• Dorien (6/5): - Across the street is a huge shopping mall. We had a room for 4 people, the beds were okey. There was a lot of dust and we found empty bottles from a previous guest under our bed, so it didn't feel clean to us. The common area can use a touch up. We wanted to use the water fountain but every time we tried it didn't work.

• aya (3/5): 狭さを楽しめるなら良いかもです！ - セール中の個室を大人2名利用。駅から東寺に向かう経路の中間地点くらいにあるお宿。寝台特急列車みたいなコンパクトさが特徴の2段ベッドの客室。道路挟んだ向いがイオンモール。湯船に浸かって疲れを取りたい時は徒歩10分程の場所に銭湯も。趣のある建物は一見の価値あり。朝食付プランはおにぎり弁当とお茶、ただし個室内では飲食不可。客室に使い捨てスリッパ、タオル大小、ルームウエアあり。耳栓、ブラシ、歯ブラシがフロントにあり。建物左隣が神社なので10センチほど開く窓から遠くの景色を撮影。おそらくエリア最安値。セール価格の個室なら、宿泊費を抑えたい時、選択肢には入りそう。でも連泊はしたくないかも。 スタッフ不足なのか？掃除が行き届いていない印象。ベッドサイドに干からびたカラコン、ツケマ、そしてシーツには数本どころではない長い髪の毛。不安になり持参したウエットシートで掃除。ベッドサイドの鍵付きボックスは使用不可で残念。個室内小さな洗面台あり、ただしコップやティッシュは無し。スーツケースを開けるスペース無し。テーブルやスツール無し。テレビ無し。コンクリート床、薄いスリッパがあっても冷える。共用トイレに行く時はカードキーを持つのを忘れずに！今回、シャワー利用せず。

• ぺぺぺ (7/5): 金額相応 - 金額に合った宿泊だったように思います。 アメニティも一通り揃っていたため、旅行の荷物を減らすことができ、助かりました。 布団も広く快適でした。 コンセントもUSBタイプも備わっており、充電も不自由なくできました。 睡眠場所の感覚が少し狭いため、荷物を持っていこうとすると、隣のブースのカーテンを開けてしまいそうになりました。 カプセルホテル的なブースでは仕方ないですが、 朝の3:30に大音量のアラームが10分以上鳴り響き… それに耐えられるのであれば、快適だと思います！

• Jonah (3/5): You get what you pay for, and a little less. - The location of this hostel is good, it’s close to many convenience stores and a very central train station. There are many hidden fees, such as an accommodation tax on arrival, that was never mentioned on booking dot com. On that note, the booking dot com listing mentioned breakfast, but there was none. The washing machines and dryers cost money, which is standard for Japanese accommodation, but it was significantly more than other places we had stayed previously. Detergent also cost money, which was not normal, and not mentioned online. The shower was broken on arrival, forcing us to go pay for a sento. When we finally gained access, it was locked behind a code, not the end of the world, but very strange. The staff were awful when it came to handling situations regarding patron safety, allowing patrons to be loudly abusive to other, unrelated patrons, without consequence. The rooms were different from the photos, the staff used an excuse of there being the same amount of beds, but there was significantly less floor space than the pictures, and it was very cramped. If we didn’t have a spare bed, there would have been no space for our luggage. The hostel didn’t hold onto our items after checkout, this is not the end of the world, but considering the 10am checkout and every other place we stayed in the country (four in total), were willing to hold our bags, it was very annoying.

• Ruben (7/5): - It is super close to Kyoto station and the place is warm. The capsule beds are nice and comfortable. Private shower. What I did not like about this place was the environment, it was pretty dark inside the sleeping area. Also the fact that if you accidentally lose the key that will cost you 10000 yen which is crazy because the room is not worth so much. Also there was like a weird lingering smell of pee in the rest rooms, in other words they weren’t clean enough. A lot of dirty individuals were staying during my stay. The shower area smelled like cigarets and the water a little funky. Also after 10 pm don’t even think about bringing food, they will not let you eat there bc the lobby area where you can drink and eat will be closed, asking the guys at the front will tell you no. You cannot eat in your room.

Men det var fint og ryddeligt med både håndklæder og kåbe. Badene var i kælderen og de fleste rum manglede hylder eller knager, som der var tegn på havde været før. Navnet på et andet hotel stod overalt på hotellet, hvilket virkede lidt mistænksomt .

• Svenja (3/5): Room cards opened more private rooms. Not secure - The location is good It was possible for my neighbours on the same floor to open my private room door and other private room doors. This happend to all people I met unfortunately, so really not secure and based on the reviews that this happend before. Also city taxes were not included (as it is presented in booking), people working in the hostel were impolite.

I didn't like the use of a code for showers. We were very confused at first and i noticed other guests were too. Otherwise, everything else was great!

• 淑女 (4/5): - 唯一優點是對面有一家大型購物中心。 1.聽其他房客說這家9月份開始經營，櫃檯服務人員專業經驗不足，雖然很客氣.入住時門卡竟然打不開房門無法進入，電腦搞了20多分鐘，卡片才使用，同時有另一位入住，狀況跟我一樣，耽誤我下一個的行程 2.早上10點到下午3點，晚上10點之後，以上時段不可使用大廳，對我是休閒旅遊慢活的人來說，必需提早起床把昨天準備的早餐吃完，無法多睡一會兒 3.休息區的椅子樣式不同外，好像二手貨 4.我看到整理房間的工作人員，換被單時竟然把裡面的被子直接放在未打掃的地上替換被單 5.被子與被單第二天就變成一坨，被子直接外漏。 6.連基本飲水機都沒有，自己買水來煮，等水開要等很久。 7.也許訂房時有註明使用規則，我是沒注意，但不會再度入住

• SOSO (8/5): - 샤워실 개수가 많았습니다. 2층침대는 계단으로 올라갑니다. 이온몰이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 교토역에서 걸어다닐만한 거리입니다. 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 큰 짐을 보관하는 공관과 펼칠 공간이 적습니다. 숙소층 도미토리 바깥에 있는 화장실에 냄새가 너무 났습니다. 지하의 샤워실쪽 화장실과 샤워실은 냄새가 전혀 없는데 왜 화장실만 나는지 모르겠네요. 이름 바뀐지 얼마 안된 호스텔 같았고 아직 정리가 덜 되어 살짝 어수선했습니다.

• Valentin (1/5): Croyez moi, fuyez. - Je suis à plus de 60/70 réservations sur Booking, je voyage beaucoup avec ma copine et je ne met jamais de mauvais avis… mais là fuyez! Vraiment si vous pouvez mettre plus cher malgré le fait que ce soit déjà du vol comparé au prix, faites-le. Les chambres sont minuscules , on entend tout et supplément les toilettes avaient une grosse flaque d’urine séchée au sol qui a été nettoyée au bout de 4 jours 🤡 et partiellement! Désolé mais je ne pense pas que cet établissement réponde aux normes japonaises ou alors c’est moi qui suis habitué au luxe. (lol). Tout est dit plus haut.

• Yixuan (1/5): 非常糟糕 - 地點 這是我住過最糟的青旅！ 1.房卡可以開每一個房間 最一開始入住的時候我走錯樓層 但卻可以開房門 驚訝的發現房卡可以開每一個樓層的每一個房間 安全性幾乎為0 另外 我住的是女生宿舍 早上九點多的時候就有男性的宿舍內進行清潔工作！！！！ 非常糟糕☹️ 2.超臭！！！！！！！！ 就是臭，三樓的女廁有超級超級臭的💩味 臭到我覺得我的衣服都沾上💩味 出門甚至偶爾還能聞到殘留在衣物上的💩味🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 一開始我以為是一時的臭味而已 沒想到完全沒有消失過！！！每天都好臭 後來我去其他樓層上廁所 其實也有味道只是沒那麼重 三樓的味道聞了都想吐！！！！！ 3.我的床位的燈壞掉了 青旅給的原本就已經不多 但連我的床位的燈整個掉下來會不會太過份 （但還是會亮啦 只是燈是垂著的 不能照想照的地方 很暗） 結論：又危險又臭又糟 不要住

• Kaho (5/5): Convinient but uncomfortable - It was very convinient as it was very close to Kyoto station. The walls of the rooms are very thin, so you hear the noise from the next room and can't sleep.
• Wilma (7/5): Goed hostel, als gemeenschappelijke ruimte open zou blijven - Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Het was schoon en warm Douches waren helemaal in de kelder. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte kon maar tot 22.30 uur gebruikt worden. Kamers waren te klein om te kunnen zitten. Geen plek voor tafeltje en stoelen
• Mariam (2/5): I really wanted to love this hostel because of its location. - Positive points first because there’s barely anything to say, the location is great being a walking distance from Kyoto station. They provide towels, usual amenities like toothbrush, razors, etc and pajamas. The whole experience was uncomfortable and lacking. The staff don’t care, are unwelcoming and don’t speak any English (this is my first time to meet staff of an accommodation that can’t communicate in English, even in rural areas and small guesthouses we managed to understand each other). The day we arrived it was raining heavily and our suitcases were soaking wet, and some of our clothes inside got wet, my husband asked the receptionist for a trash bag to take the clothes to the dryer, they initially refused to give him A TRASH BAG, never seen something like this honestly. There’s no kitchen, no fridge (well, there’s a fridge in the lounge but it’s only for staff use), no cutlery, cups, plates or even drinking water. Only a small microwave a 2 kettles. Even though my booking confirmation said all taxes are included, they insisted I pay additional 24000 JPY (24 AUD) for “taxes”, I didn’t mind paying but again, there’s no indication of that. The room is unbelievably small, even though I saw the photos of the rooms - I was shocked when I saw it in real live, we were hardly able to open a medium sized suitcase in the room and had to use the corridor for packing/unpacking. I tried using the toilet in our floor, the bidet was disconnected and there was no hot water. I told the staff, they said it will be fixed tomorrow and I should use any other floor. For 7 days they didn’t fix it even though I reminded them 2 more times. The same problem was in different floors, I ended up using the toilet in the basement or reception. Showers are in the basement and you need a long and complicated password to enter, and you can’t shower between 9 AM till 3 PM. If there’s one negative thing about our 3 week trip in Jopan it would be this hostel.

• Pauline (5/5): - The localisation is good, near by the train station and the subway lines. It's clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff wasn't friendly. After is my experience, I was unlucky, my card for the room didn't work the first time, so I havd to go down again to ask them. Same for the bathroom, they forgot to give my the code. Then, the day after a member staff asked me what is my room number but a rude way as I wasn't a customer. So please, try to be more friendly. They don't have lockers for your luggage. And the cabin is just your bed like a capsule.

• Mia (3/5): Mediocre. It’s alright for just a night - It’s near the main train station It’s far from everything interesting. The bunker beds are made of plywood which means you can hear everything that’s happening in the dormitory at all times. I also booked an all women dormitory and yet my last day, i saw a men getting out of one of the beds. There also so storage stage. It’s literally just to tables at the entrence which is always full of stuff. Just a very uncomfortable fascility to get ready in.
