• Alicja (9/5): W porządku, poelcam - Miejsce bardzo fajne chociaż wejście nie zachęca. Było bardzo cicho, wszystko działało, apartament przestronny i ładny. Mogłoby być czyściej - podłoga raczej kiepsko sprzątnięta - piach i "koty".

• Olena (1/5): Максимально не рекомендую, апартамент небезпечний для життя! - Розташування будинку на ринковій площі старого міста. Оголені 3 розетки, брудно скрізь (кухня, чайник, холодильник із пліснявими ділянками, пліснява у пральній машині, пил у декілька слоїв на столі для їжі, на плиті, під ліжком, дохлі мушки на підвіконнях, відбиті кути, панелі, диван весь у плямах), темне волосся на постілі, не працює батарея у ванній кімнаті. Тут не прибирають взагалі, люди і так приїдуть, через розташування. Хазяйка не попередила гостей із дитиною про вирвані оголені розетки, хоча знала, як сама сказала, не відповіла на мій дзвінок перед заселенням, а коли я написала в букінг повідомлення про проблеми - одразу перетелефонувала, але окрім розмови нічим не зарадила, нажаль. Тут вас не заселять раніше, замок запрограмован на 14ту годину і ні секундою раніше, хоча хазяйка з чогось питала час прибуття. Нажаль, більше 4х фото не додати, та це страшний апартамент.

• Liza (10/5): Fabulous apartment in the heart of the old city of Warsaw - The host pat was unbelievable with help. The apartment is fabulous!! I am not joking. All new, all Trendy, warm, I felt like I was going home after each trip out! Net flix lured me back with a glass or two of wine and cheese and biscuits! I loved every minute of my trip. Didn't want to leave. Warsaw was a fab trip but the apartment was what made it fabulous I traveled alone. So felt so safe and pat was on hand at all times! Truly fab. Already planning next trip.!! This apartment is a must Thanks so much to my host pat! Nothing!!!!!!! Only that I had to leave this amazing place

• Donna (7/5): Overall a nice place to stay as it was authentic and convenient to all attractions and tram services. - Location was great, right on the Old Town Square so close to food and convenience stores. Had good storage, and an ironing board etc, like a washing machine No lift for us older folk. A number of lights didn’t work. Couch wasn’t comfy and we didn’t like the bed pillows.
• Sharon (9/5): very central, clean and comfortable. - very central, clean and comfortable, however be prepared in the summer there is no air conditioning, it wasn't bad as it wasn't super-hot on the days we stayed. Also be prepared there is no lift and you will need to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs, we travelled light so again not an issue for us, but if you have large suitcases it might be a struggle.
• Cheryl (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location, right on one of the Old Town squares. The apartment had the amenities I'd expect. The staff was accommodating--they brought us an extra fan during a heat wave. No elevator--had to walk up three long floors. The apartment felt dirty, like the floors hadn't been swept before our arrival.

Bread crumbs and bread wrapper in a cupboard in kitchen. Barking dog in a nearby apartment who barked a lot during the day which started early in the morning.

• Mike80 (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy apartment in the heart of the old town. It had everything we needed. The location is very beautiful. Having no elevator it may be difficult for people who can not easily use the stairs for 3 floors. We decided to leave the stroller at the ground floor (after 2nd door).

• Katarzyna (7/5): Good but dirty - Location, comfort and helpful staff. The apartment was very dusty and some places were really dirty. In the kitchen all was sticky and greasy and in the bedroom someone stuck chewing gum at the nightstand and no one even bothered to clean it before next guests arriving. If the place was cleaned I would have given it 10/10 but in this case lower rating is more honest. It’s a shame cause the place is super nice and superbly located, nicely decorated which shows someone put a lot of effort in it and all good impression was wasted by simple lack of good cleaning service. Shame

• Chelsea (10/5): Amazing, Old Town is beautiful and we will most definitely return. - The apartment was great, spacious, clean interior is lovely very modern. Lots of space for clothing and anything else. Heating worked well plenty of space in fridge/freezer. Apartment opened right onto Old Town square which was brilliant and anything we needed was within walking distance. Overall really lovely apartment for a short stay in Old Town Warsaw. Th washing machine wouldn’t start for us even after reading manual.
