kosza. Nie ma ściereczki, nie ma ręcznika papierowego – nic. Zmywarka jest, ale kapsułek brak – kolejny przykład totalnego niedopatrzenia. Internet nie działa, więc automatycznie nie działa też telewizja, co w dzisiejszych czasach jest po prostu niedopuszczalne. Zasłony są brudne i aż proszą się o wypranie. Całość sprawia wrażenie miejsca prowadzonego bez jakiejkolwiek kontroli i dbałości o standard. Zdecydowanie nie polecam – za takie warunki i podejście do klienta nie powinno się pobierać pieniędzy.

Lekceważenie klienta ponat skalę brak asortyment wyposażenie takiego jak w opisie czekam na faktur trzeci tydzień i chyba się nie doczekam . Może booking to rozwiąże , alb urząd skarbowy. Porażka.

Despite emailing and calling the property twice we didn't have any answer back. We managed to get in thanks to someone who lives in the same building. The room wasn't very clean and the wi-fi code was wrong. Very disappointed

Ogólnie pokój zastaliśmy w słabym stanie, nieposprzątane, pełno kurzu, brudu, jakieś śmieci były na ziemi. W szafce znaleźliśmy stary chleb a w zamrażarce już trochę zleżałe lody.

Kamila (1/5): - Dobre połączenie z centrum miasta. Czystość lokalu woła o pomstę do nieba. Z "managerem" absolutny brak kontaktu. Śmieci pod meblami widoczne z łóżka, prysznic nie wiadomo, kiedy ostatnio myty, bez plastikowych klapków strach wejść, a i tak na własną rękę wszystko dezynfekowałam. Dodatkowo uszkodzony wąż prysznicowy, woda leje się z obu stron. Po włączeniu tv pierwsza pokazuje się strona z pornografią. Podłoga też wygląda jakby dawno nie widziała mopa. Na pewno nie wrócę.
