• Samarrudin01 (8/5): - The lighting in the room is very soothing to the eyes, making it easy to fall asleep. The bathroom facilities are sufficient and well provided. An Android TV is available in the room. The sound of ambulances can be heard constantly, which is quite disturbing. The area provided for performing prayers is too small and uncomfortable. The air conditioner is positioned too far to the left, causing uneven air distribution.

• John (3/5): Will not stay there another time if I had a choice. - The location was perfect. It was easy to get around. Others found it easy to reach us. Some of the front desk staff were really good and courteours. It was very noisy. The windows were not double glazed. The smell of smoke in the room was too much. The hotel did not do anything to sort it out. Not even some form of air-freshner. It had roaches.

• YUSRI (7/5): - I recently stayed at Kingston Hotel 11 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff member, Ms. Malmi, was especially kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm and attentive service made a big difference and made me feel very welcome. Another highlight was the bed — it was extremely comfortable and allowed me to have a deep, restful sleep after a long day. A good night’s rest is always important when traveling, and the hotel certainly delivered on that. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and comfortable room. Thank you to Ms. Malmi and the team for making the stay enjoyable. 😊 Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.
