- さぬき (1/5): 最低最悪！！予約前に絶対に見て！！ - 1つもない チェックイン時間をホテルに伝え了承を得た上でチェックイン時間にホテルに行くと鍵がしまっておりメールで送られてきた暗証番号を入力しても開かなかったのでホテルにメールしても1時間返信なし。ブッキングドットコムに連絡しても｢ただいまの時間は日本語が話せるスタッフがいません。｣と音声が流れ英語を話すスタッフとしか話せなかった。その後ブッキングドットコムからホテルに連絡すると一方的にキャンセルされました。深夜に他のホテルを探すことになりとても困りました。このホテルは絶対に予約してはいけません。また、ブッキングドットコムは日本語が話せるスタッフがおらずとても困るのでアゴダなどの日本人スタッフが対応してくれるサイトでの予約をお勧めします。
