• Zeljko (5/5): Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis waren gut für die zentrale Lage und für den kurzen Aufenthalt. - Unterkunft liegt recht zentral daher sehr gut von der zentralen Subway Station Hongik Universität erreichbar. Komplette Küche mit Kühlschrank vorhanden. Insgesamt hatte unsere Wohnung 6 Schlafplätze auf zwei Zimmer aufgeteilt. für drei Personen gut nutzbar. Bei sechs Personen stelle ich mir es doch recht eng in der Wohnung vor. Betten waren recht gut. Wohnung ist in den Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und einem Luftfiltergerät ausgestattet. Wohnung lag bei uns im UG und war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Fenster konnten wir nur nachts öffnen. Tagsüber kam Essensgeruch vom Nachbargebäude rein. Durch Klimaanlage aber lösbar. Dusche und WC ohne Fenster. Dusche im Klo am Waschbecken integriert, somit keine separate Duschkabine. Nach dem Duschen stellt sich die weitere Nutzung des WCs als Herausforderung dar. Habe mir aber von einem Freund erklären lassen, dass das in Südkorea öfters verbaut ist. Dadurch dass es in der Nasszelle kein Fenster gegeben hat, war es immer etwas feucht in der Wohnung, was sich auch auf den Geruch in der Wohnung auswirkt.
• Sasiwimon (10/5): Highly recommended! Great location and feels just like home. - Conveniently located near Hongik Univ. Station (Exit 2) and very easy to walk to. The place is clean, spacious, and easily accommodates multiple people. There is also a convenient luggage storage area right in front of the room. Inside, the room is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. It features a complete kitchen with cookware, a washing machine, an iron, and plenty of other amenities. On top of that, the host was wonderful, providing clear instructions and a very helpful check-in guide. It’s clear that this place is extremely well-maintained. Highly recommended! None. It was perfect.

• Apinporn (10/5): - Recommended for accommodation in Hongdae, is near hongik sta. exit 3 walking ~10 min, staff is always helping us and quickly response. We will back to stay at your accommodation again

Floor is not clean when I checked in. 2. The hot water needs to adjust all the time when you start showering. 3. Air Conditioners have lot of dust.

• Fan (9/5): - 這次是3個人住四晚的行程 屋子在延南洞的巷弄內 離2號線弘大站3號出口走路約10分鐘 這次住101號房在半地下室 6階階梯可到 搬行李箱不會負擔 室內溫暖冬天不會感受到涼意 環境乾淨沒有看到毛髮或蟲子 格局兩房一客廳 客廳有兩張桌子和三張椅子可以買東西坐著吃 一個冷藏冷凍雙門小冰箱 流理臺可洗杯子(有附杯子餐具和清潔劑) 客廳空間平放三個28行李箱後還有空間走動 房間有兩間 兩床房和一床房 兩床房勉強可以平放28行李箱但平放的話移動要跳一下 一床房可以平放 房間有附延長線有兩個韓國兩孔插座和4個USB-A 如果沒有帶插座還可以靠USB-A充電 廁所一間 沒有乾溼分離 馬桶有免治 沒有附牙刷要自備 毛巾總共附10條 數量充足 到捷運站沿路有鹽麵包名店 超商好幾家 咖啡店 餐廳 轉角有24小時CU便利商店 CU同一條路上有開到凌晨1點的炸雞店 CU隔壁巷子有美廉社規模的商店可以買伴手禮 如果沒有去大型量販店的話可以就近解決 屋主用英文溝通 回覆大約1小時 入住當天下午會給密碼鎖的密碼 屋外住宅區小巷晚上沒有什麼聲響 總體感覺不錯 12500台幣的費用 一人一晚1千初頭相當划算 廁所只有一間 如果有人洗澡太久或上廁所較耗時的話 需要溝通協調一下 這在租房時就充分顯示 不是屋主的問題

• Kamer Gül (9/5): - Odaların dizaynı ve genişliği çok iyiydi. Dairede 4 kişi kaldık 101 numaralı oda yarı bodrum. Tüm gün dışarıda vakit geçirip sadece uyumak üzere kullanmak için düşünüyorsanız tam size göre. Kendine ait küçük mutfağı elverişli. Banyo temiz. Her odada klima olması avantaj. Kendi kendine giriş sistemi harika işliyor. Odada valiz açıp kapamak için yeterli alan var. Yeterince havlu ve sarf malzemesi vardı. Tek sorun wifi bağlantısı var ama internet bağlantısı yoktu.
