• Sam (9/5): - Perfect for a short stay in Paris - nice quiet area with good local amenities and an easy metro ride in to the city centre. Clean, comfy, with everything you need for a family of 4! Nothing!

• Mauricio (10/5): Excellence and warmth, a true gem in Paris - I would argue this has been one of the most pleasant experiences in the many years I have used the platform. The hosts went above and beyond. I honestly cannot imagine why this apartment does not have a round 10, because everything was so smooth and good: 1. Communication: The hosts were incredibly attentive, checking with me before the trip so that I had all the things I needed. I traveled with a baby, and they were super eager to help me with a crib, a baby seat, and baby utensils, so we were all set from the get-go. They were also quite helpful in answering my questions and checking in with us during the 10 days we stayed, so we had everything we needed. When we left, they left us a very kind and warm message that really felt sad leaving Paris. 2. Location: This unit was well located and met all our expectations. Close connection to trains and buses, walkable neighborhood, family-friendly area, full of nice restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, convenience stores, bars. Seriously, top location if you are staying more than a week. 3. The apartment: very well equipped. It had everything we needed (you can check the amenities on booking.com, so I won't list them), and it made a huge difference. This apartment is ready, so you hit the ground running. If I were to travel to Paris again in the future, I will stay in this apartment. No questions. Kudos to Christine & Stéphane, all the credit to them I cannot say there's anything I did not like. However, just so I don't sound too positively biased, I would say the elevator in the building is slightly smaller than we thought, so we had to take two trips to go up with the stroller. However, this is such a minor inconvenience that I hope it does not deter anyone.

• Sandra (10/5): Super séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas des arrêts de bus, de métro, et des commerces. Je reviendrai - L’appartement est très agréable, confortable, bien équipé, très propre.
• Natalia (10/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement . Tout était réuni pour un séjour confortable, serein et sans le moindre souci. Les appartements sont méga confortables, spacieux, très bien aménagés et parfaitement propres. L’espace est idéal pour un séjour en famille avec un enfant : on s’y sent en sécurité, à l’aise et immédiatement comme à la maison. La localisation est excellente. Le quartier est calme, agréable et très pratique, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Paris. En même temps, l’environnement reste paisible, ce qui est particulièrement important lorsqu’on voyage avec un enfant. Un énorme avantage : deux boulangeries se trouvent juste à côté de l’appartement. Chaque matin, nous pouvions acheter un baguette fraîche et des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus authentique et agréable. Nous avons séjourné en hiver, et le chauffage fonctionnait parfaitement : l’appartement était toujours bien chaud et confortable. Il y avait également une eau chaude en continu, sans aucune interruption, ce qui est essentiel, surtout avec un enfant. La très bonne isolation phonique mérite une mention spéciale. L’appartement est calme, bien isolé des bruits extérieurs, ce qui permet de bien se reposer et de passer des nuits paisibles. Enfin, les propriétaires sont exceptionnels : toujours disponibles, très réactifs, attentionnés et prêts à aider dans n’importe quelle situation, même imprévue. Leur soutien et leur bienveillance apportent une vraie tranquillité d’esprit, ce qui est extrêmement précieux lorsqu’on voyage avec un enfant. En résumé, ce sont des appartements parfaits pour un séjour en famille, extrêmement confortables, très bien situés, calmes, chaleureux et avec des hôtes formidables. 🎉

It is a very local area with all the shops you would need conveniently located. A lovely Brasserie opposite. The apartment itself is really well appointed. A great place to stay! Nothing!

• Casper (9/5): Fresh and friendly feeling apartment in a nice residential area - Well laid out apartment for our small family. A few good bakeries and a supermarket around the corner and easy access to good public transport, perfect!
• Boxiang (8/5): Decent property with many advantages - The property is clean and well thought out. Good location with some restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes walking range. Less than 10 minutes walk distance to metro station. The host is responsive and helpful. WiFi is quick and stable. Check in and out process is clear and self guided. The main bed is not that comfortable due to poor quality pillows and the noisy plastic mattress protector. Notes for other travelers: There is no lift or escalator at the Alisia station. Carry luggage manually is common for many Paris metro stations which is similar to Japan.

• Praveen (1/5): Bad - Hot water comes hardly for 1-2 people after which we have to wait for around 20mins which we were not notified. In the mid of my shower hot water stopped and I had to complete with cold water which made me fall sick. Also sofa bed was not comfortable. Worst Experience!!

• Herbert (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Paris - Modern, updated, very well maintained, clean and a great area to live in Paris with easy access to public transit - bus or metro in short walking distance. Doesn’t have an a/c and had to keep the windows open. A little noisy due to the Restraunt’s nearby where people dine out and speak loudly well past 12:00 am.
• Hanna (10/5): Wonderful and very cozy 🥰 - Great hosts of appartements, very cozy apartment with everything you need! Very clean and neat. Everything was available bedding, towels, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, washing machine and even powder! The hosts were always in touch and ready to help and answer all questions! If we are in Paris we will definitely stay again. In addition, convenient transportation 5 min walk to the subway or bus! -
• Limapprox (9/5): Recommended - Good value for such a cozy, well-equipped apartment in Paris. A metro line is within 10 minutes of walking distance. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Quite convenient overall.
