- stela (5/5): - Разположението на хотела,който е близо до плажа, както и удобства и пространство за игра на децата.Басейна също е плюс.Детето ми намери нови приятелства и не му се тръгваше заради това. Присъствието на роми и турци 90% от присъстващите,както и еднообразната храна.Една и съща всеки ден.Една от служителите ми се скара и изгони ,че съм влязла в зоната за храна да си сипя вода от автомата.Не беше мит пода или нещо подобно. Ако съм искала или от бара или да ходя да си купувам от магазина.Трябва да се помисли и за това след хранене да няма оставяне на чинии с храна на всички места извън зоната за хранене След вечеря особено.Събираха се котки да ровят по тях.
- Hasan (1/5): - Нищо не ни хареса Посрещането беше грубо и надменно. Стаята беше много мръсна. Олинклузив неса и чували. Храната беше оскъдна хотел с пълен пансион е много по добър. Масите бяха мръсни и лепкави, изпочупени и издънени столове. Възглавниците по шезлонгите бяха почернели и мухлясали както стените в стаите. Мазилката беше подпухнала. Чаршафите бяха малки за леглата а матраците много стари мръсни и амортизирани.Като резултат от това сина ми получи обрив. Общо взето беше ужасно никога не бих посетил това място повече. Моля вскчки останали да не се подлъгват от високата отценка като нас.!
- Бойнукова (9/5): Хубаво място, пак бихме го посетили - Персонала беше отзивчив. Имахме проблем с първата стая в която ни бяха настанили, но веднага ни преместиха в друга. Храната беше страхотна - вкусна и разнообразна. Спокойна и приятна обстановка и прекрасно място за деца.
- Нансия (5/5): Задоволителен - Локацията Басейна имаше извадена лампа която не оправиха за целия престой беше ни страх да пуснем децата вътре храната беше една и съща всеки ден стаята беше много тясна хладилника се отваряше не повече от една педя банята също беше тясна вратата се удряше в тоалетната за да я ползваш трябваше да влезеш да отидеш към душа и да затвориш вратата.

- Daniel (9/5): pleasant - beds alignment, trees in the hotel area covering the hotel from the sun, quiet place at all. The staff do not disturb you when you eat and do not constantly ask for dishes. They come at the right moment only. Food is very good, not excellent but still on very good level and big amount. a little bit small bathroom, the lock of the door was stuck from time to time, but not a big deal ! No lunch when you arrive you start with dinner. Tomatoes were average or little below but cucumbers were good.

- Todor (6/5): Hotel Neva summer vacation - The location was good and the facilities were also fine, kids were happy as they had lots of options for play. The food wasn't that great, the menu was mostly the same throughout our stay. Delux rooms were a bit disappointing. We were refused a baby crib at the last moment so we had to take our own ... which I didn't appreciate at all.
