• Bertrand (10/5): - Joseph est un hote très accueillant, agréable et disponible. L'emplacement à proximité du Tram pour se rendre à 5/6 stations du centre historique ; ce qui a permis de laisser le véhicule en sécurité dans le parc de la bâtisse

Die Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Altbau hat uns mit ihren beeindruckend hohen und schönen Decken begeistert – alles war trotz des historischen Gebäudes blitzsauber und top gepflegt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof, was in Florenz ein echter Luxus ist! Giuseppe war ein überaus netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Eine Tramhaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt um die Ecke. Eine perfekte Mischung aus historischem Flair und super Anbindung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Boulay (10/5): Une pépite florentine - Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans cet hébergement de charme. Giuseppe a été vraiment très gentil, disponible et attentionné. Si vous aimez les espaces atypiques et historiques cet endroit est fait pour vous. La chambre/salon avec son plafond decoré et son parquet d'époque est incroyablement belle, et le lit très confortable. Une vaste cour intérieure très arborée permet de stationner son véhicule en toute sécurité. La petite terrasse est très agréable et la cerise sur le gâteau, l'arrêt de tramway est à 10 mètres de la maison. Vous êtes au coeur de Florence en seulement 10 minutes Tout est a proximité et très facile d'accès. C'est un coup de coeur ♥️ et nous garderons de très bons souvenirs. C'était vraiment super, grazie mille Giuseppe 🙏🙋 Rien car tout s'est bien passé !

• Luca_ff89 (10/5): Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Firenze - Appartamento molto comodo in posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla fermata della tramvia (fuori il portone di casa) e con parcheggio interno, cosa davvero preziosa a Firenze. Letti molto comodi e molti servizi nelle immediate vicinanze(bar, supermercato, cinema). Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, attento ad ogni esigenza.
• Борис (10/5): - Чудові апартаменти з чудовою атмосферою.при можливості зупинимось ще. Були втрьох з дитиною 2 років. Зручне місцерозташування,можна залишити авто у дворі. Є зона відпочинку на дворі. Власник ,Джузепе позитивна,комунікабельна людина.завжди на зв'язку. Одне,що не працювало-пральна машина.Але для нас це було взагалі не критично.Можливо вже стоїть нова.
• Danilo (10/5): - Odlična lokacija,veliko i sigurno dvorište za parkiranje auta. Prodavnica jako blizu. Sve je kao na slikama. Posebna pohvala za domaćina koji je bio jako ljubazan i pored problema koji je nastao zbog Bookinga-a, on je rešio pez pravljenja primedbe i novih problema. Dnevna soba je jako velika i ako je napolju hladno, teško je da se zagreje sa jednim radijatorom.

• Antonio (10/5): Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. - Il soggiorno presso “Luna” è stato perfetto, nessuna criticità e a favorire la Nostra futura scelta, per ritornare nella struttura, è la comodità con cui si raggiunge il Centro della città e la disponibilità di Giuseppe il proprietario. Tutto TOP. Tutto perfetto.
• Helleni (7/5): - Great location with the tram line just a few metres away and a local supermarket close. The host was easy to contact and gave clear instructions, meeting us and showing us around. The apartment is located in the bottom level of a large old building typical of Florence. It was clean and had all you need to prepare simple meals in a good size kitchen. The bed and bedding were comfortable - sleeping in a round bed was interesting! The bathroom was a bit challenging to access with steep narrow stairs and a very small shower tray with a shower curtain so not good for someone with any mobility issues. There is some noise transfer from the apartment above which we have found to be typical of this type of accomodation. Mosquitoes were a problem the first night but the host supplies plugin mosquito coils which helped.
• Marjan (3/5): You need alpine skills to climb the bathroom scales - Easy to park We were misled by the ceiling photo which suggests Florence style and refinement but the rest of the apartment is anything but. Bathroom scales are borderline dangerous.

• Balazs kcs (10/5): Amazing flat with a great garden - The house is very nice, it has a spacious garden around it. We parked our car there, which was super easy and comfortable. The flat has a unique vibe which we liked a lot. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, although the tram is close, which was a comfortable option to get to the city center. Our host was very kind and helpful, he explained everything in detail, and helped when we needed it. The bathroom is a bit too small.

• Pavlos (9/5): Nice historic building with a private parking. - Nice old historic house, not far from the center of Florence (tram station nearby). Wery helpful host. Closed secure private parking. If you're not a good sleeper the tram passing near the property can wake you up.

• Evgeniia (10/5): Great place, we enjoyed our stay - Amazing and very helpful host, the place has nice old touch, the location is really good, only six tram stations from the city center. Parking in the yard. Cafés, restaurants and big supermarket in less than 10 minutes walk away. One thing to improve: mosquito net on all windows would be nice to have.
