• Riccardo (7/5): - The hotel is amazing in location and 2 mins away from Macedonia Square. The room was very nice and had everything. Breakfast was fine, but not enough sweet options, mostly savoury food. The spa was ok, but there weren't many instructions or people to ask when we went.

• VAIDAS (8/5): Spot in the center - Good breakfast, convenient location, no problems with a parking During our stay, the SPA complex did not work. This is a pity as we chose the hotel because of the SPA.

Il buffet della colazione è ben organizzato e fornito, personale gentilissimo, nonostante la presenza dei gruppi (sala piena e caotica) sono stati in grado di fornirci rapidamente le stoviglie. unico neo mancava qualcosa di dolce a colazione, l'accesso al garage è un po' angusto a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione, ma sono certa che una volta terminati sarà tutto perfetto.

Спа сподобався i людей там майже небуло, сауни працювали усi i хамам теж. Жалкуемо, що не встигли скористуватися масажем, бо мали мало часу на вiдпочинок. Зручно та затишно для вiдпочинку.

• Freekat (8/5): - The location is super, just in the city center, private parking. The hotel is very new and still under construct. Very good pool. This hotel has potentional woderful infrustruction, but it still not in use. The hotel is spa hotel, but the problem is the only one sauna of 6 available was in work. Even when we asked to prepare it, it didn't work. Very upset, because we realy dreamed about it after nice trail at Matka Canyon . Even jaccuzi was empty of water and was no spa towels at evening so we had to bring the towel from the room. Hope that once it will work, because realy this hotel has such good facilities. Just to cause them to work.

• Thomas (6/5): Baulüfter und Mini Bad in guter Lage - Die Lage ist top. Das Zimmer war nach Upgrade sehr groß. Baulicher verursachten 24h Lärm und störten die Nachtruhe erheblich. Da der Krach im Ganzen Gebäude zu hören war, Danke Mittagessen Installation der Geräte.. erübrigt sich die Frage nach einem anderen Zimmer. Warum das Bad so klein ist muss man mal den Architekten fragen. Der Fernseher ist vom Hitel so leise eingestellt, dass vom Bett aus nur noch murmelte Töne ankommen. Wenn man lauter stellt, springt die Lautstärke nach ca 30 Sekunden wieder zurück auf den eingestellten Wert.. Frühstück nur mir Filterkaffee sollte in der Klasse der Vergangenheit angehören. Dank sehr kleiner Tassen wurde daraus auch noch Frühsport.

• Kasenally (8/5): - The breakfast was nice and a lot of variety were proposed. Hotel staff was great as well as the location. Pool was heated and warm to swim in. Some issues in the room as the bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower door wouldn't close either, and the shower head was leaking. Jacuzzi was not working and not all sauna were available. Cleaning staff didn't bring small towel when they did the room and there was no port in the bathroom to hang to towel.

Smutni, wręcz wyglądający nieco groźnie panowie obsługujący śniadanie. Jednorazowe opakowania kosmetyków i wody, nieekologiczne i przy okazji ograniczają ilość produktu do wykorzystania.

Banyoda basit bir askılık bulunabilir havlular oraya asılabilirdi ancak bu düşünülmemiş

• Shelzen (1/5): Plus jamais dans cet hôtel. - L’emplacement Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et il ne faisait que 17 degrés dans la chambre et pas d’eau du tout toute la nuit, nous n’avons pas pu prendre de douche.

La struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione ( non menzionata sul sito) l’aria condizionata funziona in modo univoco cioè fino al 15 o 30 maggio esce sola aria calda poi invertono il sistema e fa solo aria fredda. Al mio arrivo in camera avevo 30 gradi, dopo una mia richiesta mi è stato consigliato di aprire le finestre… nella doccia e sul tappeto vi erano capelli. La colazione… da dimenticare… provare per credere.

Thank you for your hospitality! Unfortunately, we had a serious problem in the bathroom of the room! The shower was not working and there was a lot of water flowing, the hand shower was also coming out and we had to constantly hold it by the hose because it was coming out! The drain was clogged and there was a slight flood! Please fix these things because it is not a pleasant situation! Thank you in advance!

• Vladimir (5/5): Opšte stanje ne oslikava brigu ka potrebama gosta. Infrastruktura ne ispunjava očekivanja zvezdica. - Objekat lepo dizajniran i dobar vizuelni identitet. Ima svoj parking u garaži. Doručak zadržajan. Spa izuzetno opremljen. Lokacija objekta odlična. Objekat je u izgradnji ili renoviranju, na mnogo mesta su radovi i to narušava vizuelni identitet. U sobi mnogo tehničkih nedostataka (oštećena vrata ormana, guma na vratima ulaznim nedostaje, svetlo na ogledalu u toaletu ne radi - vire žice itd.) što utiče zaista negativno na celokupan utisak znajući koliko zvezdica poseduje hotel. Osoblje generalno nije spremno da odgovori na pitanja, nedostaje treninga i jasno definisanih ovlašćenja kako bi znali koliko mogu da pomognu gostu. Spa radi do 22:00, za poslovne ljude koji imaju sastanke do kasno to može biti izazovno. Nezgodno je i što radi tek od 11:00 ujutru, tako da poslednji dan ne može da se iskoristi za neko jutarnje kupanje jer je izlazak iz hotela u 11:00.
• Hansjörg (9/5): Neues sehr zentrales Hotel mit großer Tiefgarage. - Das Hotel war total neu, so neu, dass es noch nicht einmal ganz fertig war. Es liegt wirklich sehr zentral, es ist wirklich komfortabel, dass es eine große Tiefgarage hat, die ich sogar noch am Abreisetag benutzen durfte. Und Parkplätze sind wirklich ein Problem in Skopje. businessmäßig, alles neu und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, ich hätte mich lediglich über etwas mehr Obst gefreut. Es gibt einen großen Spa und Saunabereich der inbegriffen war, den ich aber nicht benutzt habe. Im Erdgeschoss und Treppenhaus wurde noch gebaut, es hat aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Both jacuzzis not working, this is extremely disappointing for a luxury 5 star spa hotel :( coffee machine not working at breakfast so could only have filter coffee which wasn’t the best of taste. AC not working in the rooms, we asked twice about it and were given different reasons both times. First we were told they weren’t working, 2nd time we were told the AC isn’t on cool mode as it isn’t summer yet & that if we found the rooms too hot we should open the windows. The level of noise you get from outside it’s impossible to sleep, with dogs barking all night & the church bells ringing all morning leaving the windows open is not ideal. It seems the AC’s are intentionally left off to save the hotel money. This is not how a luxury hotel should operate.

Odamiz cok temizdi bir tek.kusur hergun gelen temizlik gorevlileri herseyi duzenleyip yenilerini koyuyorlardi birtek eksikleri yerler haliydi ama hergun supurulmuyordu.

• André I (9/5): - Supermodern hotel, nog in volle - ook bouwkundige - ontplooiing en dus op bepaalde plekken wat stofferig en met uitzicht op werven. We zijn hier 2 nachten gebleven en vooral de tweede nacht heeft ons zeer gecharmeerd. We verhuisden naar superkamer 202 met volle zicht op de splinternieuwe orthodoxe kerk (2025). Schitterende aangenaam ruime relax kamer met een score van 11 op 10. Ontbijtbuffet grandioos, lekker en stipt bijgevuld. Zwembad en wellness zeer oké. De communicatie, behulpzaamheid en bereidwilligheid van het personeel. De tijdelijke werken. Maar nadien wordt dit hotel nog beter!

Aircon was not working throughout my stay. I complained as well but no action take. I had to open the windows to cool down the room but stray dog barking made distress sleep. I was not able to get the good sleep throughout my stay.

The staff were very helpful except one reception lady who wanted to sell me water...However I just asked another receptionist who gave me a bottle of water. The breakfast could have been nicer.

• Jakub (4/5): - poloha hotelu, personál na recepci příjemný. vybavení hotelu naprosto bez údržby, na pokoji vše v rozpadu... prkénko na WC, baterie uvolněné, sprchová hadice protékala, police za postelí odpadávala ze zdi. Hotel jakoby hezký, ale naprosto neudržovaný. Největší zděšení přišlo u snídaně. V 8:00 nebylo kam si sehnout, všechny stoly plné špinavého neuklizeného nádobí, nebylo téměř nic k jídlu, k pití vůbec nic! dokonce už nebyli ani skleničky... toto se opakovalo +- celé 3 dny... občas někdo něco doplnil, ale opravdu strašné zklamání u hotelu, který má 5*.
• Yagmur Ece (1/5): Çok kötü - Sadece konumu iyi. Buraya bu parayı vereceğinize net gidin hiltonda kalın. Çünkü ben 2. Gece öyle yaptım. Otel bitmemiş her yer inşaat halinde. O yüzden her yer toz. Otoparktan otele geçmek için resmen şantiyenin içinden geçiyorsunuz ki asansörde kaldım. O kadar bağırdım alarma bastım duyan yok. Neden? Çünkü orası bir şantiye. Neyse bir süre sonra asansör kapısı kendi kendine açıldı. Kahvaltı vasat. Zaten kahvaltıya gidebilmek için 20 dk asansör beklemeniz lazım. Çünkü servis asansörü yok. Ve sizin kahvaltı/checkin saatinizde asansörde ellerinde temizlik malzemeleri çarşaflarla ve temizlik arabalarıyla housekeeperlar biniyor. Binsinler sorun değil ama asansör zaten çok dar max 2 kişilik. Oteldeki ilk izlenimim o kadar kötüydü ki spaya inmedim bile. Özetle fiyatına aslaaaaa değmez

• Clive (8/5): Comfortable hotel in great location - The hotel is fantastically located just a few blocks from the main square. The rooms are modern and comfortable and I loved the use of the swimming pool and spa area. I was very disappointed with the breakfasts. On the weekend it was desperately crowded and the general quality of food was poor. There’s also no lounge space. So you either have to stay in your room or go to the spa.

• M-Mary (10/5): Μοντέρνο σε καλή τοποθεσία - Πάρκινγκ στο υπόγειο! Πισίνα χαλαρή! Καλή τοποθεσία! Πολύ καθαρό! Το μπάνιο είναι μικρό και τα στρώματα δεν είναι άνετα. Το πρωινό δεν ενθουσιάζει.

• Antonio Campanale (9/5): - La spa, il trattamento massaggi e la colazione erano di ottima qualità. Posizione fantastica a due passi dal centro, con possibilità di transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Al bar della spa non c'era personale per ordinare qualcosa da bere.

• Ana_mary (6/5): - La posizioni, la colazione è lo staff della reception sempre pronto a darci una mano con tutte le nostre richieste La parte della spa.. piscina con acqua freddissima.. e quando lo fatto presente allo staff della spa mi ha riso in faccia dicendomi che la temperatura del acqua andava bene cosi..in pratica durante il mio soggiorno ho potuto usufruire solo della sauna(l'unica accesa) perché i altri servizi erano tutti fuori uso..

• Johnny (3/5): Disappointing experience - Friendly and helpful staff. The location was good. Central in Skopje. This hotell is no were near a 5 star hotell. Maybe a 2 star is more resenable. Looks good from a distance alot of stuff is broken or porely maintained. The "spa" had a very cold pool and a sauna that's it. Everything else was out of order and seemes to have been for a long time if you read other people's reviews. In our room faucets and shower handles was loose and leaking water. Breakfast was ok but simple like a 2 star hotell Breakfast.

• Stefan (8/5): Bra läge. Mycket trevligt personal, hjälpsamma. Enklare spa. - Bra läge i centrum. Fint inredda rum som var stora. Hotellet är ganska nytt men inte helt färdigt i vissa delar. Tyvärr var det dåligt ljudisolerat mellan rummet och korridoren samt ut mot gatan. Sedan var det synd på vissa smådetaljer som inte var underhållet när det ändå var så pass nytt.

• Ivan (8/5): Super lokalita, novy hotel - Nove priestory, vyborna lokalita, cistota, prijatelsky personal, primerany vyber na ranajky Mala izba, spa - jacuzzi nefungovali, zrejme nielen teraz, v bazene je studena voda, zo saun fungovala iba finska a parna (po asi 5 min sa vypla), zaujem o hammam je potrebne nahlasit 5hodin vopred.
• Francisco (7/5): Muy básico para la supuesta categoría - La localización. El spa está bien montado aunque no muy bien servido. Bastante básico para la categoría que se le supone. Camas ridículamente pequeñas. Desayuno pobre. Obras en muchos sitios del hotel con cables sueltos, etc.

• CristinelF (7/5): - The hotel is in the pedestrian area in the city center. The windows did not close, the locking system was broken. One of the windows was missing the rubber seal, and wind was blowing past the glass. 10 minutes after turning on the heater, the temperature in the room dropped by 2 degrees, instead of going up.
• Jana (7/5): Skope - The location. Just in the city centrum. Plenty of cafes around. Close to the old city. It was not so perfectly clean...elevator. staircase. Wellness was not operating. Breakfast was really poor compared to other places we visired in the past. Just 2 kinds of buns. No jogurt. ...only apples. Really poor.

• Maryna (10/5): Great location, clean spacious rooms, private parking. - Great location right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, and the hotel offers private underground parking (just make sure to follow the instructions they send before arrival). It’s easy to find if you enter the address in Google Maps. Breakfast was ok for a short stay. We didn’t find any shower gel or soap in the room, there were three bottles of shampoo instead, one of which had already been used. However, the receptionist resolved the issue quickly.

• Dennis (1/5): Il peggior soggiorno mai fatto - Nulla al momento è un cantiere e privo di servizi, Camera sporca, pezzi di stucco mancanti dai soffitti del bagno e prese non insistite nei buchi nel muro (molto pericolose specialmente quelle in bagno sopra il lavandino) colazione la peggiore che abbia mai trovato!! Un cinque stelle dove non hanno mai cambiato le Lenzuola in 5 giorni ..
• Christos (7/5): - The hotel is in very good shape overall, with a very good location that made getting around easy. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was perfect. Renovation works were ongoing during our stay, accompanied by a lot of noise. The pool was out of order — and they only told us about it a few hours before our arrival. The beds, unfortunately, were not very comfortable.
