Hotel standard . Walking distance easily to train station and leaning tower of Pisa. Very close to the river. Beautiful garden opposite. Large, spacious, big bedrooms. Lovely. Bathroom had lots of towels , lovely design with little extras like soap, shampoo, conditioner and cotton wool

• Maria (5/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es posible camibar a cualquier lugar de interés El dueño NO tramita el registro del vehículo para circular por la vía San Antonio, lo cual es INDISPENSABLE para llegar en carro al apartamento. Hay ruido de la calle, la ducha es incomoda, la cocina no está bien equipada y no hay lavadora y secadora de ropa. El negocio de lavado de ropa vecino no trabaja en forma regular durante el verano.
• sheila (8/5): Nice flat in a central location - It was a very nice flat. Comfortable for a group of 4. Great location between the station and the centre of town. The host was very responsive and helpful. Some street noise but only as can be expected in a city.
• Joanne (6/5): It’s ok for a short stay in Pisa. - Location is great. 10 mins from train station and 10 mins from tourist attraction Shower head was broken. We couldn’t find blankets and it was cold during the night for just the sheet we had in the bed. The apartment block itself was noisy from about 5am. Not the owners fault but if we hadn’t have had an early start we would not have been happy about the noise.
• Liesel (8/5): Genoten! - Heerlijk die airco in de warmte. Ok gelegen. Fijne uitvalsbasis om Pisa te verkennen. Goede communicatie met de host Niet veel op aan te merken. Betaalbare Parkeerplaats is iets moeilijker, maar dat is in elke stad.

• Kathryn (10/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation. - It was lovely and comfortable and an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to visit. Lots of food shops around to get groceries and ample fridge and freezer space. Hosts were lovely and easy to speak to. Kitchen was well maintained and has lots of cooking utensils, if cooking isn't for you, there are lots of restaurants in the area. I was really impressed with the shutters, not only did they give us complete privacy but also made you feel safe on the ground floor. My parents were with us and my dad struggles with walking, being on the ground floor this was easier for him. I was provided with information on how to access the property the morning of arrival and it was very easy to follow.

• Dawn (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful start to our holiday. Would definitely recommend and return in the futur - The property was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could need. Personal touches added which made it feel homely. It was close to the river and only a short distance to the tower and cathedral and within easy walking distance from the train station. Excellent communications from the host. Extremely helpful. Front door lock caused an issue, however hosts were extremely helpful.

• Naz (9/5): Great stay for Pisa visit - Fab location - easy walking to Miracle Square. Excellent-sized rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. Parking at the top of road (actual road is in ZTL so no cars allowed). We found parking 5 mins away. Remote checkin was easy with video sent to locate lockbox. Nothing.

• Ian (8/5): 3 night stay - The location is perfect for a stay in Pisa. 10-15 minutes walk from the train station centrale and about 15 minutes walk to the tower. The host was excellent, attentive, and helpful. We had a late flight and were hungry, and the host responded almost immediately with a restaurant recommendation close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with good-sized beds and fairly recently refurbished. Check-in was easily explained with the key situated in a lock box. The air conditioning was good. The window drapes in the bedrooms let in light, and there are lights on outside all night. This might not bother some, but we prefer it darker. Some extra blinds or blackout curtains would prove better

• Kerno (5/5): it was BS - No front desk, property used a lock box to access property. Access info never sent. I contacted them day before reservation and they wanted more info at this late point. Would not provide access to property. Refused to use email, said they did not know how! Have to use an obscure Italian ap??? Hours before arrival found an Italian who could navigate this crap. Renter beware!!!
