• Maprang (8/5): Perfekte Lage mit guter Ausstattung. - Der Pool war meistens frei sauber hab Liegen und Stühle. Personal war immer freundlich und hat auch immer gegrüßt beim raus und reingehen. Das die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt wurde.

• Günther (4/5): Chambre non insonorisée - La chambre était suffisament confortable par rapport au prix. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine. Personnel assez sympa et hôtel assez proche du centre. Ma chambre était à côté de la rue et les bruits de mobylettes se faisaient entendre nuit et jour. Difficile de dormir sans bouchons d'oreille. Le bruit était le gros défaut de cet hotel. Chambre et draps pas toujours propres à 100% et pas de savon pour se laver les mains.

• William (8/5): A pleasant stay - The Arawana South Pattaya is well located and you can access to restaurants, groceries easily. It is on a walking distance to the beach around 15 minutes. The entire staff at the reception is charming, professional and accommodating. The housekeeping team is pro-active and maintain the different facilities around clean and tidy. The swimming-pool is a real plus relaxing and shadowed. A few guests are not respecting the swimming pool area drinking beers and eating food leaving all their trashes around. Certain guests bring their own music and speakers with loud music. The Thai and foreigners guests do not wear swimming suits as explained on the information board and are jumping with clothes into the pool making it dirty and full of bacteria! I would suggest to the Hotel Management to be firm with the swimming pool policies.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, perfect for exploring the area. I would especially like to highlight the reception staff, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Paro and Nipha were always kind, smiling, and ready to help with anything I needed. Boh was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Also, the two security staff members, Sorn and Nui, were always attentive and polite, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again!

• friel (6/5): Mixed feelings - Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Swimming pool was excellent Noise from the road outside all night was horrendous. And the breakfast was a joke. The shower was not nice as the water sprayed was sore on the skin.

The rooms are clean, they clean well every day, the staff is polite and smiling, they are always ready to help, there is a massage parlor right across from the hotel where they do good quality Thai massages, the prices are very good for both the massage and the hotel, the hotel is new, all the equipment works, everything is at a high level, excellent value for money.

The cancel policy is Non-refundable. That is very bad. Also, my room facing the road was ULTRA loud. I could not sleep because of that.

TV was old so no streaming or screenshare. Breakfast passable, 1 day had indian options which were nice but another day they were gone.
