Important Information
✏️ Guest Registration & Occupancy: The booking price is strictly and exclusively adjusted to the number of people indicated. The allowed guests are solely those listed in the booking. Exceeding this voids the insurance coverage, so it is strictly prohibited. The presence of unregistered guests will be considered a serious breach, involving a charge for the extra guests plus a €100 administrative penalty. Failure to rectify the situation will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking and the obligation to vacate the accommodations without the right to a refund.
✏️ Check-IN (15:00 - 21:00): We offer Auto check-in or In-person check-in (subject to availability and prior appointment). Guest Delays: If you arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us ASAP; you may opt for auto check-in. Extended Hours: Check-in outside official hours is subject to availability and a surcharge. Please consult rates. Potential Wait at Delivery: If, due to force majeure (need for intensive cleaning due to the condition left by previous guests), the accommodations is not ready by 15:00, we commit to delivering it as soon as possible. For delays of less than 2 hours, the established compensation will be exclusively an extension of the check-out time (late check-out) for the same duration as the delay. No financial compensation applies for this operational time margin.
✏️ Check-OUT (08:00 - 10:00): Late Check-out: To leave after 10:00, please consult availability and rates in advance. Loss/damage of parking remote: €40.
✏️ Beds & Linen: Bed linen is prepared according to the number of guests booked. Requesting extra bed linen or the setup of additional beds incurs a cost of €20/unit.
✏️ SMOKING: Only allowed on the terrace. If a smell of tobacco is detected inside, a surcharge will be charged for professional environmental sanitization and ozone treatment.
✏️ Pets: Prior authorization is required. Once authorized, we will inform you of the applicable supplement. Security Deposit: A hold of €200 will be placed on a credit card as a guarantee against damages or extra dirt. It is released after the departure inspection. Access codes are not sent until the supplement and deposit have been paid.
✏️ Electricity & Eco-Responsibility: It is strictly forbidden to connect electric vehicles or large-capacity batteries to the domestic power grid (fire risk). The accommodations reserves the right to charge for excess consumption if it is manifestly disproportionate or if the charging of batteries other than standard pocket devices is detected.
✏️ Cleaning & Trash: The cleaning fee covers final disinfection. However, the guest is responsible for leaving the kitchen tidy. If the accommodations is returned in a state of abundant dirt or with accumulated trash, an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. Towels: Use them only for personal hygiene. Irreparably stained towels: €20/unit.
✏️ Noise & Community: Quiet hours: 00:00 - 08:00 and during siesta time (15:00 - 17:00). Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the Community Rules displayed in the complex. Any intervention by the Local Police or the Community caused by a breach of community rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and the total loss of the deposit.
✏️ Damages & Liability: Please report any breakage or malfunction immediately so we can fix it. Any damage must be reported within a maximum of 12 hours from arrival to avoid it being attributed to the guest. Safety: Guests are responsible for supervising minors on the terrace and common areas. We are not liable for accidents due to misuse of facilities.
✏️ Swimming Pool: We are not responsible for temporary closures due to community maintenance or regional regulations (such as drought restrictions).
✏️ Bathroom & Plumbing: It is strictly forbidden to flush wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, or cotton buds down the toilet, even if the packaging says they are biodegradable. If a blockage occurs for this reason, the full cost of unblocking and plumbing will be charged to the guest.
✏️ Sun Creams & Oils: Please shower to remove sun creams, body oils, or self-tanners before using the beds or sofas. Stains from these products on sheets and upholstery are considered irreparable damage and will be charged as such.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Maeve (10/5): We would definitely recommend this unit to any of our friends that are visiting Spain in the future!! 🇪🇸 - The hosts José and Beatriz went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. They left condiments and other extras that were greatly appreciated during our stay. The location was excellent for exploring the area including La Puebla de Mijas, La Caminito del Ray, Ronda, Marbella and Malaga. It was an easy walk to the town, beach, groceries and the beach boardwalk.
- Angela (10/5): A fabulous stay and would recommend this fantastic apartment. - We were met by a lovely couple who gave us a fabulous tour of the apartment, facilities and the numerous gadgets etc. The complementary bottle of red wine and water was very much appreciated. As was the kitchen basics which were included (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, foil, cling film, ice. All the little things you didn't know you needed!!!
Beatriz, Jose and Luis are available on WhatsApp for anything at all. We were sent lots of advice, things to see, places to go, which was so helpful.
The apartment is exceptionally clean and modern with a living, dining area, separate kitchen, utility room. The furnishings are of a very high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also well equipped and comfortable. The main shower was a joy!
The terrace is beautiful with the glass curtains ensuring we could use this area in the evening even though a little chilly. The absolute gem of this apartment is definitely the terrace with the sunrise each morning being our highlight!
The pool area looked very nice, however, we did not use this facility as we were busy with pre-made plans (sun loungers were provided in the apartment to take down to the pool!).
There is a lovely parade of cafe's and restaurants just outside the complex if you don't fancy walking into La Cala. A Lidl is also nearby which is really handy (especially the bakery for breakfast goods). Not sure I could find anything to fault with this apartment! Possibly the front door locking system was little strange at first but this has now been replaced with a fob which is much more user friendly.
The busy road between the apartment and the beach/resorts centres did spoil the scenic stroll down to La Cala (and other coastal resorts). However, safe crossing points/bridges/underpasses are very frequent.

Gepflegte Anlage mit grossem Pool, Tennisplatz und Parkplatz (innerhalb der Anlage). 10 - 15 Gehminuten zum Meer und zum Zentrum von La Cala de Mijas. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Gastgeber waren äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. -

La ubicación es excelente cerca de la playa y el pueblo con comercios y restaurantes, pero muy tranquilo para descansar. Las camas son súper cómodas y el WiFi muy rápido.
Sin embargo, lo que hace a este Penthouse único es su increíble terraza motorizada; es un auténtico lujo disfrutar de las vistas al mar y del clima con solo pulsar un botón. Además, la hospitalidad de los dueños es de 10: atentos, rápidos y te hacen sentir como en casa. ¡Sin duda volveremos! 💛 Excelente en todos

Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, recomendándonos sitios para comer y comprar por la zona, da gusto encontrarse con gente tan amable y dispuesta a ayudar. La entrada autónoma con código es un gran plus. Sin duda, un alojamiento de 10 al que volveremos.

We stayed in December and there was a heating system in each room and extra heaters in the bathrooms. The kitchen has all the essentials. Lots of storage spaces. The blankets are cozy and warm. El trato del anfitrión fue excelente, repetiremos sin dudarlo en cuanto tengamos posibilidad. Lidl muy cercano, que facilita el poder reponer la despensa. Seria sacarle punta sin necesidad. Simplemente genial.

- Sharma (3/5): Do NOT stay here! Too far from beach, restaurants and the owner is aggressive - The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lovely seaview Property was in middle of no-where. It took 30 minutes to walk to beach and not the short walk stated in description. The owner was rude and demanded an extra 40 euros for keeping our luggage in apartment until 12pm, but he wrote a text message to us that we could leave our luggage for free, was yelling something in Spanish (knowing we could not understand, blocked our access to leave and made us feel scared. Ps he said he would call police so we waited and waited for police (because we are persons in our 50s and 60s and know we have not done anything wrong) but it turned out he was speaking to his friend instead of police. Just aggressive tactics
