• Lydia (5/5): Good location but the pictures make it look better than it is. - The sofa and beds are new and the location was perfect for us and what our plans were. It’s a 15/20min walk into the Guildford centre. Space for us all in the property and parking is at the front as this isn’t stated on the listing. It’s extremely tired.. the whole thing needs doing up really .. this won’t happen as the property is for sale. We stayed with our two babies and it wasn’t hugely ideal that the bath plug had rust on it ! There wasn’t any pressure in that shower. The stairs are so loud walking around. Also we were left a really used sponge to wash up with and not enough towels.
• Sharee (10/5): Lovely home base for exploring Guildford and trips in to London. - Lovely home with lots of space for everyone. We loved that there were three bathrooms. Good location, 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket and 15 minutes to high street and the train station. Nice to look into the gardens from the lounge window. I loved the electric fireplace in the lounge room too.

• caroline (7/5): - Still waiting for my safety deposit to be repaid! 15 days now!! - downstairs shower broken - blind in one of the upstairs rooms broken - standing mirror in one of the upstairs bedrooms unsafe and unstable.

• Sara (6/5): A convenient location and good size for an adult family but not a relaxing interaction with hosts. - Location was great. Very easy to walk into Guildford town centre and to the station as well as easy to drive to/from. The house was up for sale, information buried very far down in Booking.com details and we were expected to allow viewings while we were staying there. The Hosts were a company managing the property so there wasn’t any personal connection although I was able to speak to someone each time there was a problem. The key box code seemed to change every day so getting into the property and leaving it was very stressful. The downstairs shower room light bulb went and there were no replacements provided. Also the shower fixing was missing from the shower cabinet. No basic supplies left like dishwasher tablets. Received endless contract emails from the hosts, even while we were staying there. A problem with their automated systems.
