Access to terrace overlooking the river. Plenty of natural light from large windows It's on the ground floor of a busy intersection so there's a bit of noise during the day, but quiet at night.

• Christine (10/5): - L’agencement du logement est bien fais avec du mobilier très confortable. Le meuble d’angle au dessus de l’évier de cuisine n’est pas pratique du tout. Et la petite dénivélation entre le couloir et la partie cuisine n’est pas très visible.

• Martina (8/5): - Die Nähe zur Altstadt Es war recht laut, da gleich nebenan eine stark befahrene Straße vorbeiführt. Vorsorglich lagen schon Ohrstöpsel auf den Nachttischchen. Sehr aufmerksam!
• Nancy (8/5): Emplacement privilégié! - Emplacement idéal! J’ai adoré me promener dans les alentours et appartement très confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour! Les voisins du dessous fumaient et je sentais des relents dans l’appartement. Le dessus de toilette n’était pas stable.
• Juan carlos (10/5): IMPRESIONANTE - Impresionante relacion calidad-precio. Aparcamiento gratuito a 3 minutos del alojamiento. Localizado en pleno centro, en edificio histórico con excelente terraza con vistas al rio. El tráfico que lo rodea no es tan exagerado como algunas reseñas indican. El apartamento es muy amplio, bonito, perfectamente decorado, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Todo funciona perfectamente (wifi, calefacción etc). Te dejan desayuno para toda la estancia lo cual es de apreciar. Las fotos que aparecen son reales, pero cuando estas alli es mucho mas impresionante

• danièle (8/5): Très agréable - L'emplacement près du centre historique, le cachet de la maison et de l'appartement, les produits a disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Les nuisances sonores la nuit (dans la rue) C'est dommage car a part ce désagrément tout était parfait.

• Marsault (8/5): - L'emplacement exceptionnel au pied du vieux centre. Dès l'arrivée, la boîte à clés etait mal identifiée, niveau couleur notamment. Puis la porte qui ne s'ouvrait pas, et aucune réponse à mes appels téléphoniques (soucis réglé pendant le séjour car réparation faite efficacement). Le bruit du carrefour la première nuit mais on finit par s'y habituer. La vaisselle , les couverts et verres étaient sales, obligé de tout laver avant une première utilisation. Il n'y avait pas de four comme affiché dans l'annonce. Au niveau pratique, le placard au-dessus de l'évier est très gênant et casse le dos, pourrait être supprimé ou être moins large... Et la petite marche sortie cuisine est très gênante aussi.

• STEPHANIE (9/5): Bel appartement chargé d’histoire - Les petites attentions pour préparer le petit déjeuner, le grand canapé, la literie, la beauté de la vieille bâtisse chargée d’histoire L’insonorisation dans la chambre, à cause de la circulation des voitures (un samedi soir). Mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir de magnifiques vitraux.
• David (9/5): A beautiful old building in a beautiful town. - The apartment was very tastefully decorated, sympathetic to its age. It was well supplied with essential kitchen items and abundant cleaning materials. Complimentary tea and coffee were welcomed. The apartment was warm and had everything required for a short stay from clean dry towels to local information leaflets. It was easy to find and only a couple of minutes walk from the old town. A short stroll over the bridge took you to a lovely riverside walk which we used to find our way over a footbridge downriver and visit the fascinating museum detailing the history of Vesunna, the gallo-roman settlement from two thousand years ago. The town is filled with restaurants, coffee bars, many shops both eclectic and high quality and several pubs. It even has a choice of Indian restaurants, the best of which is very close. The pedestrian area of the town allows you to walk around and see the sights in complete safety whilst the many squares encourage taking a coffee and watching the world go by! The difficulty in offloading luggage has been mentioned but with a little aforethought it is not difficult to pull up for a couple of minutes and drop off personal stuff. Parking has been mentioned as a problem but I found a safe little parking area a two minute walk away in the Rue de l'Harmonie. There are about a dozen spaces. We visited in January so parking may have been easier than later in the year. The key box for entry is gray not black! The Maison being next to a crossroads and close to the town does experience on occasion some traffic noise but that did not mar our stay.
• Miguel (10/5): - De grands espaces dans une sorte de manoir superbe. Le chauffage réglé pile sur 20° que l'on ne peut pas dépasser mais qui laisse de grandes zones en dessous. Par temps très froid c'est un peu juste.
• Alba María (8/5): Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad precio - Lo más destacable de este alojamiento es su ubicación, muy cerca de un parking gratuito al lado del río, lo cual es muy cómodo para no preocuparse por estar buscando donde aparcar. El alojamiento tiene un tamaño perfecto para 3 o 4 adultos. La cama era cómoda, pero el sofá cama, no tanto. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. Estaba limpio y es acogedor. Volvería.

• Nigel (7/5): A singular location that needs some improvements for clients'comfort. - The location was stunning, in a medieval building by the river Isle. The accommodation was spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed. It was close to the picturesque center of town, with lots of restaurants and grocery opportunities. The internal entry to the space was not completely safe, being on a circular stone staircase. Locking the door was difficult; it took almost an hour of attempts before we successfully locked door at first. Controlling the heat was complicated, without proper instructions.

• Bernadette (8/5): Lovely character filled apartment in a terrific location.just be aware of the cross roads it’s located on - Great location on the edge of the old town. Walking distance to everywhere. Loved the traditional character of the apartment as well as the terrace and view to the river. Comfortable bed, good shower and pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. The noise & fumes from the road were more off putting than I’d thought they’d be. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!

• Bernard (9/5): - Presque tout ! L'emplacement dans ce bâtiment historique tout près du centre ville historique. Marcher sur du parquet qui a vu passer des générations, ouvrir des fenêtres comme on n'en fait plus depuis bien longtemps. Appartement confortable où je me suis tout de suite senti bien... Et que j'ai quitté avec regret. Le seul petit bémol... Le bruit de la rue qui empêche de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes... Mais on est en ville !

Die Gastgeberin war vor dem Aufenthalt sehr bemüht. Für eine Nacht durchaus zu empfehlen. Balkon sehr verwohnt. Straßenlärm

• Louise (6/5): Pleasant - Property was by the beautiful Cathedral and was very historical building. Perigueux is a beautiful city. Property was very historical and had some interesting features. Somewhat cold as temp was Controlled at 19. Was on a main road near river and noisy even in winter when we travelled. No parking and had to park and walk all our gifts and luggage filling car back to property. We came Saturday a long drive. No where to get provisions and everywhere was booked up. Initially the owners talked to us but after that with a few questions I raised no reply. Totally ignored. The noise and the cold and finding instructions saying we would be charged for towels and any additional bedding was a surprise so we used our own. I advised the owner via I message the fridge was not turned on and was leaking. No reply I advised the owner via the app that we where leaving after one night as we could Not rest due to worry about the car being almost 10 mins walk away. No reply. Beware Bollards come up and one is unable to exit the road after a certain time. Advice. Dont bring a lot of luggage and be prepared to walk a long way to the property if you come via a car

• Universara (10/5): A true gem in Perigueux! - Wow, location, the spacious apartment which was very clean, comfortable and easy to access. Sophie responded quickly to all our questions. It was a really amazing stay. The beautiful old building is incredible. Inside, there was everything we needed and more. A very comfortable bed, great modern shower, and the WiFi was fast. It made our stay in Perigueux even better, knowing that this fabulous place was ours, if only for a short while. And we could walk to everything. We cannot thank you enough and we would love to return. Nothing. We loved everything. Thank you very much.

Well-equipped. - Great apartment in a superb location right by the river (with view) and near the cathedral and old town. The apartment was in a building of character; it was spacious with a huge lounge; and it had a small terrace with table and chairs. Well-equipped kitchen - good facilities in the apartment (home from home). We arrived in Perigueux on foot (walking the Camino!) so this was perfect for us for a two night stay to relax and visit the beautiful city. If I have to say something, there was a little noise from the road - but the location is central, so not a problem.

• Richard (9/5): Amazing Old Building. - The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Communication with the owner was good. For the price paid the value for money is excellent. The apartment is ideally placed for visiting the lovely city of Perigueux and is a very short walk from our favourite restaurant. As has been previously stated, the traffic noise is quite a problem as the apartment is situated at a busy cross roads and there seems to be traffic all night long. On the other hand, it is such a lovely apartment in such a lovely ancient building that we could put up with the noise for a night or two! There is also a very small step into the kitchen area which is easy to forget about and we tripped over this a few times. Some form of marker on the step might be a good idea!
• Hanna (10/5): Great apartment in fabulous location - really lovely apartment, perfectly placed for the historic old town, with a cute little terrace with views over the river. It is situated at traffic lights and you can get some noise from the road at night but we decided it was worth it for the terrace and the location. If you close the windows and put the fan on at night you don’t hear the traffic anyway
