- Lee (7/5): - The communication was good, and the member of staff I met was professional and friendly. The main issue with the property is the flooring. It is wooden throughout, and the boards squeak terribly across every inch of the space. Being on the first floor, I was constantly worried about disturbing my neighbours below. In addition the TV needs setting up correctly.
