• FRANCESCA (8/5): - Il Riad è molto carino, curato e gode di una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla Porta Blu (Bab Boujloud). Il vero punto di forza della struttura è stato Said: nonostante non parli inglese o francese, si è dimostrato una persona squisita, estremamente attenta e sempre presente per ogni nostra necessità. Grazie alla sua simpatia e disponibilità, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale a lui per l'accoglienza calorosa Vorrei mettere in guardia i futuri ospiti riguardo alla gestione delle escursioni. Prima del nostro arrivo, siamo stati contattati tramite la chat di Booking da Hamza, il gestore del riad, che ci ha proposto un tour di due notti nel deserto con partenza e ritorno a Fez. Purtroppo, si è rivelata una truffa: l'escursione organizzata era totalmente diversa da quella concordata e prevedeva il rientro a Marrakech anziché a Fez. Questo cambio di programma ci avrebbe costretti a percorrere oltre 500 km extra non previsti. Per questo motivo, abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla seconda notte (già pagata) e organizzarci autonomamente con un taxi privato per riuscire a tornare a Fez. Sconsigliamo vivamente di affidarsi al gestore per l'organizzazione di tour esterni: scarsa serietà e accordi non rispettati.

• Benchikh (8/5): Bel hotel de part sa situation géographique au pied de la vieille ville et par son charme digne d’un Riad - Le personnel était très serviable. La situation géographique. Nous étions au dernier étage de l’hôtel et l’eau chaude mettait un certain temps à venir dans la chambre, pas très agréable en hiver et pas très écologique.

• Pierina (7/5): Immersi nel suk - Camer grande e riscaldata, mancava il lenzuolo, abbiamo dormito con solo piumone. Terrazza con una bella veduta ma era molto freddo e non si poteva usufruirne. Posizione buona, ma essendo nel suk non si riesce a dormire per i troppi rumori. Letti scomodi.

• Henriette (10/5): Le séjour à Fès ! Un peu mitigé la Medina est un vrai labyrinthe assez obscur et étroite on a.cite fait de s’y perdre . - Tout ! Literie , emplacement , la chambre avec plein de vraies fenêtres ! Il faisait café restaurant et nous n’avons pas eu le temps de goûter mais sur c’était bon !! C’était notre dernière nuit à Fès avant de rentrer et malheureusement pas eu le petit déjeuner avant notre départ trop tôt 🤣

No había nadie en la recepción al llegar al alojamiento, lo cual nos desconcertó un poco pero luego se solucionó.

El resto del servicio también muy bien. Todo está bastante nuevo y limpio El colchón es demasiado duro, así como las almohadas. Además la habitación, aunque es muy amplia, no tiene espacio de almacenaje: no tiene mesillas de noche, no hay nada tipo armario para colgar ropa ni nada por el estilo, el baño no tiene mueble para poder dejar utensilios y la ducha tampoco tiene nada para poder dejar gel/champú salvo en el suelo. El desayuno es correcto, pero no hay opción de desayunar huevos o cosas calientes, que estaría bien.
• Guest (1/5): - N/A When I made the reservation on Booking.com, I used the filter to search for hotels that include airport transfer. After making the reservation, the hotel contacted me to say that transport is not included, yet they spread this false information on the Booking website. My booking was precisely for the day after the violent riots, with news reports of more than 300 injured, three deaths and several arrests. Given these extraordinary events, I postponed my trip and asked for a refund. They hung up on me, took several days to respond to my messages and ended up responding in bad faith, saying that the news reports were ‘exaggerated’. If the death of a fellow citizen does not shock them, I don't know what will! And you maintain a partnership with this type of service? I feel like I've been robbed.
• Sandra (9/5): Très bien - C’est neuf et bien entretenu. Said le gardien est remarquable. Il ne parle que l’arabe mais il est très dévoué et très gentil. Nous avons été très bien accueilli Les hauts parleurs de la mosquée donnent sur les chambres. A 5:30 du matin, on est réveillé en sursaut . Cela fait partie des charmes du Maroc 😃

• Greta (10/5): - Posizione perfetta all’interno della Medina ma vicinissimo alla porta Blu, staff impeccabile, Hamza è venuto a prenderci una volta scesi dal taxi ed è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Le stanze sono tipiche e ben tenute, colazione abbondante e varia.
