- Alfalahi (2/5): Bad holiday apartment - I like the location I would like to explain to you this very bad experience.. While entering the apartment, the employee was late to bring me the keys.. There is no service to unload or load bags from the car.. When I asked for an extra bed, they brought it the next day.. The bed was airy and not a bed as usual, where sleeping on it until morning would have deflated the air.. I also asked for a bed for children under 6 months and he also told me that I would pay for it.. I also asked for a blanket cover and he told me that I would also bear a sum of money.. At the time of vacating the apartment and leaving it, I asked the employee to inspect the apartment before handing it over to ensure that the security deposit is refunded, but his answer was to wait until 5 pm because of the inspection by the apartment cleaner.. I said, how can I believe that he will not find an excuse for me to deduct the security deposit....? Then I was surprised that he sent me a message a day later telling me that the sofa was dirty and he would deduct the amount from the security deposit
