• Esther (9/5): - Super schöne und recht große Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist recht zentral direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt um die Ecke (5 Std. Gratis parken mit Parkscheibe). Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Ein Küchentuch wäre noch schön gewesen.

• Rhiannon (9/5): Great value, warm, clean and good shutters make for great sleep in a lovely apartment. - Beautiful, spacious apartment. A really easy walk into Reims centre. It would have been helpful to have the sofa bed made up on arrival instead of having to locate sheets, pillows etc.
• Océane (1/5): - Très déçues de notre séjour. Nous avions réservé un logement pour 4 personnes, mais à notre arrivée, le canapé-lit était cassé. Le réceptionniste nous a confirmé qu’ils étaient au courant depuis plusieurs jours, mais rien n’avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Une solution de fortune a été proposée (un simple pouf en dessous), mais le lit restait instable et très inconfortable — nuit très compliquée. En plus de cela, le verrou de la porte était cassé, ce qui pose un vrai problème de sécurité. Ce que nous trouvons inadmissible, c’est que l’établissement était parfaitement au courant des problèmes, mais a choisi de ne rien dire et de louer malgré tout le logement dans cet état. On nous a demandé d’envoyer un mail pour faire une réclamation, ce que nous avons fait à deux reprises, mais nous n’avons jamais reçu la moindre réponse. Aucun retour, aucun geste commercial, rien du tout. Manque total de professionnalisme et de considération pour les clients. Nous ne recommandons pas.

• Anja (10/5): Super Lage, tolles Apartment. - Super Lage, sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Würden wir wieder buchen. Parken ist auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt neben der Unterkunft möglich (5h mit Parkscheibe) von 21.00 Uhr bis 9.00 Uhr frei.

• esme (10/5): Awesome stay in Reims - This appartment is a gem. Located right in front of la Porte de Mars and next to an old champagne celler, also practical located next to a big public parking area. The apartment was so clean and beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable! The hotel next door were caring for it and they were super kind. All good! The toilet / shower was a bit small but really no problem at all.

L'emplacement est central L'ameublement du logement est harmonieux La vaisselle, l'électroménager et tv internet sont complets et de qualités. Oups, le chauffage du logement est en panne...dommage. Il manque une penderie dans la chambre surtout s'il ont sejourne plusieurs jours. Des paternes dans la salle de bains seraient très appréciées. Les assises du canapés glissent donnant un sentiment d'inconfort.

• D. A. Blom (9/5): Fantastisch - Prachtig appartement, fijne bedden (ook de slaapbank), de slaapbank stond al klaar bij aankomst. Ruime badkamer met heerlijke regendouche met massage stralen. Prachtige stad met veel bezienswaardigheden, in het appartement ligt een map met heel veel info over eetgelegenheden en openbaar vervoer. Wat tegen kan vallen is de dat de slaapkamer aan de kant van de doorgaande weg is ivm geluiden van verkeer. En als je gebruik maakt van de slaapbank het heel vroeg licht is omdat er geen gordijn is tussen de keuken/zitkamer waar het plafond van glas is.

Les escaliers assez raides mais je n’en ai pas été affectée physiquement. Le bruit de la rue du fait d’être à un carrefour important sur l’avenue mais je n’y ai pas fait attention puisque nous étions là pour visiter Reims. Le matelas du lit assez dur et un manque de débit d’eau au robinet de la cuisine.

• Perry (6/5): - Property is great and in a great location WiFi didn’t work so had to pay for wifi on my phone at an extra cost to watch tv etc. the host didn’t reply to any messages (she did say after I was meant to call but it was also very late) wifi didn’t wl so cost me money, and for 2 hours cars were driving up and down screaming and beeping until gone 1am - we didn’t know who to call for help and as we were travelling at 6am it wasn’t ideal at all. The actual place, location was nice but the wifi and load constant noise with no help made the stay bad

• Zweben (10/5): We were there for one night stopping through on our way to Paris. The apartment was so close to all. - We loved the location. We were able to walk to the fabulous Christmas market across the street and the cathedral and many restaurants. Nothing.

Very good location - walking distance to main places and Reims Cathedrale Notre-Dame Around the corner - big parking area is next to the public one (about 13 euro for all day). We were just one night here and very satisfied. The Apparts are very comfortable for long stay period. All was ok, just no elevator to the 3rd floor, ,but it was not a big problem for us.
• Sarah (10/5): Prefect Xmas stay, directly opposite the market with some lovely shops. Would definitely stay again. - Perfect location, walking distance to the main square, shops and train station. We had the duplex apartment which was clean, tidy, vey comfortable especially the bath. Stairs are quite steep so not good for people with poor mobility. View from the balcony was perfect. We parked in the train station car park as it’s long stay. Parking cost us €19 for 30hrs. Nothing, all was great

• Victoria (9/5): Excellent apartment, I would highly recommend. - stunning view of the Porte de Mars from the windows. The apartment is in a lovely area, I wish we could have stayed longer. The cleaner was obviously distracted before tidying away and there was a broom and a mop with a full bucket left out in the apartment. It was also hard to find the bin bags. Otherwise, it was great.

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect stay - We absolutely loved this apartment. If we return to Reims, we would definitely book again. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and had amazing views towards to the park and cathedral. We parked on the road just a couple of minutes walk away which was cheaper than using the car park. It doesn’t have a lift and has very steep stairs so probably not suitable for everyone but for us it was perfect.

The keys were easy to collect from the hotel reception next door and we even went in to the hotel the following morning for a nice buffet breakfast. The stairs were very steep and difficult to negotiate with a suitcase.

The view was fantastic and hotel staff next door very helpful. - The view was spectacular and positioned well to city attractions No AC but did provide fans, no coffee pods provided, could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom/shower. PLEASE READ!!!*** Lots of stairs. I didn’t think i would mind but after walking all day then come back to climb more than 40 stairs is a lot! Also please note the shower head is not mounted. It’s difficult to wash and rinse with one hand.

• Zoe (9/5): Highly recommend this apartment. - Super clean modern apartment walking distance from the centre of Reims. Beds comfy. Super bright and lovely kitchen. Modern appliances. Hotel next door were great to get the key and leave bags as we arrived early and also left for our afternoon. Loved it and would recommend. NoThing major at all. we had a short stay so all good. Other apartments on our trip had more basic things like coffee capsules for the Nespresso but we just bought them. Also tea towels would be good.
• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - It was very nicely decorated, light and airy, had comfortable furniture and a fabulous view. One of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. We left very early and there was no one to leave our keys with. The hotel reception was often not manned and there was not much support for queries.
