- Cristian (1/5): - Renovation of the room Arriving in the evening I was suddenly asked 40 euro for the fact that I wanted the second bed from the second room to be prepared for the person I was traveling. My reguest was sent at least one week prior to my arriving and was nothing mention about paying extra money. Is common scam to ask extra money for things you already rented in Palermo but this "modus operandi" was taken at another level, I was asked the money when I just entered in the room, giving no choise except leaving the property and be on the street, looking something else. With the extra fee I was charged I had other options with bigger space, kitchen and a elevator.

- Maria (10/5): Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα σε παραδοσιακό κτήριο! - Φτάσαμε στην Μπολόνια με το λεωφορείο από Κατάνια, ο σταθμός των λεωφορείων και των τρένων είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο διαμέρισμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης, ο Κύριος Ανδρέας, απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μήνυμα μας πριν την άφιξη μας και όταν φτάσαμε ήταν εκεί για να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καλόγουστο και πεντακάθαρο επάνω στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης μέσα σε μία παραδοσιακή, κομψή και ήσυχη πολυκατοικία! Είσαστε τυχεροί όσοι μείνετε εκεί, ο Ανδρέας είναι φιλικός, πανέξυπνος και πάντα χαμογελαστός Το αρνητικό είναι πως γυρίσαμε στην Ελλάδα και δεν έχουμε πια γείτονα τον Ανδρέα! Σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα!
- Kamil (10/5): Ogromnym plusem mieszkania jest lokalizacja przy jednej z głównych ulic miasta, stosunkowo blisko wielu punktów wartych - Wspaniale położenie, bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Idealne miejsce by wyruszyć na zwiedzanie Palermo. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Brak uwag.

- GIANLUCA (6/5): - Struttura si trova in pieno centro della città ed è molto comoda sia da raggiungere e sia per le attività turistiche.L’host è stato molto accogliente ed attento. L’edificio in cui si trova l’appartamento purtroppo non era molto pulito e nell’abitazione mancano delle tende oscuranti che non permettono un adeguato riposo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno, che speriamo il proprietario della struttura, a cui l’abbiamo segnalato possa risolvere al più presto in modo tale da rendere la permanenza ai successivi ospiti più piacevole
