Zineb (10/5): Sincèrement je vous le recommande cnest exactement ce que vous voyez sur les photos - C’est la première fois que je laisse un commentaire sur Booking, mais cet endroit le mérite vraiment ! J’ai tout aimé : l’emplacement est excellent, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pendant le séjour. Ils ont pensé aux moindres détails, même aux serviettes de piscine, ce qui évite d’en apporter. La cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée avec des appareils de qualité. Les meubles, le balcon, la propreté et le service étaient impeccables. L’appartement est chic et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande sans hésitation, vous ne le regretterez pas ! La piscine est grande et à bonne température, et la salle de sport est excellente pour les personnes qui aiment s’entraîner. Un endroit luxueux ! Peut-être avoir un ensemble de patio pour le balcon

Claire (8/5): Great venue, amazing pool and facilities. - It was clean and beautiful and the pool was amazing The reception staff especially the guy who filled in for the main receptionist whilst on his break. He normally works in the back. He was really rude.

Ardian (8/5): Amazing amenities and a beautiful modern building, but comfort and value for money could definitely be improved. - The amenities were amazing. The gym was great, the building itself was lovely and always smelled amazing. Everything was kept very clean throughout the stay. There was also a really nice work area which was useful, and the outdoor pool area was excellent. The room had a lot of great appliances and overall the property felt modern and well equipped. The room had no proper window, so at times it felt difficult to breathe during the night and I had quite rough sleep because of this. Also, if you prefer a firmer mattress then this property probably isn’t for you. Keeping the balcony door open made the room very humid, however using the AC wasn’t ideal either because it was extremely loud — almost like having a hoover running constantly. Overall it just wasn’t the most convenient setup. I also don’t feel it offered the best value for money.

las telas (4/5): No lo vale - el baño y el gimnasio no hay zona comedor, no hay mesa (sólo una chiquita para el sillón) no hay mobiliario en el balcón, la segunda habitación parece un armario por lo pequeña y porque no tiene ventana, nos cobraron por 4 personas pero el departamento no era ni para dos. No habían artículos de limpieza. La ubicación es regular, 4 cuadras de la playa, lejos de Lincoln Road, para andar en auto es cerca pero para caminar es lejos. El parking nos pedían 40 dólares. Ya he ido 20 veces a Miami como mínimo, esta fue mi peor y más cara experiencia. Me siento estafada

Но, в любом случае, - Понравилось расположение, чистое постельное белье, белоснежные полотенца, прекрасная современная бытовая техника и отличная посуда - это было максимально комфортно. Внимательный персонал - у нас сломался тостер, его забрали на ремонт, тут же выдали новый. Единственное неудобство в том, что уборку и стирку во время проживания надо делать самим. На 4 ночи, что мы там были, это нормально, но для более длительного проживания, думаю, было бы не удобно.

Esher (9/5): Great location and apartment. - The location was really good, it was a really nice modern apartment. Beach was so close to the property, literally 2 minute walk. We had a ‘sea view’ property which was great, however, due to the construction work, the noise in the morning / at night woke us up quite often. The windows need to be upgraded to a sound proofing in my opinion. However; don’t get me wrong the apartment was gorgeous.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous le recommandons. Il manque cependant quelques éléments nécessaires : Des poêles, un séchoir pour l’extérieur, des chaises, un salon de jardin extérieur. Le canapé est peu confortable. Deux cafards croisés dans la chambre 😭

The check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room had very good soundproofing, great bed linen, and spotless white towels. I stayed here with children, and everything was very comfortable for us. The location is excellent: the ocean, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back!

Tem um parquinho infantil de frente. A piscina é bonita, cadeiras confortáveis, e a temperatura da água natural. Tem um bebedouro na academia, bom pra encher galão de água. Os atendentes foram sempre educados e solícitos. Senti falta de um varal pra secar as toalhas e pano de prato. O sofá cama não é fantástico, mas pra duas crianças serviu bem. Ah! E apanhamos da máquina de lavar roupa porque ela tem uma trava contra criança, então enquanto a roupa seca estiver quente, não abre. Quase perdemos o horário do check-out 😅
Alan (6/5): Czysto, dobre wyposażenie , brak przechowalni bagażu i zerowa komunikacja z recepcja - Czystość, nowy budynek, super wyposażona siłownia bardzo słaby Service, ubiegałem się o late check out - można to było zrobić tylko aplikacja. Kolejnego dnia dostałem odmowę (budynek byl prawie pusty). Poszedłem do recepcji i nikt nie mógł mi pomóc , ponieważ takie rzeczy można załatwiać tylko z administracją. Recepcjonista był w szoku że nie dostałem late check outu, sam powiedział do mnie że niemożliwe, przecież budynek jest prawie pusty. Nie można też zostawić swoich bagaży do przechowania - odsyłają do jakiejś przechowalni. Po 10 minutach targania toreb do jakiegoś sklepu z funkcją przechowalni zapłaciłem 45 dolarów za 3 godziny przechowania… Ogólnie jest to miejsce bez duszy gdzie wszystko wydaje się trudne, nawet przechowanie bagażu- w życiu się z czymś takim nie spotkałem.
Andreas (5/5): Gut, aber nicht für Familien geeignet. - Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich schön. Der Pool ist super. Das Apartment ist leider nicht für Familien ausgelegt. Angefangen damit, dass der in den Bildern gezeigte Esstisch nicht vorhanden ist, da dafür überhaupt kein Platz vorhanden ist. Desweiteren gab es keine Möbel für den Balkon um diesen zu nutzen. Leider haben auch die Angaben zum Parkplatzpreis nicht gestimmt, anstelle der angegebenen 40 Dollar pro Tag, hat der Parkplatz 80 Dollar pro Tag gekostet. Die Mitarbeiter haben die Preisdifferenz auf den Parkhausbetreiber geschoben, anstelle die Angaben im Booking.com Profil zu ändern. Bezüglich dem fehlenden Esstisch warten wir immer noch auf eine Antwort vom Betreiber.

Acomodação pessima, nunca mais fico nela, é um hotel que tem moradores ai quem se hospeda não tem acesso nos locais mais altos para ver a vista, foram malandros, colocam fotos de um quarto no alto , e te entregam um quarto la em baixo com uma vista de nada, muito divergente, as fotos enganam na hora da reserva, os repecionistas são gente boa, mas não tem capacidade e poder de resolver NADA, tudo é na mão da empresa dona do hotel "NOMADA" atendimento deles é um lixo, passam sempre para voce o numero do contato que fica disponivel no booking é o mesmo que a recepção da e adivinha ninguem se quer responde la, atendimento zero, nenhum, eles estao nem ai para os hospedes.

Michal (6/5): Nice, modern, but for family of 4 small - Aparment wasn't new, modern. Pool was perfect and also location was fine. Bedroom didn't have window. We had table with just 2 chairs even we were family of 4. Living room with kitchen was small. On the balcony there were no hangers, so we didn't have place when to hang towels, swimsuits. Also there wasnt any seating on the balcony.

There was a loud beeping sound every night around the same time that wouldn’t stop. Parking prices were astronomical and should’ve been included in the stay. Staff and guests in the building were very snobby and not very friendly at all. Having to take 2 different elevators to get to the car was annoying. Rooms were very small

Anthony (9/5): Beatiful new condo / resort with very good amenties, great vews and fantastic staff. - Facilities and amenities were excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly, especially the front desk concierge employee's and the new golf cart driver. Speaking of the golf cart, the resort offers a free shuttle to the beach for guests and procvides beach chairs and towels. The freezer in my unit was not working and I reported it to the resort but the repair wqas not made. It was not a big deal becasue I was only using the freezer for ice.

Longman69 (10/5): Tygodniowy pobyt rodzinny w Miami - Zaletą hotelu/apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja- bardzo blisko plaży. Recepcja całodobowa. Sprawne WiFi- odrębne w pokoju i przy basenie. Apartamenty wyposażone są m.in. w pralkę, suszarkę, zmywarkę, lodówkę i cały osprzęt kuchenny. Dodatkowo ręczniki, szlafroki, dodatkowe łóżko spokojnie zmieści dwie dorosłe osoby (pokój 2+2). Ładny, czysty basen- ręczniki przy basenie wydawane codziennie. Przy plaży do dyspozycji bezpłatne dwa leżaki na pokój (+ręczniki), odpłatnie parasol. W odległości ok. 100 m przystanek linii 100 do miasta lub przecznicę dalej do Aventury (centrum handlowego). Warto mieć po jednej karcie kredytowej na osobę- kasowanie przejazdu jedną kartą (2,20$- przejazd) do limitu dziennego max. 5,5 $/osobę. Można płacić gotówką, ale po 1, 5 $. Z danego przystanku odjeżdżają również bezpłatne linie Miami Beach Trolley. Około 500m od hotelu centrum handlowe Publix, gdzie można zaopatrzyć się we wszystko co na wczasach potrzeba. Inny drobiazg- z tyłu apartamentu na miejscu poczta (jak ktoś jeszcze wysyła pocztówki). Apartament czysty, zadbany. Na pewno gdybym miał wrócić do Miami to go wybrałbym. Bez zastrzeżeń. Dodatkowo można byłoby umieścić na balkonie linkę, sznurek dla suszenia rzeczy (tego brak- a w Miami często można zmoknąć z zaskoczenia). Brak w recepcji możliwości pozostawienia walizki po zakończeniu doby hotelowej. Choć jest podana alternatywna propozycja firm, gdzie można zostawić bagaż za drobną opłatą.

La llave de ingreso se desmagnetizaba muy seguido y no podías ingresar al apartamento. El balcón no tenía mesa ni sillas. El refrigerador se cortaba y no enfriaba
Nicole (4/5): - The customer service was unbelievably bad - the people working at the front desk know absolutely nothing and only give out room keys. As soon as we got there, we were given a room that was not what we had booked so we had to sit around waiting for 2 hours for someone to figure something out. We were given numbers to call for room service or if we had additional questions so we called them at least 10 times in total and no one ever picked up. We used the same dirty towels the entire stay and could not reach anyone with questions about the room. The room itself and the amenities were great but the customer service was awful.

Camila (8/5): - Excellent location. Staff is courteous, respectful, and problem-solvers. And not just the front desk, everyone I interacted with. We felt very safe staying with my children which is the most important thing for me when I travel, and this area in particular is a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to safety. The pool is phenomenal! I wasn't expecting it to be tempered. It was a tad cold but very pleasant. Amenities are great. Comfort is 10/10. The lighting is soft and practical. We will definitely be staying here again! For the price, I was very disappointed in the water pressure when taking a shower. I much rather have good water pressure than a Smeg toaster if you know what I mean! The option for a late checkout was awesome but our key cards were not updated with the new checkout time and we had issues entering the apartment and using the elevator. The apartments are much smaller than what the pictures make them look like.

Ksoukup (10/5): Relaxing, beautiful stay with convenient location. - The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and secure. Location was great, with walking distance to beach, restaurants and trolley. The pool was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. The key cards sometimes had issues. The condo could use hooks for places to hang bags, coats, towels etc. It would be nice to have an outdoor table and chairs for the balcony. Showers need a shelf or place to put soap/shampoo. For a week stay, we could have used more supplies, toilet paper ran out, (there was only one extra roll, only 4 Nespresso machine (no coffee) with only 4 pods, one small bottle of shampoo (It works best to have larger permanent bottles in the shower) only one roll of paper towels and no tissue. We really aren't big consumers/users, but what the room did provide was minuscule. Publix nearby where we were able to buy supplies.

Marilyn (5/5): - I liked the gym, the pool, and the pool area. The concierge was helpful. The building is well maintained. We were 3 people in the apartment and only 1 chair. When we moved the chair to sit on it, the chair fell apart. I called Nomada and they took the chair to fix it. They told me that there is only 1 chair to an apartment. However, if they locate an extra chair, they will supply it. When we returned that evening, there were NO chairs in the apartment!!! We had to eat dinner in the pool area that evening. I have traveled extensively and have never experienced a lack of chairs in an apartment or hotel. Also, why isn't there some furniture on the balcony? It would have been nice to sit out in the evening on the balcony.

Charles-Henri (6/5): - J'ai aimé : - les équipements de la résidence (salle de sport, piscine) - les meubles de l'appartement - les équipements cuisine - la terrasse de l'appartement Pas toujours très propre (notamment les grandes vitres qui donnent sur la terrasse) Personnel pas à la hauteur, qui m'a d'abord donné un mauvais appartement (j'ai donc du déménager) puis qui n'a pas répondu à ma demande d'avoir une lampe de chevet. A ce tarif là et pour ce type de prestations, une lampe de chevet devrait être disponible par défaut. Au pire, le personnel doit répondre.

There was no extra bedding or towels, and we had to wait a long time to receive them. To make things worse, we found hair in the bed, which was very unpleasant.
