A minor issue is its location along a major highway, which may cause some minor disturbance from road traffic. This, however is only an issue to those who are too sensitive to noise

Pas de chevet, lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, aucun meuble même d appoint pour poser des affaires. Salle de bain catastrophique, juste un lavabo degueu, une douche à même le sol collée aux wc minuscule… Pas de petit dej proposé Quartier pourri où il n y a rien à faire à part voir des junkies sur les trottoirs…
• Jinjutha (10/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay, made truly memorable by the warm hospitality and thoughtful amenities. - The triple room was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room to relax, whether lying on the large, comfortable queen bed or unwinding on the sofa while watching TV. I especially appreciated the dining table, which made it convenient to enjoy a simple meal after a long day out. There is also a café located downstairs, perfect for starting the morning with a good cup of coffee. That said, the bathroom was slightly small, and there was a minor issue with a leaking basin. However, it did not significantly affect my overall stay. A special thank you to the entire staff team. They were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive—from check-in to check-out. Their kindness and flexibility truly made a difference in our experience. The staircase is quite steep, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with knee issues.

• He (3/5): 极其失望的地方 - 离考山路比较近，步行15～20分钟。房间面积相对比较大。 门面很小的旅馆，旁边就是高架路，晚上噪音极大，不戴耳塞无法睡觉。周边环境脏乱，也没有合适的餐馆。房间设施陈旧，和网站图片差别很大，空调制冷慢，走在地板上会吱吱作响。前台态度冷淡，顾客进出时如同空气一般。房间价格可一点都不便宜。极其失望。

• Patricia (9/5): Cosy old BKK rooms - Staff went beyond everything to feel us like at home. We are travelling with small kids and they were always so happy to see us and helped us with everything we needed. Very spaceous and comfortable rooms, good location to see old Bangkok in 2 days. Money well spent. Night noise from road could be too much, but our kids did not mind. Also no elevator, but they helped us with luggage to bring upstairs.

Wooden floor makes noise as soon as people move around. The internet TV has been unable to connect continuously. The next day, we requested cleaning the room and changing the bath towels before going out, but by nightfall, we returned and anything unchanged. Right next to it is an elevated high way with noise all night long, even though earplugs were provided in advance. Such price does not match the services provided.

• Lisa (8/5): Does the job - The room was large and spacious. Bed was comfortable but creaked every time you moved. Easy walking access to Khoasan road and areas around. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check out at 1 pm. On the main road so not good for light sleepers but ear plugs are provided.

• Carlos Estuardo (10/5): - The staff was amazing and super helpful, we had a great time in Bangkok thanks to them. The property was above a 7-Eleven so we could just go downstairs to buy snacks and go back up. The cafe of the hotel was also really good and had great breakfast. They helped us with luggage storage and to move around the city. The area around the hotel is really old and a little creepy, and there is a main road right in front of it so cars are constantly passing by this wasnt a huge problem but definitely take into consideration so you are not surprised.

• Samantha (3/5): - The staff were very helpful and friendly. We can't fault their customer service, only the hotel itself. They really did go above and beyond to assist us. They also carried our bags to the room which was a nice touch. There was no lift, which we feel was not clearly advertised. The hotel pictures do not match the hotel at all, the location was very rough and felt unsafe for 2 women.

I couldn't sleep very well, just i've sleep a couple of hours only because there is a main road to close and there is a lot noise during the night, motocycles, cars. Sorry about that, but i don't recommend this hotel because of the noise.

• Lucia (9/5): - I had a truly lovely stay at Samer Boutique. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy and the bed was unbelievably soft. It’s the kind of bed you sink into and fall asleep instantly. The location is close to the highway, so you might hear a bit of traffic, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs and it honestly didn’t affect my sleep at all. What I loved most was the staff. They were super helpful, genuinely friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed, yet still gave me the privacy to relax. It felt warm and personal in a way that many hotels don’t manage to create. And of course, the café downstairs was a highlight amazing coffee, great food, and a calm atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again. A little noise but overall is soooo good (however, they provide the earplugs…and for me it doesn’t effect my sleep.
• Viktoria (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, super freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen in autenthischer Lage - würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und weit - Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage war super - von außen unscheinbar aber sehr authentisch Nähe Chinatown und der Altstadt. Beides fußläufig erreichbar. Keine Bahnstation in der Nähe aber mit dem Bus vom BKK super zu erreichen.

• Sangomla (10/5): Samer Boutique Stay highly recommended for travellers to Bangkok - The room was spacious and aesthetically designed. There was no cupboard but enough hangers and hooks for your clothes. The staff was kind and happy to help me out with everything. This is one of the best hotel stays I have had anywhere in the world! The room lacked a balcony which would have made it perfect.

Would recommend this place to stay in Bangkok! Only thing to note is that it is next to a very busy road with loud traffic all throughout the night, but they do provide ear plugs.

• Ziya (10/5): „Einzigartiges Personal & rundum Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt“ Absolut empfehlenswert 👍🏼 - Personal: Das Personal war einfach einzigartig – unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Frau hatte leider einen kleinen Unfall und verletzte sich am Auge. Die Damen an der Rezeption (leider kenne ich ihre Namen nicht) waren sofort für uns da, brachten uns Augensalbe und Tropfen und wollten dafür nicht einmal Geld annehmen. Auch bei allen anderen Anliegen – sei es Essen, Transport oder Tipps – haben sie uns jederzeit unterstützt. Besonders herzlich war auch der Umgang mit unseren Kindern: Sie durften sich an den Süßigkeiten bedienen und bekamen sogar noch mehr geschenkt. Zum Abschied erhielten wir außerdem einen Anhänger als Geschenk – eine Geste, die wir sicher nie vergessen werden. Herzlichen Dank für alles! Zimmer: Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Schön eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schon beim Betreten roch es angenehm frisch. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Einrichtung hochwertig (sogar ein leistungsstarker Föhn war vorhanden), und insgesamt machte alles einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Lage: Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, war dank der guten Fensterisolierung vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören. Verpflegung: Wir hatten kein frühstück, aber man konnte zu wirklich fairen Preisen in einer separaten, neuen und sehr sauberen Küche frühstücken oder Essen kaufen. – absolute Empfehlung! Besonders schön war der Holzboden, allerdings hörte man dadurch leider die Schritte aus dem Zimmer darüber deutlich. An unseren Tagen waren dort Gäste, die keine Rücksicht nahmen und es eher so klang, als würden sie Fußball mit Stöckelschuhen spielen. Das war aber wirklich der einzige Makel am Hotel. Außerdem liegt es etwas abseits, also ein kleines Stück weiter entfernt – das war aber alles.

Pokoje były czyste, przestronne, a łóżka bardzo wygodne. ❤️ Dodatkowo mają u siebie kawiarnię z dobrą kawą. Po wyjściu z hotelu, po prawej są trzy lokale, z super tajskim jedzeniem (najbliższy hotelu ma w naszej opinii najlepsze Pad Thai jakie jedliśmy - jak od mamy. 🙂 Nic

The staff were super nice and helpful, the room was new and clean, furnished very nicely as for the Bangkok’s standards. Even though it is located by a busy street, it was quiet inside. The shower has a short curtain, so the water spills on the whole bathroom making the floor very slippery.
