• Philip (10/5): - A perfect apartment in a perfect location for Disneyland. Definitely worth a 10/10 review. It was like a home from home. Really comfy beds, very spacious & quiet and situated in a lovely safe neighbourhood. All amenities are provided in the kitchen. Loved the balcony. It's a 29 min walk to the entrance of Disneyland or a €12 uber ride away. The apartment is situated close to the rear of the new Frozen ride but you have to go to the park entrance to get in hence the 29 min walk time / uber ride. There's a small carrefour shop 5 mins walk away and an Aldi 15 mins walk away. Paris CDG airport is around 30 mins drive away in an Uber which cost us €43 each way. The owner gives clear instructions how to get into the apartment with all the PIN codes required. Don't worry it's easy. You get a key for the front door and a key fob which then lets you into the lift and through the locked security gate and the main door. Highly recommended and much better than a hotel! The only negative was the cups, glasses & pans were very filthy. Not a problem really but we then had to wash everything else as well before we used them use just in case. The apartment overall apart from the kitchen utensils was extremely clean

Щодо зручності проживання то рядом є супермаркет і пекарня де дійсно смачна випічка.
• Isabella (9/5): Spacious homey apartment near Disney - The host was very helpful, providing useful information even before our arrival. The apartment was larger than expected and perfectly suited our group of six. We especially appreciated that all necessary appliances and amenities were provided—even basic seasonings, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and toys for the kids. There was a TV in every room, and a lovely bonus was the nightly fireworks show from the balcony. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Perfect place to stay! Unfortunately, we had some issues with the dishwasher, but there were good tools for washing up as well.
• Jirina (10/5): - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Frozen Welt und dem täglichen Disneyland Feuerwerk. Auch an Ausstattung hat uns rein nichts gefehlt. Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt befinden sich in 2 Minuten Fußweg. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

La casa è pulita, carina e dotata di tutti i comfort, con una grande attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Si trova a pochi chilometri dal parco, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lontana dal traffico, perfetta per riposarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Anche se non abbiamo mai incontrato di persona il proprietario, è stato sempre molto presente, gentile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise per il recupero delle chiavi e l’accesso all’appartamento, rendendo tutto semplice e senza stress. Siamo stati davvero molto bene e, se dovessimo tornare in zona, lo prenderemo sicuramente di nuovo in considerazione. Grazie Kimy! Tutto perfetto

Malgré le fait que l'appartement fournit bcp d'éléments pour les enfants en bas âge, l''absence d'une table s'est fait sentir. La salle de bain est spacieuse et cette table à langer pourra servir de support pour les personnes sans enfant.

• Anthony (10/5): This Property was Easy accessible, Clean and tidy with a fantastic host. Worth every Penny. - We were a family of 4 with a toddler. This property was Clean and Tidy. Very minimalist to stop you being overwhelmed whilst having all the essentials. The Balcony is a great bonus to relax and watch the sky or the Disney Drones with a beer. Access was straight forward. £13 Euro in a Bolt Cab to Disney front Gate. 2 minute walk to the shop for essential food and drink supplies. Excellent host who kept us informed when required. 1. Be careful with climbing Toddler’s on the balcony 2. Don’t stand up too quick by the toilet roll. You will bang your head.

Everything you could possibly need is provided in the apartment and it was such a comfortable stay. The host was amazing and kept in touch the whole time with fantastic instructions for everything. We will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The Val d’Europe shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away . There are lots of shops and restaurant’s a couple of minutes away . View of the fireworks was great at night our wee ones were too tired to stay in Disney for them. The apartment block is very secure and we liked to electronic shutters for the doors and windows to keep the children safe . Kimy is an excellent host . We would stay here again if returning to Paris. Nothing - it met our needs perfectly we would 100% recommend .

• Rachael (10/5): Great short stay and wonderful host - Everything was perfect- we only stayed here for one night before heading to Disney but the host was brilliant, letting my parents drop their bags off early so they could walk to the shopping centre and being extremely helpful with all information for the apartment and the car park. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location for walking to Val D’Europe/ local restaurants, and although we stayed on a very foggy night so couldn’t actually see anything once it was dark, the Disney fireworks would be lovely from the balcony! Thanks so much for a lovely first night of our holiday! Nothing- everything was great!
• Richard (10/5): A wonderful stay for our Disneyland Paris trip - A lovely apartment within walking distance to Disneyland Paris. The apartment has everything you could hope for in terms of facilities. There were even baskets of toys for our little one to play with. There is a supermarket, restaurants and tube station within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was accommodating and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
• Xiaoqing (10/5): Exceptional - This is my favorite hotel around Disney, and Paris. The facilities are beyond expectations. I think it is better than the 4-star hotel in the city center for several reasons, firstly, the host prepared the Christmas decorations all around the house. The kids are so excited to see the animations characters all around the house. The living supplies also exceeded our expectations, including a washing machine, dishwasher, various seasonings, baking paper, colorful kitchen paper, and even pink toilet paper. Each room is equipped with a large TV. All of these went far beyond what we anticipated. This hotel offers all the conveniences our family could ever need. The host give details before we arrive and will definitely recommend to my Chinese friends.

Apartment has a washing machine - good for whom is travelling with kids. Nearby ( less than 1 km there is great bakeries and supermarket). Everything was good. I do not have any complain. Apartment is new and location is very calm at night. Also there are another vacation apartments in same building, but all of them occupied by families. No teenagers or prom parties mixed.

Ideal location, less than a 20min walk to Disneyland Paris and a Carrefour 5min walk away. Apartment had lots of toilet roll, hand soap, shower products, salt and pepper, oil, herbs, tea etc. all the things you don’t want to be buying when staying for a short amount of time. Our favourite part was the large balcony with view of Disney, being able to watch the drone show and fireworks each night. We loved waking up and being able to open the bedroom windows wide to see Mickey ears in the distance!

• Imaany (10/5): Excellent stay. Excellent host. No complaints whatsoever. - The accommodation was only a 15 minute straight walk from Disneyland. It was spacious, clean, beautiful and had lovely bright windows and black-out automatic blinds. Kimmy went the extra mile and was very helpful liasing with my other half organising birthday decorations and a beautiful cake from a local bakery prior to our arrival. Overall the stay was excellent for my friends and I and we would highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Disneyland. The location is also very close to a range of shops that have everything you could need from breakfast foods to hair gel. The photos depict the property exactly, thank you so much Kimmy.
• Casey (9/5): Comfortable stay nearby Disneyland. - The apartment was very well equipped with a full kitchen and everything you would need to cook while there. There is also an assortment of teas and coffees guests may use during their stay. The apartment also comes with a nice balcony facing Disneyland (though there is not a whole lot of Disneyland to see from the apartment). The living area is a nice size for guests looking to watch some TV in the evenings. The apartment itself would comfortably accommodate a family of four. It also comes with a free parking spot in the garage below the building. The area surrounding the apartment appears to be very new and still under construction. Lots of nice looking restaurants are within walking distance and you can take the train one quick stop to reach Disneyland at a low price (it beats walking the distance!). The apartment really cannot be beat! Upon arrival we found that the code for the key box (inside the mailbox) was incorrect. We were able to call Kimy (our host) and she sent the new code which opened the key box with ease. Hopefully the her instructions have been updated to reflect the correct key box code! There was also a sewage smell seemingly coming from the sink in the bathroom after running the water. While this did not make or break our stay, it was unpleasant. We made sure to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid the smell.

• Emma (10/5): a luxury apartment that was welcomed after a week camping! - The location was perfect for us as a fmaily with teenagers. the rooms were comfortable and the facilties nearby perfect. I would highly reocmmend this aprtment. We walked to disney in 20 minutes and the patisserie next door was amazing! coffee machine didnt work but owner did offer to fix but didnt bother us too much. There wasn;t a cork screw which is odd in france so had to buy one
