• XIANGYU (10/5): - This is my first time writing a review on Booking. I was really shocked by this house. It's spacious, well-equipped and in a great location, right opposite the city center. I think the price is very reasonable for this location. These days have left me with a very good experience.

La zona è sicura, ma è lontana da Stare Miasto, la città vecchia, che è la zona più bella. La pulizia, la facilità del check-in e l'appartamento in generale è piacevole Il palazzo dove si trova l'appartamento è abbastanza angusto

• Erica (10/5): - Appartamento carino, il proprietario ha avuto qualche problema con gli inquilini precedenti per cui il nostro check-in è stato posticipato ma è stato gentile nel darci qualche ora in più al check out. Pulito e posizione strategica Ci vorrebbero delle tende più scure, alle 5 del mattino entra una luce assurda e non ti permette di dormire bene

Jeżeli ktoś chce poczuć miasto, jego ścisłe centrum, nie wydając fortuny, to miejsce dla niego. Lokal jest zlokalizowany na 8 piętrze. Do dyspozycji mamy sypialnię, salon z 2 rozkładanymi sofami, w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny oraz niewielką łazienkę. Jest również mały balkon. Z okien rozciąga się widok na ścisłe centrum Warszawy - Złote Tarasy, Pałac Kultury i Nauki oraz inne wieżowce. Do dyspozycji mamy również osiedlowy parking (dodatkowo płatny). Polecam. Do odświeżenia sufit w łazience.

• george (9/5): Τελικά όλα good !!! - Κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, η θέα από το μπαλκόνι του διαμερίσματος και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο χώρο στάθμευσης. Πολύ καλή η υποδοχή και ο εξοπλισμός του διαμερίσματος, με μεγάλη ποικιλία καφέδων να μας περιμένει. Ο καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι, δεν ήταν ότι καλύτερο. Έδειχνε ταλαιπωρημένος και έβριζε. Η δυσκολία να μπούμε και να βγούμε στο χώρο στάθμευσης αφού κάθε φορά έπρεπε να τηλεφωνήσω στον ιδιοκτήτη του διαμερίσματος να ανοίξει τη μπάρα για να μπούμε ή να βγούμε, που σημαίνει ότι δεν είχε ή δεν ήθελε να μας δώσει μπουτόν. Η καθυστερημένη αντίδρασή του για το χώρο στάθμευσης που είχαμε ζητήσει με την κράτηση του διαμερίσματος ακριβώς 5 μήνες νωρίτερα. Μέχρι και την τελευταία στιγμή δεν είχε δει τα χρήματα που ζήτησε να του στείλουμε με αποτέλεσμα φτάνοντας να γυρίζουμε γύρω γύρω για να παρκάρουμε Μέχρι να ελέγξει το λογαριασμό του και να μας δώσει οδηγίες για τον τρόπο εισόδου και εξόδου μας .
• Malgorzata (10/5): Mieszkanko schludne obsługa na wysokiem poziomie i bardzo fajna lokalizacja dobrze wyposażony apartament. - Obsługa W niektórych miejscach było dużo kurzu. Jesteśmy z koleżanka uczulone i torcie było to wyczuwalne
• Artur (9/5): - Lokalizacja, lokalizacja i jeszcze raz lokalizacja. Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone (m.in. ekspres z dostępnymi kapsułkami z kawą) i czyste. Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorowy. Proponuję zasłonki wymienić na bardziej zaciemniające. W środku nocy w pokojach jest niemal tak jasno, jak w dzień. Drobnostka, ale niektórym może mocno dokuczać. Mam nadzieję, że gdy będę tam następnym razem (a na pewno będę, bo poza tym to świetne miejsce), to jednak gospodarz zadba o nocne zaciemnienie - z góry dziękuję :)

Właściciel szybko odpisuje i można się spokojnie z nim dogadać jeśli chodzi o kwestie zameldowania. Mieszkanie jest blisko przystanków tramwajowych i autobusowych oraz dworca centralnego. Mam tylko zdjęcia widoku z okna, w ramach mieszkania znajduje się również mały balkonik dla koneserów oglądania miejskiego zgiełku, przyznaję się że uległam pokusie żeby sobie na chwilkę usiąść wieczorem z kawką. Przy zamkniętych oknach hałas nie był jakiś szczególnie uciążliwy, także spokojnie można zasnąć.

Very comfortable bed and everything you need to self cater. Fully equiped kitchen, good hot shower, TV with streaming apps. Just lovely Maybe the blinds could be darker

Lovely city view from the balcony. Clean and well maintained apartment with everything you would/could need for a city break.

• Brian (10/5): Perfect stop over for 2 for a city break - Perfect for a short city break. Very close to railways station that has direct trains to airport. Also close to metro and trams. Within easy reach of all main attractions. We got around on escooters. Initially access was confusing but the owner very helpful and we were soon sorted.
• Eric (9/5): Great view - The view was fantastic from the 8th floor, offering a great perspective of the surroundings. The shower had consistently warm water and strong water pressure. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning kept the space cool and comfortable. The bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains, as it got quite bright early in the morning and made it difficult to sleep in.
• Debs (10/5): Great location great facilities the owner literally has thought of everything safe and hassle free - The location of the appt , facilities such as dishwasher / washing machine / coffee machine and just the absolute thoughtfulness of this owner takes this apartment to another level ! We didn’t use the things such as dishwasher / washer but to know they are there was just lovely .. what we did really appreciate was the comfort and the location of this accommodation it was second to none and me at we could stay out late and get out early and within 5 minutes walk to the central station or the culture centre ( both of which you can see from the balcony it’s so lush ) We were knackered when we arrived and the welcome email Had gone into the spam folder so we didn’t have a door code . We sat in a nearby coffee shop to figure it out when you do it’s simple . Put the four numbers in to the first door, then the second door , take the loft to the 8th floor find number 72 and then put a different four numbers into the lock box then hey presto you have a key for the door and a tap key for the building entrance doors - I’m sure this is easy to understand but we had been on the road / trains for 20 hours and were fried .. so super clear instructions would have been appreciated it didn’t reduce my love for this owner in anyway the apartment is amazing and we would definitely recommend
