• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Location Very dark. No kettle, no iron, no scissor, no tea towels, TV very basic.
• Vernon (10/5): Exceptional - The location is a big plus for me because it's right around everything. Also the cleaness of the home was very good!! That I couldn't get the pool heater once I got there. If you're charging the customer for the pool heater if they use it, they should be able to change they're mind if they want to and still get charged for it. Everybody is not staying a week every time. The weekenders should have a choice to change their mind too with no problem from the home owners!!
• Falicia (7/5): Overall we loved the area and the house we will stay again - House was nice and clean alot of space everyone slept comfortably. Very quite area No hot water at all . we had to shower really quickly it was also freezing no way to adjust the air there was also packages stack on the porch when we arrived we was also given the wrong door code when we first arrived but they responded back quickly. it was also an additional $45to heat the pool so we didn't use it because the water was ice cold

• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - they charge you for heating for the pool and supposedly suana and basically no heat at all so they are basically stealing. I requesting for the water to actually be hot especially that I was charged $450 for heat that I did not get and was giving nasty attitude from whomever is in control just cause i asked for what I paided for all they kepted tel me it takes 24/48 hours to get hot mind you I stayed 9 days and that never happened!!!

• Audrey (4/5): Comfortable but not work the drama. - I love the decor and space this place has and the beds were comfortable I couldn't control the thermostat we were burning up at night at 75°, it needed a PIN to access to change it. I didn't like I paid a $200 cleaning fee and I had to take the trash out to the curb never did that before I had to load and start the dishwasher strip off the bedding and pillows they even asked to start a load of laundry to me what is the point of a $200 cleaning fee. I also wasn't able to get in the property to 10:04 p.m. even though they said they sent me a access code and booking.com had to call and get it as my call didn't go through and it's not in my emails. It also didn't have the right wifi password in the email oh and it looks like a hot tub it's not just 2 smaller cold pools they charge $45 a night minimum of 4 nights to heat it up
• Richard (7/5): Very nice home great for families - very nice clean home great for larger families Issues with what day trash went out, there was a note on the kitchen wall giving days, the rule book had different days also, Trouble with Ciniema Tv HDMI wasn’t even hooked into the back of the tv and there are 4 remotes to control one tv witch can be confusing without instructions
• Zelder (3/5): If I had it to do all over again I would not have booked this property. - We went out for breakfast and it was ok. We were unable to use the TV in the living room because apparently the cable was disconnected from the back of the TV and we were unable to access it. That was very frustrating because it would have been nice to have been able to watch TV in the living room instead of the upstairs bedroom during our entire stay. Neither were we able to watch TV in the movie theater room because there were 4 or 5 different remote controls and we couldn't figure out which were for what. When we were finally able to turn it on the prompts were in a foreign language which we could not understand so it was once again back to the bedroom to watch TV. We didn't try the TVs in the other bedrooms out of frustration. It would have been nice if there were instructions left. We notice a hole in one of the bedroom doors and when we tried to notify the property owners and sent pictures all we got was crickets. Several days after we had returned home we received an email from the property owners with a picture of damage to the sliding patio door stating that we were responsible. The fact of the matter is that we never attempted to use the sliding patio door we used the regular door to access the patio area. Perhaps the maid was upset because we didn't leave a tip which was already included in the pricing.

• Kwame (5/5): My stay could have been better - Nice location nice size house Hole in door apon arrival aswell as some screens missing in pool area which bugs and leaves got in their were either no batteries or dead ones in the house door batteries died had to replace in order to lock door couldn’t get wifi network was not available
