If signs of smoking cause damage, an additional fee will be incurred. Upon access, a list of waste management rules will be provided. If these are not followed, a fee will be charged. A standard late check-out fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or our cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus a GBP 3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Wir wurden aufgefordert, fehlende Sachen selbst zu kaufen - Keinerlei Entgegenkommen, Late Check-Out nur gegen 10£/h möglich - Wir hatten eine andere Wohnung gemietet, die drei Wochen nach Buchung auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar war (ohne Erklärung). Angeblich wurde stattdessen diese Wohnung kurzfristig frei, weil die Mieter angeblich dringend abreisen mussten… - Nur kaltes Wasser am letzten Tag - Kein Fön - Keine Kleiderstange im kleinen Schlafzimmer - Bügelbrett mit kaputtem Fuss (total wackelig) - Dunkle Glühbirne im kleinen Schlafzimmer - Keine Wassergläser - Nur ein Teelöffel - Eine kaputte Stuhllehne - Drei Bilderhaken ohne Bilder.
