- Haruka (1/5): Terrible. Don’t stay here. - Proximity to venue. The fact that they asked for sketchy security deposit right before the stay. The posting said “4 beds” but there was a couch, a bed and an air mattress. Fridge won’t close, oven won’t work, shower valve is broken, bathroom won’t lock, ac won’t work, air flow in the house is not to code, no curtains on door, no bedding for the “beds”, etc. did everything they asked for before checking in, and they still didn’t give me the right code to check in. They say there’s “free parking” but it’s street parking and only includes one. They make you do a 8 page pre-check in on a sketchy website.

- Katherine (10/5): - It was a perfect size for 1-2 people and the staff were very helpful and timely in their responses. I loved the themed plants and sound machine as well. The only thing for me was that the front door didn't have a curtain and had a large window in it so it did feel a bit open to the world. It wasn't facing the street or anything like that though which helped.
- Joann (6/5): The unit was clean and location good. The accommodations were uncomfortable and the yard was awful. For what we paid it - The inside was clean and the location was good. The outside looked terrible and unmaintained. The bed and couch were very uncomfortable.

- Kosha (1/5): Very unpleasing. - The property has so much potential but it’s not taken care of correctly. I walked in to the patio door leading outside being wide open. The bed looked as if someone had been laying round in it there were long strands of hair all over the bed. The tub was dirty. There was pee in the toilet used towels on the sink. The oven doesn’t work. The owners of the property were absolutely no help when I brought the issues to their attention. They swear they have a cleaning team but the property looked occupied upon walk in.

- Newman (1/5): Horrible way to do business very unprofessional - When I purchased the apartment there was no mention of a 300 dollar deposit that had to be paid upfront before we could get in. I did not have the 300 extra I explained to the management team that I booked it with booking and if I could use booking to pay for the deposit.she said thats unfortunate but we can't refund your money or change how we receive the money. I asked how about cash she said no had to debit or credit card. I tried to get card to work to no luck. So informed jungle management that if I could use booking to pay for deposit it would work. She said it had to be from there stripe app. So I asked if I could get my money back she said no its non refundable. She said should have read the print. So told her that word of mouth along way that my attorney will be talking to them next becuase there was no mention of a 300 deposit until after I paid for the apt then it popped up with deposit screen while in fact the app says total price for fees and incidentals here. Its unfortunate that there was nothing they could do. So I didn't get to stay there lost $188 and had to cancel my trip with my friends. Not happy not happy at all Whole freaking process and them she texted me next day saying pay the 300 and you can still come stay half the night
