• Lucas (1/5): The worst experience of my entire life. This is a joke. - I was unable to access the unit as the latch was not working. I reached out to the tenant which took 30 minutes to pick up the phone. They said they would address the issue and for my surprise after FIVE hours haven’t been addressed. There is literally nobody in the building to provide any kind of support. I requested the booking cancelation to which they replied it wouldn’t be possible. In other words, although I can’t access the unit, I still have to pay! I guess the solution is to sleep in the hallway!! This has been the most terrible customer service experience I had in my entire life. Terrible customer service. Totally lack of empathy.

• Sabine (10/5): - Emplacement parfait, vraiment à 2min de la tour CN. Super bien équipé, vue incroyable notamment au coucher du soleil. Le petit balcon est très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien insonorisé, on n'entend aucun bruit ni de l'extérieur ni de l'immeuble. La soufflerie était un peu bruyante, je ne suis pas habituée au bruit.

• Joyce (9/5): Awesome 2- bedroom 1 bath with balcony in the heart of Toronto - Awesome location. Great value. Amazing city views. Comfortable beds. I arranged via booking for a parking space (extra $25 per night) but never received a key fob for the garage. It wasn’t a huge issue since security buzzed us in. We parked the car in the indicated space, and we didn’t need the car to get around Toronto. However, it could have been very annoying if we had needed the car during our stay.
• Ale Towns (10/5): - Excelente opción para quedarse, el departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotografias. Muy comodo, con sofacama y 1 cama queenl y 1 king. Nos dejaron hasta jabon para ropa, para trastes, excelente anfitrion. La ubicacion es genial, se puede caminar por todo el centro de toronto, con todo lo turistico (cntower, acuario, rodgers centre, arena scotia, etc ademas de opciones de restaurantes y eaton centre) y llegar caminando al waterfront. Tiene tambien muy cerca el transporte publico. A dos cuadras de union station desde donde conectas a toda a la ciudad y tambien al aeropuerto por el expres up. Lo califfico como centrico y muy comodo. Silencioso. Muy buen descanso Lo unico es que el edificio tenia 2 de 3 elevadores descompuestos, asi que a horas pico habia que esperar un poco para subir y bajar, pero eso es del edificio, el departamento EXCELENTE!!

All the beds were good even the sofa, we were able to add one persone last minute and everything went smooth. Thank you so much! The elevators were a little bussy, but manageable

• Rina (9/5): I would stay here again, just not planning to use the hide a bed - The furnishings, the kitchen supplies, the cleanliness were all fantastic. The two beds were quite comfortable and the view is amazing! The hide a bed couch is destroyed and shouldn’t be counted as a bed.
