- Guest (1/5): The flat was Disgusting - The property was absolutely disgusting it smelled horrible I would not stay here the beds sheets had marks on them was not clean at all paid for 3 nights for my lads working away they would not stay here as how disgusting it was also asked for VAT receipt multiple times and ignored and ignored when messaged about the smell and bedding. WOULD NOT STAY HERE WOULD RATHER SLEEP ON THE STREETS

- Paul (7/5): - Good amount of space overall, decent kitchen set up, and a good location convenient for shops, transport, and a playground. Good communication from the owners and easy self check in. A good base for sightseeing. On a busy road, so some street noise. Kitchen didn't have enough crockery, although good for pots and pans etc. Not a problem for us, but the only access is up a long flight of stairs. Decently clean although the smell of cigarettes lingered (not clear where from).

- Maria Del Pilar (1/5): Muy decepcionante, insalubre - Lo único positivo era la ubicación, pues había al lado una estación de metro y varios supermercados Nos decepcionó mucho el alojamiento, no estaba muy limpio ni acondicionado para un grupo de 9 personas incluidos niños pequeños, faltaban camas, tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama,no habia menaje de cocina suficiente, cubiertos, ni microondas, y lo que había no funcionaba bien, como el frigorífico, el tostador o la ducha. Las camas viejas y se clavaban los muelles. Una de las habitaciones super pequeña, no tenía ni armario ni ventilación al exterior. Muy agobiante. Acudían las hormigas a la comida y no habia ni escoba ni cubo de fregona. Lo peor, el acceso a la vivienda, una escalera estrecha y superempinada de moqueta sucísima, que olía fatal, con cables sueltos y telarañas, y con la basura de todos los vecinos en los pasillos durante una semana, con todas las moscas pululando por allí, un asco. No podíamos ni subir con el carro de mi hija. Un engaño por el dineral que hemos pagado. Cuando reservé en abril, la valoración era buena. Solo un comentario en julio que ponían lo mismo que yo, pero ya era tarde para cancelar. Nos hemos sentido engañados. Booking no tendría que ofrecer alojamientos así, insalubres.
- David (1/5): Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe and Unhygienic Stay - NOTHING, this place should be removed from booking.com When I arrived, the apartment didn’t feel clean. The washing machine was mid-cycle, and the dryer was running with laundry inside — not something you expect at check-in. It felt like the previous guest had just left, and no one had properly prepared the space for my stay. In the bedroom, the bedding was clearly not fresh. There was a disgusting, large stain on the pillow, along with more stains on the sheets. It looked and felt completely unsafe. I had just come off a long flight and tried to stay optimistic — I even went to a nearby store to buy cleaning supplies, thinking I could wash the bedding myself. But when I removed the pillowcase and saw the state of the actual pillow, I realized the place was not sanitary at all. I decided to pay for alternative accommodation, as I simply couldn’t sleep there. Honestly, I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in that bed. I reached out to the property, but never received a response. To make matters worse, they falsely marked me as a "no-show," which prevented me from leaving a review or requesting a refund through normal channels. I've had to escalate my case through Booking.com just to make this experience known.
