• Oksana (5/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele lokali gastronomicznych, sklepów i kantorów. Szczegółowa instrukcja wideo dotycząca zameldowania.W pokoju było dość czysto, było ogrzewanie i klimatyzacja. Okno wychodziło na cichą ulicę. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma pościeli, koca ani ręcznika dla naszego dziecka😕, o czym od razu poinformowaliśmy obsługę. Po pewnym czasie, nie zbyt szybko, przywieziono nam po prostu 2 duże ręczniki🫣. Kiedy ponownie wyjaśniliśmy, że potrzebujemy pościeli i koca dla dziecka, po około 40 minutach przyniesiono nam prześcieradło i poszewkę na kołdrę🤦‍♀️. Na noc nasze dziecko pozostało bez koca i poszewki na poduszkę😤 Rano okazało się, że czajnik nie działa, o czym poinformowaliśmy obsługę, przypominając jednocześnie o kocyku i poszewce dla dziecka. Przez cały dzień nic nie zostało dostarczone. Dopiero pod wieczór, kiedy napisaliśmy gniewną wiadomość, otrzymaliśmy potrzebne nam rzeczy. Ta sytuacja całkowicie zepsuła wrażenia z wyjazdu 🥹 Należy jeszcze zauważyć, że w pokoju nie było widelców, łyżek i noża. Chociaż była kuchenka, patelnia, garnek, a nawet durszlak.

Er waren geen voorzieningen om de boel een beetje netjes te houden of afwas te doen. Afwasmiddel afdrooghanddoek vaatdoek e.d. ontbraken. Stoffer en blik zou ook wel handig zijn.

• Catalina (4/5): Disappointing experience by BQA - The apartment itself is clean enough and looks nice, and being set back from a busy street means there’s no traffic noise, which we appreciated. Despite wanting to leave a good review for the efforts the staff undertook to help, the overall experience was just quite subpar. From the start, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom which is enough of a deterrent. On top of that the amenities were lacking. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, which we were told simply aren’t provided, which is very strange. We also requested extra bedsheets three separate times through different channels and had to ask a fourth time to receive them. The kitchen was under-equipped, and to make matters worse, we found dirty t-shirts and linen inside the sofa bed upon arrival, not exactly what you want after a long trip. One of the most frustrating parts was being contacted before arrival through multiple channels — email, Booking.com, and WhatsApp — asking what we needed for our stay, only for those requests to be ignored and nowhere to be found upon arrival. They have their automations figured out but certainly no follow-through. The issues continued throughout our stay. The sofa bed was falling apart (they did fix it), the duvets were far too short for taller guests, and the internet connection was extremely slow, around 1 Mbps sometimes (crazy). Only two very big very high pillows were provided with bedding, which caused us neck pain and poor sleep for our first 2 nights. After much asking we received alternative pillows on our third night. It was confusing why they wouldn’t have extra pillows, as any hospitality company would. The property is managed by BQA, which, based on this experience, does not deliver on basic hospitality standards, let alone quality accommodation. The apartment is also marketed as “deluxe.” While that doesn’t imply luxury, it should still meet a reasonable level of comfort and service, which it did not. There are plenty of other options in Budapest at a similar price point that offer far better amenities and service. We won’t be returning to any BQA managed properties ever.

• Laura (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in this property in beautiful Budapest! - Very cute property nicely decorated and 20 minutes walk from city center. Check-in was easy since instructions were provided in a video. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. The TV was not connected to the wifi and it was a bit tricky to do it with instructions in italian. Also wifi signal weak and spotty downstairs.

• Máté (9/5): Rendszerváltásra jöttünk, ideális hely volt, tökéletes szállás - Vegyesbolt egy lépésre, nagyon közel. Villamosmegálló szintén egy ugrásra, 4-6-al megközelíthető bármi a városban. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Smart TV és internet. A megszokottól nagyobb hűtőszekrény. Tágas zuhanyzó. Fiatalok igényeit abszolút kielégíti, a galériás elrendezés miatt nem javaslom időseknek. Konyhából hiányzott 1-2 alap felszerelés, pl. szűrő a tészta főzéshez.

• Jose Carlos (4/5): SFORTUNATAMENTE DELUDENTE - La posizione era ottima, c'erano i mezzi vicini e soprattutto a pochi passi si andava direttamente in centro. Non lo trovato molto sicuro. La posizione era okay ma non era delle migliori per quanto riguarda la sicurezza a parer mio. Nonostante questo, non so bene se sia stato un nostro errore ma io avevo scelto un appartamento più grande ma tralasciando questo dettaglio irrilevante essendo che comunque dovevamo soggiornarci solo un giorno (e menomale) l'appartamento è poco curato: tende rotte dall'alto, finestra con la maniglia rotta, non è molto fornita in ambito "utensili da cucina", le lenzuola e cuscini macchiati (qua e là c'era anche qualche capello). Il bagno, più o meno, era l'unica cosa abbastanza decente. Direi che ho scritto abbastanza, è stato purtroppo un soggiorno abbastanza deludente.. spero migliori.
• Moore (7/5): I think it was a good place for the price but small improvements could have made it better. - The location made it easy to walk everywhere, the place was clean, cute, and inexpensive. They only provided 2 towels- no bathmat, no hand towels to dry your hands with (they did bring us extra towels when we asked). There was no silverware in the kitchen despite there being plates and cups. No coffee was provided which is usually expected. The bed had two small comforters on a large bed, which is not ideal when sharing the bed with a spouse/partner. The wifi never worked despite me messaging the hosts several times. Also most of the time the "host" I was messaging was a bot.
• Kosmas (5/5): Mixed feelings - Ήταν μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, με μεγάλο διπλό παράθυρο, μεγάλο άνετο κρεβάτι και ωραίο μπάνιο. Είχε πάντα καυτό νερό εάν το ήθελες, βραστηρα, ψυγείο κλπ. Τις ημέρες που μείναμε εκεί δεν ήρθε ποτέ κανείς να καθαρίσει, ή έστω να πάρει τα σκουπίδια ή ακόμα και να αφήσει χαρτί υγείας όπως είθισται. Όταν φτάσαμε δεν είχε γίνει πολύ καλό καθάρισμα υπήρχαν τρίχες στο πάτωμα από τους προηγούμενους. Το χειρότερο ήταν πως ενώ είχαμε ενημερώσει το ώρα θα φτάσει η πτήση και τι ώρα περίπου θα είμαστε στο κατάλυμα μέχρι και μισή ώρα πριν δεν μας είχε έρθει κανένας από τους κωδικούς τους οποίους χρειαζόμασταν για να εισέλθουμε στον χώρο. Χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω εγώ με το chat τους και να μου απαντήσουν τουλάχιστον 20 λεπτά αργότερα στο μήνυμα μου στέλνοντας μου 2 κωδικούς. Φτάνοντας στην διεύθυνση του καταλύματος βάζω τον ένα κωδικό στην είσοδο της οικοδομής, τον άλλο στην πόρτα της εισόδου του κοινόχρηστου χώρου των καταλυμάτων και συνειδητοποιώ πως χρειάζομαι και 3ο κωδικό για το δωμάτιο. Ξανά επικοινωνία στο chat μέχρι να πάρω και τον τελευταίο κωδικό και να μπορέσουμε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο μας. Πολύ κακή εμπειρία όσον αφορά αυτό το κομμάτι και περιττό στρες για τον επισκέπτη.

Well Ok , we arrived just before check in and the apartment we entered was dirty. Seconds after a cleaner came and said sorry it will take an hour to clean it. Very very bad “First Impression.” She cleaned it but even after that apartment was full of dust, leftover cigarettes on the window. It just didn’t feel nice.

La cama super cómoda y el la temperatura interior muy agradable, se manteni el calor en la habitación todo el día. Pues no había wifi, el portón daba mal rollo, no había ni cubo, ni fregona, ni recogedor ni escoba. El sofá incómodo. No hay ni lavadora ni tendedero portátil tal y como dice en la página...

• Edit (6/5): Could be wonderful, but serious little tweeks need to be done! - The location was great. The apartments were clean and tidy. We had to deal with the building supervisor Richard and he was wonderful and really helped us. Was lovely to have air con in such warm weather. Sound proofing was great. Had 2 rooms. 1 faced the courtyard so no noise and the other faced the main road and we weren't bothered by outside noise. Communication through wotsapp very fast, but a shame it was needed so much So many little things need to be sorted. This business cannot just hope a clean room and location are enough. This is a list of the issues we had! 1. The BIGGEST issue is that there is ZERO indication of where your room is. You can find the entrance to the building easily from the main street (I advise have a quick look on google maps to see where the main door is), but once inside, you have no idea where to go. Proper signs are needed as there are absolutely none. Also, the floor number on the lift make no sense. There is a button for FE. No foreigner is going to know this is for the first floor. It makes no sense when FE technically stands for "mid way level" as a loose translation 2. Amount of towels is terrible. 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for 2 of us and no bath mat so one of the towels had to be used outside the shower! 3. Our room had the kitchen area partially built under stairs. Goodness knows how that passed safety standards as to get to the cutlery I kept bashing my head and I am not that tall. Also, there was only 1 knife in the cutlery drawer and in our other room, no plug in the sink, no tea towels or draining board There is no proper check sheet to make sure all these little things are where they need to be. 4. Had to ask for codes to enter the main building before got to property. From reading past reviews, My daughter realised this was needed, but if she had not asked ahead, these would not have been sent as I arrived a day later and had not been sent anything. 5. Our room for 2 people was rather cramped. If you wanted to watch TV, all that was available were 2 chairs to sit on which is not comfortable. 6. The mirror in the bathroom is not good. You cannot shave or do your makeup properly. There needs to a magnifying one fitted. 7. The tables by the bed are metal and all phones kept sticking to them because of magnet. extremely annoying, and because most fittings are IKEA quality, there isn't much sturdiness to them.

Con qualche accorgimento extra è il posto per - La camera è calda e accogliente, abbastanza spaziosa e con il minimo di comodità che bastano per garantire un piacevole soggiorno. Ho avuto qualche problema ad avere il codice della porta durante il self check-in, per cui suggerisco di farlo con anticipo rispetto all’arrivo in struttura, ma il personale si è gentilmente e prontamente impegnato a risolvere subito questo piccolo problema Mancano un po’ di dettagli come asciugamani per mani o viso, un tappetino per il bagno e accorgimenti quali acqua, ulteriori coperte o cuscini extra. Inoltre la camera era diversa rispetto a quella scelta e mostrata nelle foto in fase di prenotazione

• Gauche (7/5): - First of all, the location is perfect, which is a real advantage. However, there are many details that need to be improved. We booked a specific room on Booking, the Deluxe Room, and when we arrived, it was not the same room as shown in the photos. This was quite disappointing. Fortunately, someone quickly moved us to the room we had originally booked, so that issue was resolved. There were several other inconveniences. We only received two small towels for a five-day stay. As a woman, having an extra towel for hair is really appreciated, and even for daily hand washing, more towels are important. There was no shower gel, only two small shampoos. We were also provided with only one roll of toilet paper, which was not enough, so we had to buy more ourselves. We also had a problem with the cooking hob, and no one came to fix it. We ended up repairing it ourselves. The apartment is equipped with kitchenware, but there was nothing to clean it with: no sponge, no dishcloth, and no mat or towel to dry the dishes. These are basic items that we also had to purchase. Additionally, the apartment is very noisy. For the past three nights, neighbors have been banging on the walls at around 2 a.m., which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, the apartment is clean and functional, but when you choose this type of accommodation, it’s mainly to be able to cook comfortably and relax, which unfortunately was not the case for us.

Very difficult check in ! Lack of information for the 3 different codes that I had to access! They only gave me one of the three ! It took me 25 minutes to enter the place and it was late night ! Personel very rude ! I saw the cleaner and she was pretending that she wasn’t understanding me !

• Chris (8/5): kellemes, ha úgy alakul szívesen foglalunk legközelebb is - a környék jó, könnyen elérhetö a belváros legtöbb része. az apartman tiszta és rendezett, a kommunikáció a szállásadóval gördülékeny, parkolás nehéz és sajnos mindenhol fizetös, ennek ellenére sikerült megoldani. kicsit szük volt az apartman, a konyha lépcsö alatti része nehezen elérhetö, és 2-3 konyhai felszerelés jó lett volna még. Konyhai törlökendö ilyesmi, illetve egy kilépö a zuhanynál. Az ágy viszonylag kicsi 2 személyre,és talán egy szekrény polcokkal hasznosabb lenne.

• Jakub (1/5): Nie polecam - Dobra lokalizacja, łatwo można było się poruszać komunikacją miejską. Dużo restauracji i barów w okolicy, a mimo to w mieszkaniu nie było słychać za bardzo odgłosów miasta. Zastaliśmy nieposprzątane mieszkanie. Powiedziano nam, że czystą pościel i ręczniki dostaniemy za 2/3 godziny. Czekaliśmy do północy i mimo pisania wiadomości do obsługi klienta, nic się nie zmieniło. DWA DNI później na wieczór dostaliśmy torbę z pościelą i ręcznikami ale po otworzeniu jej okazało się, że część z nich jest brudna.

• Petar (1/5): - When I entered the apartment, there were no towels or sheets. I got my first towel only in the evening and I didn't even get bed linen, so I had to sleep directly on a dirty mattress even if the owner was informed that I didn't have bed linen!!!!

• Juana (5/5): I would be hesitant to book again. - It was clean and in a great location The staff did not treat issues with urgency, I believe I was receiving AI responses to my messages, not enough towels are provided for the amount of people and nights. Security issues with the door not locking.
