- Claudio (1/5): - La prenotazione è stata annullata la mattina stessa del nostro arrivo. Non ci è stata neanche data la possibilità di una alternativa e per avere i soldi indietro ci è stato chiesto di annullare la prenotazione (incredibile). Il trattamento ricevuto pessimo e sospetto, non si può chiedere il contatto e darci comunicazione dell'impossibilita di fruire della struttura senza usare il canale booking e inoltre anche di chiedere a noi di annullare la richiesta di prenotazione (tra l'altro la prenotazione fatta non era rimborsabile). Spero vivamente che booking intervenga per rimuovere la struttura dal portale. Attendo inoltre fiducioso il rimborso delle spese aggiuntive che abbiamo dovuto sostenere presso l'altra struttura a cui ci siamo dovuti affidare.
