Anna (1/5): Porażka - Nic Bardzo nie polecam tego obiektu. Pato apartamenty maleńkie. Nie ma światła nie ma miejsca. Nie ma obsługi. Same problemy na śniadaniu w kolo obcokrajowcy mają problemy ze mam opłacony apartament. Koszmarne przeżycia. Nie polecam. Zero sprzątania mimo 2 dób w lokalizacji. Jestem rozczarowana. Zabezpieczenia nie nadają się dla osób 60 plus . Nie radzą sobie a obsługa ma w nosie. Obsługa nie przyjemna. Nieprzyjemna obsługa nic nie wie o wszystko pytają panie . Kompletnie popsuty pobyt.

Jaana (10/5): Percect stay - Absolutely spot on location. We had a studio with balcony and it was superB ! Cannot beat the location in Gdansk. If we saw ant staff around, they were always friendly and smily. Im trying to think anything to advise future guests to consider but there really is nothing. Perfect accommodation for two. Mika (10/5): Loistava valinta.. - Sijainti oli aivan paras. Mahtavat näkymät joelle ja molemmin puolin oleville kävelykaduille. Ravintoloita ympärillä vaikka kuinka monta. Asunto oli erittäin hyvin kalustettu. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Sänkyt oli meille pehmeät ja riittävän leveät ja pitkät. Terassilla oli mukava istuskella kun oli lasitus vaikka oli tuulinen keli muutamana päivänä. Tilava huone ja hyvä tyynyvalikoivma. Vähän hankalaa oli ekakerralla löytää asuntoon, mutta hyvillä ohjeilla löytyi. Melko äänekäs ilmastointi, mutta sitäkin sai itse säädettyä hiljaisemmalle.
Sanna (10/5): - Sijainti on täydellinen, huone oli todella hyvänkokoinen. Yleisissä tiloissa oli todella vahva haju. Sisäänpääsy oli melkoinen seikkailu, täytyi löytää oikeita ovia ja osata laittaa kortteja ja koodeja eri paikkoihin. Lopulta homma sujui kuitenkin ja opimme oven lukkonumeronkin.

Paulina (6/5): - Na plus lokalizacja. Wygląd i standard pokoju był dobry. Upał w pokoju bez możliwości regulacji temperatury. W pokoju było 30 stopnii. Zawiłe rozwiązanie z odbiorem kluczu do apartamentu, czytniki kart na każdym zakręcie (średnio działające), czytnik kart w windzie również nie działał poprawnie.

Berglind (9/5): Great stay in a prime location! - Very good accommodation and very good location. We loved the studio and all the amenities and that it is in the same house as a lot of restaurants by the canal. Everything is close and only about 5-10 min walk to the mall. Only thing that was confusing was finding where to collect the key and where to go to the studio. Because it is in two separate locations (only few doors between) so you get your key and then get out again and find the other door to get to your studio. Read the instructions very well, it is all there but they are very long.

Tarek (5/5): Flott hotell med god standard og beliggenhet, men dessverre ødelagt av mye støy og dårlig håndtering av klage. - Alt var perfekt! Hotellet var veldig rent og komfortabelt. Sengen var god, og rommet hadde alt man trenger. Internettet fungerte bra, og fasilitetene var også veldig gode. Beliggenheten er perfekt – alt er i nærheten. Et veldig bra valg hvis du vil ha alt lett tilgjengelig. Det eneste negative var støyen. Vi bodde i et rom rett ved en nattklubb, og det var høy musikk og bråk helt frem til kl. 04:00 hver natt. Dette var ikke opplyst på forhånd. Da vi klaget og ønsket å bytte rom, fikk vi beskjed om at vi måtte betale ekstra for det. Det var veldig skuffende.

Transfer von booking.com angeboten und auch gebucht! Wir mussten sowohl hin als auch zurück ein Taxi nehmen. Unsere Reklamation erfolgte unmittelbar nach Rückkehr - entgangenes Frühstück wie auch entgangener Transfer - von booking.com keinerlei Reaktion!!! Zimmerausstattung: nur 1 Stuhl! Zimmer war recht klein!

Petra (9/5): Beautiful studio apartment in the centre of old town Gdansk - Very warm and comfortable studio apartment in the heart of the old town. Instructions to get in were very easy to follow (as we arrived outside of reception hours). View of the canal is lovely. The room can be noisy with the door open and at night with the door closed, you can hear music playing in a nearby location but it isn't very loud and didn't stop us from sleeping. The accommodation was missing some key amenities - no tea towel, no washing up detergent, frying pans too small to cook a family meal, no milk provided for tea and coffee and no salt & pepper provided for cooking. We were very happy with the accommodation, but these amenities would have made it perfect.

Joanna (6/5): Następnym razem się nie skusimy - Bardzo wygodne łóżko, spory telewizor z dostępem do Netflixa i YouTube, dobra lokalizacja blisko wielu atrakcji i lokali Dojście do pokoju jakimiś labiryntami z masą drzwi było problematyczne. W pokoju od rana do późnego wieczora było okrutnie duszno, a temperatury na klimatyzacji nie dało się zmienić. Za późno jednak zauważyliśmy, że problem nie leży w nas, żeby to zgłosić. Początkowo ratowaliśmy się otwieraniem okna, ale po pierwsze hałas, a po drugie smród papierosów nie stwarzał warunków do wypoczynku. W pokoju brakowało kosza na śmieci, a ten malutki w łazience był zdecydowanie za mały. W pokoju miały być ponoć zatyczki do uszu, ale nigdzie ich niestety nie znaleźliśmy. Do ekspresu były tylko dwie kapsułki do tego słabej kawy. Jestem wybredna, ale nie ukrywam, że właśnie ekspres był jedną z kart przetargowych tego pokoju podczas rezerwacji i to mnie rozczarowało. Filiżanki w pokoju niestety nie były czyste - w środku był osad po kawie, jakby nie zostały domyte. W pokoju na suficie łuszczyła się farba, a na dywanie obok łóżka spora plama niewiadomego pochodzenia.

Lene (7/5): Flott, sentralt, men det trekker ned pga. bråk fra oppussing tidlig om morgenen. - God frokost, men forvirrende at den ikke var på hotellet. Det kunne vært bedre info om basseng og spa som ikke var inkludert i prisen. Dyrt å bruke basseng i 1,5 time. (ca 300 NOK) Trodde det skulle være buffet, men det var en fast meny med fem (fire) retter. Det var det samme hver dag. Te, kaffe, juice inkludert. God mat, men ønsket meg større utvalg eller en buffet. Det var høyt støy fra renovering i leiligheten rett over oss. Startet tidlig og fortsatte gjennom hele dagen og på fredag til etter kl. fem. Vi fikk ikke sove til etter 7.00, noe som ødela en del av gleden ved en fin og sentral leilighet. Det var skjeggkre på badet.

Patryk (1/5): Jawne wprowadzanie w błąd klienta, nie polecam i nigdy więcej nie wrócę. - Zupełnie nic. Apartament który zarezerwowałem to najgorszy jaki jest dostępny. Nie ma jego zdjęć na głównej stronie obiektu. Uważajcie, bo ja sugerowałem się nazwą “de luxe”. Wszystko. Popękane ściany, marna obsługa, brak balkonu w apartamencie. W ofercie wpisany basen za dodatkową opłatą - nie chwalą się jaka to kwota, bo jest to 150 zł za osobę w hotelu Radisson, więc z jakiej racji wpisują w listę udogodnień basen? Widok z okna apartamentu w którym byłem powodował że czułem się jak w szpitalu psychiatrycznym.

Katarzyna (9/5): I will be back 🤩 - Marvellous stay in Deo Plaza in Gdańsk. Attractions, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops are very close to the hotel. The room and bathroom were very comfy and big. Nice, clean (as a former housekeeper, I know what I'm talking about 😉) and quiet. I asked for a transfer from the airport, and they organised everything for me 👏. The reception answered very quickly and professionally to all my questions. Entry instructions were clear, and all info was in the email. I arrived very late, and my card was waiting for me in the locker, but I still have contact with Reception. The sparkling wine was lovely, thanks 😊 Good advice for guests: Ask reception for a taxi or phone number, don't risk paying much more than you should."

Branka (4/5): Tredje person seng skuffende - Veldig god beliggenhet, god frokost selv om det er ikke opplyst at den er på et restaurant på den andre siden av hotellet og er la carte frokost , kun en kopp kaffe og juice inkludert. Hvis man vil ha mer , må betales.( på bildene på booking ser ut som vanlig hotell frokost servering). Gode senger, utenom 3 person seng. Det står i annonsen at det er en spa hotell med basseng men det er ikke opplyst at den må betales (150 zt -ca 400kr pr person og 1,5 time, samt bruk av sauna , spa hører til et helt annet hotell). Vi kjøpte rom for 3 voksne personer 2 seng med sovesofa. På bildene på booking er en 2 seter sofa men på rommet vi fikk var det en enkelt stol som trekkes ut i seng som ligger så lavt og er meget ubehagelig å sove i. I og med at vi ba om extra overmadrass via e mail og ble lovet det ble ikke noe av. Vi fikk apartman i det bygget ( det er flere bygg med de) som ligger i gå gaten og det var nattklubb rett over, det var støy og musikk til kl 04 om natten så lite sovn. Dessverre alt i alt litt skuffende spes på tanken at man får bilder fra de riktige apartman etter at man har betalt og på booking og bestilling står noe helt annet.

Diane (1/5): Une arnaque à fuir - A fuir absolument J’ai réservé un studio pour 3 personnes il y avait uniquement un lit de 2 personnes le canapé lit tel que présenté sur la photo n’existait pas et était remplacé par un petit fauteuil à déplier dans lequel il était impossible de dormir nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel à nos frais Aucune écoute de l’hôtel pour changer la chambre qui n’est d’ailleurs pas un studio mais une chambre pour 2. Posizione super centrale Il personale cordiale, abbiamo avuto problemi (per colpa nostra) ad entrare nell’appartamento, la receptionist molto gentilmente ci ha accompagnato direttamente fino alla porta e ci ha aiutato ad entrare.
Juergen (9/5): Super für den Stadt Tourismus - Superlage mitten im Zentrum der Stadt, Nahverkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Bequemes Bett. Schlüsselkarte gab es in der Rezeption. Fenster sind nicht ganz schalldicht. gegenüber des Zimmers lag ein Musikclub, sodass ie Gräusche herüberdringen.

Mieliśmy wszystko co było napisane w ogłoszeniu, wszystko działało, pełne wyposażenie kuchni na plus. Czysty, mały, ale przytulny apartament. Polecam :) Jedyny mankament to okna, ponieważ w dzień mało naturalnego światła wpada do wnętrza, ale to naprawdę szczegół ;)

Bardzo nie wygodne kanapy, na rozłożonych nie dało się spać, więc dzieci spały na złożonych.4 osoby w apartamencie a tylko jeden wieszak w łazience na ręcznik, brak wieszaka na ręcznik przy umywalce, przeciekający syfon - w szafce pod zlewem stała woda, wszystkie baterie umywalkowe czy prysznicowa strasznie zakamienione ( szczególnie prysznicowa) , brak kosza na śmieci w łazience. Ekspres do kawy a dostępna tylko jedna kapsułka z kawą. W opisie jest , że jest kryty basen, niestety gdy chcieliśmy skorzystać okazało się że nie ma miejsc, bo pierwszeństwo mają goście hotelowi a nie z apartamentów. Powinna być informacja że basen trzeba sobie rezerwować. Trochę pogmatwany system dotarcia do apartamentu, no i to że za każdym razem trzeba wpisywać długi kod do otwarcia drzwi.
