• Cristina (10/5): Maravilhosa - Alojamento impecável, limpo, organizado, colchão muito bom sem dúvida. É deixado um cofret de boas vindas sem qualquer custo adicional o que é muito bom. O anfitrião Nuno é muito prestável e está sempre à disposição. Voltarei sem dúvidas e super recomendo!

• Sven (10/5): Perfect start of our holiday - Nuno is a wonderful host. He is so helpful and he was so sweet to my daughter. The appartment itself is cosy and great located. We had a great time.

• Ludwig (2/5): Dieses Quartier ist eine Zumutung. - Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Setúbal. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Wie es am Wochenende ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Eine nette Geste war die Bereitstellung einer Flasche Rotwein und einer Flasche Wasser. Mit dem Auto kommt man nicht an das Haus heran, wir mußten unsere Koffer 500m weit ziehen. Die beiden Treppen hoch in den 2. Stock sind sehr steil und eng, die Stufen ungleich hoch. Das macht das Kofferschleppen sehr schwierig. In der Wohnung ist es sehr eng, dass sie 33qm groß sein soll kann nur ein Meßfehler sein. Das Spülbecken grenzt direkt an die steile Treppe, es gibt keine Abtrennung. Das Schlimmste aber war das schmale Doppelbett mit der Kuhle in der Mitte, in die man permanent hin rutschte, sodass die Nacht zum Albtraum wurde. Wie dieses Quartier eine Bewertung von 9,3 erhalten konnte bleibt uns verborgen.

• Oyamburu (10/5): Gran anfitrión!!! - Gran anfitrión. Siempre dispuesto a ayudarme Es mas buscó la mejor forma para transportarlos. Y me ayudo a bajar las maletas!! . La cama era muy blanca Estaba en un primer piso y yo no puedo cargar. Sin embargo a la entrada estaba la chica que ayuda a la limpieza y me ayudó a subirla.

• Dave (8/5): - Located centrally, compact, clean and comfortable. It has all the appliances you need for a short stay. Great value. The owners go out of their way to ensure you have the information you need and that you have a good stay. The property is advertised with parking. While this is available it is not part of the property and may be misleading for guests. Parking is on the street or parking areas and paid. The room unfortunately does not darken completely and light from the street can be disturbing for some.

• Cambria (10/5): - Bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Fun location in historic area with shops and cafes. Grateful for heat as it was quite cold. Guest treats and bottle of wine at check-in were a nice gesture. Host was great! Very steep stairs, low ceilings, were not a problem for us as young people without small children. But not ideal for families or older folks.

• deborah (7/5): Perfect location and good value! - The best thing about the place was the location, right in the centre of Setubal. We also appreciated getting clear information about how to find the place which made the arrival in the rain much more pleasant. The flat is small and simply decorated but has everything you need, including a little welcome bundle of goodies. The key was not working well consistently so that left us feeling a bit anxious about going out at night, in the rain! This might have been due to humidity but still a problem that needs fixing.
• Anonymous (9/5): Secret Room in the very center of Setubal - -While located in the very center of the Old Town Setubal, the apartment is facing a quiet, narrow lane with nil noise. The main shopping streets are just 50 meters away from the entrance, and the main square (Bocage Square) full of nice restaurants and the city hall is a few minutes walk away. -Recently-renovated apartment is very clean and tidy, with all the equipments essential for the stay. -Nuno, the host is very friendly person who communicates with his guests superbly. Nil.

• Birgit (10/5): Mycket positiv till Maison Grise och mycket bra kommunikation med Nuno vilket uppskattas mycket - Mycket fin liten välplanerad lägenhet och perfekt läge mitt i stan. Efter att ha bott på olika ställen under en vecka kunde vi konstatera att sängen på Maison Grise var den bästa. Parkering fanns dessutom nära. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit.
• Rhyanna (9/5): Fantastic loft. You will not be disappointed. - We loved this loft! The communication with the host was excellent and we enjoyed the central location. The facilities were great as we have been travelling for a while and needed access to a washing machine. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and enjoy a bottle of wine supplied by the host. It was a nice gesture. The loft was clean and well presented. We didn’t experience any noise or disturbances from others. Not a bad thing, just something to mention… to access the loft, you need to climb two flights of stairs. We had large luggage so we had to carry them up.
